I went to reply and you were right, the thread was full so I couldnt post a link to a new thread, also, because it's a new thread it wont give me a prediction to tag when I type a name, so I have just copied and paste the names off of everyone who posted on the very last page of the thread, I hope anyone else can find it OK. Sorry, maybe there is an easier better way... if anyone else can remember extra names and spellings, please tag 🙂

@UrsulaSings123 we can be in the TWW together as I think I ovulated either yesterday or today!

@ThelastRolo20 some people just have no clue 🫠 hope you're okay.

@samilicious sorry you've had so much going on! You've given me so much comfort by saying "your baby knows when's it's coming, it's just that you don't". I love that so much. I hope your wisdom teeth have stopped giving you pain, I had to get mine out a few years ago as the pain was so bad!

@GoldDustWoman90 congratulations!! God this is turning into such a lucky thread 🩷 I did laugh at your husband telling you to wait a week, absolutely no chance 😂

Wise0wl · 23/03/2024 08:51

@GoldDustWoman90 if it helps at all, I’ve been telling myself that I can’t change much about the outcome of this pregnancy. Weirdly for a control freak, acknowledging I have little control has helped me hugely. Gentle congratulations 😊

@Ladyinpink1 appointment was good thanks, I’ve found having another outlet to talk it out has really helped. I am so hopeful you will get your bfp soon x

ThelastRolo20 · 23/03/2024 08:44

@GoldDustWoman90 another positive! Wonderful news @Ladyinpink1 I'm still one cycle away but doesn't seem quite as far away now. Fertile window will be the end of April/ early may

GoldDustWoman90 · 23/03/2024 08:33

@Wise0wl I don't even know! It's so weird isn't it - after two chemicals back to back I feel like the joy of a + test has been sucked a bit.

I'm absolutely over the moon....of course I am....but here's the anxiety now. Going to tell myself to stop testing I think. Right now I am pregnant, until my body tells me otherwise!

Wise0wl · 23/03/2024 08:12

Oh wow @GoldDustWoman90!! how are you feeling?

GoldDustWoman90 · 23/03/2024 07:47

Deep breath.....this mornings test....Shock

Are you trying to be more relaxed this cycle too then? @samilicious I'm sorry things are so stressful and I'm glad your dh could help out lol. I will keep that in mind x

Congratulations 🎉💖@NphysT and @Wise0wl, sorry I have taken a bit to reply, I found things a little hard (probably pre AF hormones) I am pleased for you both.
And how did your appointment with your counselor go? @Wise0wl and sorry you missed your last drink, i think we chatted before about the non alcoholic gin, could you have some of that and just pretend 😊 x

@NphysT I also agree, I would phone up your epu and explain everything, tell them you are really worried and hopefully they will book you in x

Hi @Bugdem123thank you, I am ok. Ready for a new cycle to hurry up and start. So glad things went well with your GP and it's good that you have a future goal in mind now that you can get help if things don't happen by. Spunds like you have done a good job x

@ThelastRolo20 so when will your fertile period be that you will be trying? Will it be in a few weeks before your holiday? I'm sure you are so happy your wait is nearly over, you have done well x

Ha @samilicious you’re right, TTC is everywhere. I read someone’s initials ‘CM’ at work recently as cervical mucous 😂

@UrsulaSings123 if you have bleeding or spotting in a pregnancy after miscarriage they often prescribe progesterone, I was prescribed it for my second MMC (didn’t impact the outcome, but worth a try!)

@ThelastRolo20 I’m sorry people are being so thoughtless. Someone needs to bust the myths that you just start thinking about TTC and end up pregnant, and that every pregnancy ends in a baby! Sending love x

@GoldDustWoman90 Fingers crossed 🤞 I nearly bottled it testing earlier this week for the same reasons, but wanted a weekend glass of wine and some proper cold and flu drugs if I could, so that was my motivation!

ThelastRolo20 · 22/03/2024 16:42

@GoldDustWoman90 haha do it! Although mornings always best so maybe first thing? We'll be eagerly waiting to hear 😂

GoldDustWoman90 · 22/03/2024 16:38

@ThelastRolo20 I know right! His reasoning is 'because then we'll really know'! Bless him.

I might cave and do one tonight just to spite him Grin

ThelastRolo20 · 22/03/2024 16:36

@UrsulaSings123 best of luck! Hope the break has done the trick 🤞🏻

@GoldDustWoman90 a week?! I could never last that long 😂 good luck for whenever you test

GoldDustWoman90 · 22/03/2024 16:06

Ladies - I know I've only been lurking a lot recently and not posting/replying, but truth is sometimes I find it difficult to keep up. But simply reading along with you lovely lot is so much of a support system, it's just nice knowing you're out there!

Wonderful news @Wise0wl and @NphysT!!! So lovely to see some BFP's

I'm 11dpo and have a stack of easy@home tests I'm too scared to crack in to early lol just in case it's BFN again. Husband thinks leave it a week....not sure I'd last that long! Maybe this weekend.

UrsulaSings123 · 22/03/2024 14:55

@ThelastRolo20 lo20 ahhhh that's hard. If I get pregnant again I'm going to tell those who I know have struggled similar to me in a message before I let anyone else know. I prefer that because then I have time to feel shit before telling them I'm happy for them 😂

@Wise0wl e0wl hope the spotting calms down. I'm guessing you've had progesterone before if you've got some stashed away?

@samilicious ious how annoying you forgot your test! I have to set myself reminders for stuff like that otherwise I often miss appointments. And haha I've had many a hormonal rage at my partner. Particularly when he wanted to go and get DIY supplies the day we found out about the MMC and thought I'd be ok at home on my own. I definitely was NOT ok at home on my own 😂

We are on out way back home now - only a mini break. Went far too quickly as I knew it would! Had so much time off over the last month due to being in hospital and scans going badly and now this break (which was planned ages ago), it will feel strange being back at work! But properly back to normal as of next week.

My temp raised this morning so I guess that confirms ovulation if it stays raised. Now just waiting... hate all the waiting!

ThelastRolo20 · 22/03/2024 11:36

So another mum friend has just announced their pregnancy to me - 15 weeks. Why is everyone doing this to my face 😂

I just keep telling everyone we may not even try again, can't handle all the questions

NphysT · 22/03/2024 06:57

samilicious · 21/03/2024 20:29

Okkkkk so we officially need a graduates thread! Congratulations @Wise0wl & @NphysT ! Lurk away though

@CluelessInLondon I'll dedicate the book to you guys!

@Wise0wl big fan of the choose your own adventure book comparison 😂

@ThelastRolo20 I'm sorry about the friend may leave thing. The random news / reminders are the hardest for me. Going to see a friend I stopped talking to because she got sjirty with me about being distant during her pregnancy with a similar timeline to mine. At another friend's baby's 1st bday party. Will be meeting the baby for the first time, going to be fun - new baby and probs still shirty with me, as she was when I congratulated her after the birth.

@NphysT do you have to pay for it second time round in your area? So crap! Mine will pay now because I've already had a trisomy abnormality pregnancy. Well, we'll see if they still do in 2089 when/if I finally get pregnant 🤣

@UrsulaSings123 don't beat yourself up about
it or worry too much - easier said than done I know. You never know what Mother Nature has in store. Also if it's your first month tracking bbt, this is all part of getting used to your temps. One of my TTC mantras is "Your baby knows when they're coming, it's just you that doesn't". Like they're out there somewhere in the universe just waiting for their time. When youve had a baby you'd never want to swap it for a different one, we're just waiting for the children we're meant to have to come into our lives. Not sure if that makes any sense but brings me comfort 🤪

@Bugdem123 yay so happy your gp was reassuring and you have a plan in place!

@HerbaceousPerennial great to have that scan to break things up a bit! Here for you no matter the outcome ♥️

I'm not sure, I just assumedIwould have to. My screening results were 1 in 2 chance of downs and 1 in 14 for Edwards and patau's but baby had died before there was a chance for them to do further testing. Hoping they'll just do the nipt this time so I don't have to pay £400 but don't mind either way just to know for sure.

NphysT · 22/03/2024 06:53

CluelessInLondon · 21/03/2024 13:35

@NphysT Definitely give them a call to ask - there's no universal approach, but the EGU at my hospital were brilliant and gave me two early scans in this pregnancy because of my previous loss. There's nothing at all to lose by asking, and if it enables you to get some reassurance and saves you having to book private scans then so much the better.

Will definitely call them and see what they say. Thank you!

samilicious · 21/03/2024 23:52

This made me laugh - when TTC is following you everywhere - "what difference does DTD make anyway?" NOT the same meaning as Mumsnet 😅

samilicious · 21/03/2024 23:51

@Wise0wl that's the pep talk I needed! Thank you 😘 count me in for the pub crawl too! Though we need to avoid that one pub I overshared with haha 😜

@ThelastRolo20 it's ok don't apologise - sounds bad when I list it all out but it's ok really. Had a proper good hormonal scream at DH yesterday when he was pecking my head about life admin stuff on a rare lunch break and it felt sensational. Highly recommend. He was like a rabbit in headlights 😂 the tests are to check hormone levels before and after ovulation, to check they're normal before and that ovulation happened after (if I've understood it right from gp). CD 5 and 19. DH is getting his swimmers tested too but he's been given a rigorous schedule of when to empty out the lads beforehand. Like every other day for 4 days, then nothing for 3, then the sample or something like that, and can't be contaminated few days before. So think I'm out this month 😅
Sorry your wisdom teeth are bad too! I didn't know they did filing on them

Wise0wl · 21/03/2024 22:28

Thanks you lovely lot ❤️ I’ll sift back through the threads at some point and try and collect everyone and set one up (unless someone gets there first).

Pink spotting this evening when I’ve wiped so I might even be properly back here before long! Time to dig out my progesterone stash. Trying to channel the mantra that the fate of this pregnancy is (for the most part) already in its dna and worrying won’t change the outcome.

@samilicious clove oil is amazing for sore teeth! Tooth pain is the worst, I hope you feel better soon. Remember you don’t owe anyone anything, and if they’re pissed off that they didn’t get the validation they wanted from you, then frankly that’s a them problem not a you problem ❤️

ThelastRolo20 · 21/03/2024 21:45

@samilicious sorry only just read your other update, sounds like a lot is going on. What's the CD5 blood test for? I'm also trying to exercise more, can't say I'm eating healthier after a curry, pints, and ice cream though! 🤦‍♀️

Wisdom tooth pain is the utter worst. Had two of four taken out, and one of the remaining filed down as it kept cutting my lower gum. Ridiculous

ThelastRolo20 · 21/03/2024 21:43

@HerbaceousPerennial @Wise0wl absolutely a graduate thread is needed! I hope we're all on it at some point.

@samilicious oh gosh that sounds so difficult with your friend, they just don't get it sometimes do they.

samilicious · 21/03/2024 20:35

@Ladyinpink1 let's be tryers/not tryers for a bit and see where that gets us 💪🏻 i might try that powder stuff though, and definitely going to start exercising more and eating better. For my mental health as much as anything else. How are you feeling about it all?

My brain is absolutely spannered at the minute. Work is really stressful again so don't think that's helping. Didn't put my cd5 blood test in my calendar and got stuck into work today, missed it, and only remembered at tea time. So got to wait another cycle for that, great. Just feel like stress just takes over and never going to get pregnant with this level of stress :( hopefully the exercise and healthy eating will help it. Also sleeping weirdly and having wisdom tooth problems on one side so on strong antibiotics from the dentist, so can't even drink and enjoy that part of not being pregnant 😒

@HerbaceousPerennial try not to worry too much about the symptoms, I really am not convinced they mean much now. I still had them all when I had my MMC and took that as reassurance everything would be fine when it wasn't and it hadn't been for 4 weeks. Then you read about others who don't really have any symptoms and they have a healthy pregnancy. Fingers crossed for you that it all goes well!
