@piechipsgravy sorry that you’re feeling upset! I think your DH is sensible in suggesting you stop tracking for a while- did you say you were on second cycle? Might be worth trying a few without the tracking and see how you feel about starting again in a few months (if you aren’t pregnant yet!). I’m not going to track to start off with mainly as it seems so time consuming and I also do get ovulation symptoms so I’m going to try to trust those and see what happens. Do you have many symptoms around ovulation?

I feel so silly for getting so upset about the fact that temp hasn't risen significantly enough since Wednesday to be able to confirm ovulation. I've woken up between 3-4am every night for the last 3 days with hot flushes so I don't know if that affecting my readings but my temp rose .25 from Wednesday to Thursday and then 0.02 from Thursday to today. Feel like I'm not managing to get any of this stuff right. DH has kindly suggested I step away from OPK and BBT next month as the anxiety is probably causing more harm than benefit. I'm just so scared of wasting valuable time by not getting this right.

I'm out for this month and got a BFN on a test today at 12/13dpo. Due period on Sunday. Feeling very PMS and fed up.
This will be month 10 for us ttc baby 2. Feeling very down and fed up!! Will be hiding the preg tests for next month!

@Mrshaitchxo sorry AF arrived but fingers crossed for lucky cycle 6!

@Mrshaitchxo totally understand how you're feeling, I felt like I had all the usual pg symptoms as I don't normally experience isolated cramps or nausea before AF, so I ended up convincing myself that this was the month. I'm going to try my best to put any symptoms to the back of my head for the next cycle. But the symptom forums are so addictive, it's so nice to find supportive ones like these ☺️. Hi everyone, coming across from the feb thread as AF has finally arrived after keeping me on edge. Feeling so disheartened and upset after what felt like a promising cycle but hey ho we go again!

This will be our 6th cycle trying for baby #1

I’m 34 and decided I wanted to start trying before I turn 35. Who knows how long it’ll take

@piechipsgravy I'm 35 and not had any luck. First time I TTC with my ex was 7+ years ago so it's not like I didn't try earlier 🤣 just haven't been lucky.

@LK2610 with losses under our belt I think most people assume we are trying again as I was very open about my last loss, and immediate family knows on both sides and multiple friends on both sides too. No secrets here! It's a bad journey for us so far so it's nice to have compassion and understanding when we're having bad days x

@piechipsgravy same here TTC no 1 still and i don't wanna be to old either (31 on Sunday) and i get worried the longer it takes to conceive no 1 the less chance of having another and always dreamed of having more than one

Thanks everyone. I started a ttc Feb group and thought I was out this month. Huge shock but hope it spurs you all on! This was our 1st month ttc @JadeA1993. I’m 33 so thought it’s take longer and was in tears when I got my bfn Sunday at 12dpo!

Anyone else reading the 'what's the latest you'd have a baby' thread and freaking out?! I haven't even managed to get pregnant/have my 1st baby yet (I'm 30 in May) and now I'm worrying about how soon I'll be able to have the second so I'm not too old...

@piechipsgravy ive told friends and my mum good to have people to talk to but also not good when people say oh are you pregnant yet.

@LK2610 I've told 3 friends-

1 is also TTC and so we have helped each other work out OPKs.
1 is pregnant and we just tell each other everything- I knew she was testing before she found out she was pregnant so seemed silly not to share in return.
1 had a long TTC journey and had her baby via IVF so is great at understanding my neurosis!

We won't tell any more friends or family until at least 12 weeks if we are lucky enough to get pregnant.

@LK2610 i told my mum we’re TTC- mainly because she watched my DD whilst I went to the gp to get my coil removed and was being nosey!

Has anyone told close friends or family they’re TTC? Or are you keeping it between your partners as it can take a while?

I had my coil removed in January so this our first month trying for #2. I doubt it’ll happen this month but fingers crossed!

Hey guys TTC.no 1 still no luck as of yet. Sometimes i think it wont happen but trying to remain positive and not worry too much yet. Should Ovulate in the next few days AF due end of feb beginning of march i have PCOS so can be irregular which doesnt help. Really hoping this month is my month 🤞🏻

Morning. Just to update everyone I got these tests this morning.

for everyone that gets a bfn at 12dpo don’t be disheartened as that was me Sunday just gone!!!

I’d like to join too! It’s our first cycle, gonna start DTD this Sunday, ovulation around the 24th Feb I think so I’ll go into March. Good luck everyone 🥰 keep us posted!
