Thought I’d make a new thread for those of us Ttc in March 2024. I know some of us will cross over from end of Feb to March! Wishing everyone all the luck ✨❤️

@Daniki ooo I’ll have to have a little look into that !! ☺️

Yep iv been taking it a week now, would have been sooner but the shipping took nearly two weeks for me! I’m in Ireland tho, but to get shipped from England it took so long 😂 it’s a powder you put under your tongue and it dissolves but you can get capsules too. On the thread there was a young woman with POI who basically was going into menopause and nearly nonexistent AMH and she started it and is now pregnant. There’s a few threads on Reddit about it and I was listening to a few podcasts! Sounds promising so I can only hope it will work! Upside being also in the studies the effects were seen in the mice within 4 weeks! 🙌

RW269 · 04/03/2024 17:50

@Daniki oooo I’ve not heard about this nmn stuff, is this the first month you’ve used it?
I’ve just turned 31 so trying everything to encourage things 😂

I use the flo app aswell mainly because it tells you on it what your due date will be if your get pregnant that cycle 😂 I also started NMN powder, I was recommended it on another thread. It has had good effects on fertility in studies, it’s an anti ageing supplement basically but it found in studies in mice to reverse the decline in egg quality etc! Might be worthwhile looking into it if anyone, like me, is on the older side and struggling!

RW269 · 04/03/2024 17:20

Yes, I am always calculating predicated due dates in hope 😂
hows everyone getting on today? One day closer to hopefully some bfp for us all!
also coq10 chewables are a life saver yay for no more giant tablets

@Dogscanlookup I have used the NHS due day calculator far too many time 😂 it's exciting though to think of what the special dates could be!

Feels like this weekend is going to be a big one for us all! Fingers crossed for some positives in here soon

CoolSummer89 · 04/03/2024 16:57

The logistics of this cycle are just not logisticking...

I was expecting to ovulate CD13 (today), so DTD CD8, CD10. DH has been away and was due back late on CD12, however he was super delayed and not back until after I went to bed. However, I have not had a positive OPK yet, so ovulation is not today, nor tomorrow I guess? We can't DTD today or tomorrow, so actually CD15 wouldn't be too bad. But anything later then I am away... 😅

It's funny because last month I was tracking for first time and had such a textbook cycle. I wonder if it's because I have been exercising (up from basically nothing at all). TBH if that is the reason, I wouldn't be heartbroken. Quite keen to get my fitness up before (hopefully) getting pregnant.

Sorry for the dump of thoughts, was explaining the moving timetable to my husband who was like "maybe you are pregnant already" and I was like... "oh you have no idea what is happening!"

And yes I am also a crazy lady who works out due dates, if I got pregnant this cycle it would be 26th November and next month would basically be a Christmas baby. We're all in good company @emmatcc1 @Dogscanlookup @Daniki

Jess1997 · 04/03/2024 16:39

Am I the only crazy one who tests everyday from 6dpo? Lol 😂 I always tell myself I’m gonna hold off and then I can’t 😂😂 I’m 7DPO today.. my brain thinks there’s a super super faint line on my test but I’ve told myself if it’s not obvious it’s not there 😂

Daniki · 04/03/2024 15:50

Hi ladies can I join? I used to be on a thread that's not active anymore and I really miss the daily chats on this long journey 🙈 I'm 7dpo so still technically in with a chance but I don't think so, had a few period type cramps today. I recognise some names here from previous threads, hello! 😂
@Dogscanlookup and yes I do that every month and it makes me really excited! I'm really hoping to be pregnant this cycle or next to have a Christmas baby 🙈😂

JBxox · 04/03/2024 15:47

I'll be testing probably around the 14th as that'll be 10DPO? I know it sounds a little early but you see positive tests quite often with that - and then will just test for the next few days after that.

Also I don't know if anyone else gets this - but my cramps are SO bad this month, I don't know whether it's because I'm paying more attention to my body as we've only really just started trying properly - but today is my estimated ovulation day (my ovulation testing backs this up), we've been doing the baby dance the last few days as well, but I swear I've never felt cramping this strong unless AF has been around!

emmatcc1 · 04/03/2024 15:36

@Dogscanlookup I do that too. If I conceive this cycle my due date would be dec 1..

Dogscanlookup · 04/03/2024 15:27

Does anyone else work out their potential due date each month or am I just a psychopath 🥲

ThingsLineUp · 04/03/2024 14:49

@LK2610 I'm planning to test Sunday at 9dpo as that's the earliest I can justify it to myself. The odds of getting a positive test before then if I have conceived would be very low according to Countdown to Pregnancy stats. At 9dpo the odds are about 50/50 which is good enough for me but some might reasonably argue is probably still too early 🫣

LK2610 · 04/03/2024 14:27

Got my fingers crossed for you @Chaz693 🥰 not long to wait! X

Chaz693 · 04/03/2024 14:24

@LK2610 I'm trying to hold off till Friday as that's when my apps think I should come on. But I've always had a 26 day cycle which means I think I'll come on Wednesday. So I know if it doesn't appear then I'll test on Wednesday! I'll be 10 dpo. Which is when I got my faint positive on all my previous pregnancies x

LK2610 · 04/03/2024 14:22

What day is everyone testing?

Newbie question: how early is too early to test?

I’m doing mine on Saturday (10DPO) as I’m due to go out for drinks with my sister, either we’ll have a fun night or I’ll have some exciting early news for her. I really hope it’s the second. X

Chaz693 · 04/03/2024 14:16

@Ren0991 I know. Everytime I get a random new symptom or I'm missing one of my usual ones it gives me hope that I'm pregnant. Then AF turns up! So frustrating x

Ren0991 · 04/03/2024 14:15

@Chaz693 thank you for replying 😊. That makes me feel a lot better!
Though it's frustrating as it was one of main symptoms for AF and is also a reassuring one if you're pregnant too 😅

Chaz693 · 04/03/2024 13:56

@Ren0991 I found after each of my miscarriages my cycles changed a bit. I either had new symptoms before AF started or was missing some of my normal signs. Caught me off guard a few times. X

Ren0991 · 04/03/2024 13:52

Hi, just a quick question for all those who have unfortunately experienced a MC/MMC, before mine, I used to get really sore tender boobs a week before AF, like clockwork each month. But now post MMC, I don't get this at all, it's just completely disappeared and I wasn't sure if it was linked? Has this happened to anyone else?

pleurotus · 04/03/2024 13:36

Good luck to everyone testing this week hopefully we'll have lots of positives by the weekend.

9dpo for me today. Some mild cramping and what I can only describe as yellow, cloudy ewcm. Can't remember if I've had that before period in the past but it was definitely noticeable and got me in that crazed phsycotic must read every single thread on this mood

Dogscanlookup · 04/03/2024 09:53

@YaWeeFurryBastard really good news you had a positive PDG too! I did mine this morning and same outcome. So at least we know things are working as they should 🤞🏻

Dogscanlookup · 04/03/2024 09:14

@YaWeeFurryBastard I think it’s the best way what you’re doing! TTC is so consuming so booking stuff to look forward to is a must I think!

Dogscanlookup · 04/03/2024 09:13

@Jess1997 look at that link I posted yesterday. I was 6DPO and had creamy CM and it explains it all in there! It’s apparently your second estrogen surge. Only 0.5% of women implant on 6DPO so unlikely to be linked. Yellow / white is both normal for colours

YaWeeFurryBastard · 04/03/2024 08:42

Thanks for the support 💐. My period is due Saturday so at least I should know by then, I’m going to try and hold off testing until Thursday. Some of the links posted are helping as I’ve learnt the odds of getting a positive before 10dpo are pretty low even if you are pregnant.

One good thing is I had a strong positive pdg test this morning (have done the first of 4) so hopefully this means my progesterone levels are ok, will keep checking until Thursday.

I think if it doesn’t happen this month I’m going to try and relax about it a bit and carry on with life as normal. I’m going to get back into diet and exercise as I could do with losing at least two stone and I need to stop using ttc as an excuse! Also got a potentially boozy night out on Saturday which I’ll be able to make the most of if not pregnant. Might try and persuade DH to book a short notice city break in April as well.
