@emmatcc1 there’s always hope as each pregnancy for each person can be different, so you won’t necessarily get the same symptoms! But I know it’s hard to not compare to previously.

Today’s a big day for me … 8dpo and I’ve not got past this point without spotting which always leads to AF. Praying it doesn’t happen! PDG test was a strong positive so here’s hoping 😩

Really sorry to hear that ☹️ and everything crossed for you! I naively assumed it would happen for us first or second go, but I don’t think it’s to be. It’s the not knowing how long it will take that I hate.

@YaWeeFurryBastard also in an ideal world would avoid Christmas- won’t be holding off at all.
for me it’s cycle #1 since mc- prior to my mc it took 18 cycles to conceive.
I have two children and had another mc 8 years ago and with all I got pregnant within 2 months of trying so this was quite different

BFN this morning as predicted 🤪. Progesterone test is still positive so will keep going but just have a gut feeling it’s not my month!

My plan is to get this weekend out of the way and then order an exseed sperm test for DH, has anyone’s partner done one?

I hear everyone on the Christmas baby thing. Only about three months ago I was adamant we’d be taking a break in March to avoid, absolutely no chance of that now, we’ll be cracking straight on. What cycle is everyone on?

@Dogscanlookup one of my signs in previous pregnancy was cramping but this time I don’t have any so I’m not really hopeful.

I remember last post a few people thinking they were out with cramps etc and BFP’s did follow so no giving out hope yet!

also glad I’m not the only crazy one doing the NHS due date calculator 😂 I also really didn’t want a Christmas baby and last year we even skipped that month to avoid it! But now that ship has sailed…

8dpo tomorrow, starts to get hard to not test now

@Jess1997 oh I’m sorry to hear that 😞 I think I’m 7dpo as well, this is based on a pos opk, apart from some mild cramping I’ve had no symptoms. I do get some cramping in my section scars from time to time though I think it’s as things stretch and just more around so hopefully it’s nothing related to an ectopic

My god my boobs hurt… probably nothing to do with anything but they are huge, heavy and sore 😭

@Lemonyfire how many DPO are you now? I’m 7DPO and for the last few hours I’ve had the worst stabbing pain in the right side of my section scar 😩 I had an ectopic in that exact same place in October and this is my first month TTC since but the chances of that happening again is so slim

@Jess1997 I tested from 3dpo 😂 my justification was I wasn’t 100% sure when I ovulated because of my mc but I’m just making excuses!

I’m cramping today like af, it was wishful thinking I think that I would conceive this cycle- especially as we barely even did it!

I think I’m out too, I’ve had cramps for 3 days which is typical AF symptoms for me. I caved and ordered some cheapo Amazon tests today, they’ll arrive tomorrow. I’m planning to use TTC as a reason to get healthy and drop some weight I’ve put on recently, get out walking more, reduce stress and caffeine (etc) so I’m finding it’s good to have that to focus on too, so even if conception doesn’t happen, hopefully you can still feel like you’ve made progress toward something each month x

@YaWeeFurryBastard keep busy as possible! So hard isn't it. I think I might just buy a pack of cheapies to satisfy my need to test, then I'm done rather than wishing the days away.

Somewhere between Thursday and Saturday as I usually have pretty short cycles. I think I’m going to end up testing tomorrow at 8dpo 😬😂 fully expecting a negative but I can’t help it! I feel like a negative test is less disappointing than my period just starting. How are you getting on?

Feels like I’m getting PMT symptoms so don’t think it’s going to be my month unfortunately ☹️

Evening everyone, still no BFP (tested again 🙈) and just 3 days until AF is due which is usually bang on time and I'm feeling crampy.
Quite emotional and sensitive at the moment but I think that's just the whole process getting to me already.
I think you definitely become hyper aware of your body during the TWW.
