TTC after early miscarriage part 2

Hi all just dropping in to see how you are doing. I hope you're all keeping ok I definitely don't miss the TTC after loss and know it's not easy. I'm sure this thread will continue for a while as more people sadly have to join but hopefully all of you here just now will have some luck soon 🤞

@DonnaWhat yeah, I'll pack Thursday night. God knows what I'll end up taking 😂 fertile week should start mid holiday which is good timing.

I'm convincing myself that my period is lighter this month though. I say that, I had a heavy day 1/2, but it's slowed down (I'm on day 3) and it would normally be 6 days long. Guess there's nothing I can do but wait and see, I'm probably over analysing anyway!

@Ella31 yes fingers crossed can restart again. Have to go back for a scan in 2 weeks to make sure everything has passed.

@ThelastRolo20 ooops my bad 😆 we went to the Manchester Airport pub yesterday, bloody wish I was on any of them getting out of this place! Are you a last min packer then? I like to have everything packed as soon as I book and then unpack and repack about 10 times before I go. Everyone else's holiday starts at the airport, mine starts when I get to the pool 🤨

Evening Ladies, Happy Monday! I started to track ovulation on Saturday. Got a big fat one line negative. I've started taking prenatal supplements and tested again today and my lines appearing now. Hopefully a surge on the way. 🥰 I need some baby dust sending my way. How are you all doing this cycle?

@Ella31 You all packed for your getaway? Vet you'd be glad of the break from this awful weather. We've had all seasons in one day today.

@Rockyslife sending you lots of love. I’m now going through possible my second loss or passing retained tissue from February

I'm so sad guys, I recently had a loss in Jan, found out Friday my baby had stopped growing and had to have surgical invention yesterday, I'm just broken 💔 I really just don't get it 😞

I’ve woken this morning and have started bleeding. Which I am seeing as a positive thing.

@emmatcc1 they said to reset my cycle but wonder if I heard wrong. hopefully whatever they give me will clear system out and I can start again.

@Rosyposy26 I never heard of taking progesterone to get rid of retained tissue. I had a natural miscarriage on Feb. 7th and two days later at the scan I had over 10mm left and was given a dose of methergine ( it’s supposed to make the uterus contract). A bit of stuff came out and then I was sent home with less than 10mm left that was supposed to clear out with next period. Next day I was passing clots and then kept bleeding until Feb. 18th when I passed the last clot. I didn’t schedule a follow up appointment as I just wanted to forget the MC. Pretty sure I’m all good since I’m on my second period now.

@Rosyposy26 I've been where you are and yes unfortunately I did have a neonatal loss with my twins but I mourned so hard for the miscarriages I did have brfore the boys so listen you don't need to compensate for your loss. Its a loss and I'm so sorry for you and all the ladies here experiencing it.

Now hopefully you'll get this sorted and your day will come. I'm sure of it.

@Ella31 i know I had a small spotting 3rd March but that was all. But yes glad getting answers and something is happening. It’s nothing compared to you and you give me strength xx

I would imagine it's old @Rosyposy26 , but I'm so sorry this has been going on. It makes sense why you haven't had a period though. Now I will say after I had my first mc it did take 9 weeks to come back

@ThelastRolo20 thank you. I had miscarriage on 2/2 and I called EPU unit as not had a period since so they said they would scan me and found something. Blood HCG levels were 1 so not viable pregnancy if it’s something new. Hopefully the medication will work.

@Rosyposy26 so sorry, I don't have any experience but sounds like you're going through it a bit at the moment. Really hope they get it sorted for you soon x

@Ella31 I've never tried fertility acupuncture, interested to see if it affects your ovulation

Has anyone experiences retained tissue and was put on progesterone to restart cycle and see if body pushes tissue out? This is happening to me Monday after scan found 12mm of tissue. Though not sure if old tissue or a new pregnancy that hasn’t developed.
