I have been trying to conceive for about 5 months, I’m 25 and have recently lost 6 stones. Me and my partner are taking pre natal, well man conception for him, macca root, Ashaganda. This is my first month using clear blue ovulation monitor which I have found amazing and I got my peak really sudden from low fertility to peak from morning to afternoon, we dtd day before the peak, day of the peak, and two days after. We are also using conceive plus lubricant. I’m praying this is my month, I just want someone to reassure me I’ve done all I can do. I’m finding this journey so difficult and stressful

Thank you, you too 😊I think the main thing is feel whatever you're feeling, no point in pretending to be positive when you're feeling down about things. DH and I tried to "remain positive" for far too long, sometimes you just need to admit that it's not fun anymore, you're sick of trying, everything sucks and babies are stupid and who wants them anyway. In the end you feel better for having let your feelings out!

Hi! I think you're doing plenty. The most important vitamins are folic acid and vitamin D, so definitely make sure you're taking those. I've also just started using CB ovulation sticks, previously I've always used the easy@home strips and they seem to be pretty similar, but easy@home ones are a lot cheaper. Good luck!
