Thought I’d make a new thread for those of us Ttc in February 2024. I know some of us will cross over from end of Jan to Feb! Wishing everyone all the luck ✨❤️

@RW269 had a scan and there's a little strong bean in there! Measuring a bit behind but i did with DD and she caught up so not too worried about that.

I have got a "non-insignificant" internal bleed though, and actually have had some spots of bright red blood in the last day or so. They were quite relaxed, recommended getting in touch with the midwives and telling them the measurements of the bleed to see if they want to scan and i need to get seen if it becomes more than spotting. They said they it would likely be to ensure my well being than baby's though, which I took some comfort from... trying to forget the google spiral ive just gone down and hoping for the best!

The path to baby two was destined not to be an easy one!

@ButterflySkies That’s soon going to come round though I bet it’ll feel ages! oh I do hope you’re not feeling nauseous when you’re hosting Easter! Please keep me updated I’m super excited for you!

Genuinely got so much crossed, currently sat in Asda car park whilst my husbands ran in to get some first responses so I’m ready for the next couple of mornings 😂 pulling out the big guns with the expensive tests hahaha! Due Sunday so got a couple of days hoping to get some positives continuing! 🤞🤞

@RW269 that's really reassuring thank you lovely!! Im sure these scans are never as reassuring as they should be! My nhs one is in mid April when in almost 14 weeks, feels like an absolute age away!! I'm hosting at Easter and touch wood this sticks, how I'm going to hide it I have no idea!

@ButterflySkies so glad you’ve had your scan and it’s holding on in there!
oh absolutely that’ll likely just be to reassure you and keep your stress levels down! My SIl is about 30 weeks now and she had a bleed 5 weeks in and it’s not effected it long term :)
how exciting, won’t be long till your next official nhs one is it? Hope little bean keeps growing strong!!

Well, I was so calm and collected this month, then this morning I took a test and was in a rush getting out the bathroom so didn’t leave it the full time, went back an hour later and was like ahh I forgot to look after the morning rush of husband going to work etc and it was positive 🤦🏻‍♀️but I don’t know how long it took it to turn positive, took another one but cause I’d not long been to the bathroom and been drinking loads of water I didn’t expect it to show so it was negative so now I’m like holding onto this hope and waiting patiently to test again tomorrow morning / Saturday 🤦🏻‍♀️checked on old ones from the last couple days in the bin and none of them have any evap pink lines or anything so I’m hopeful but nervous to get excited 😂xx

Guys, I think I am going mad.
Today is the day of my missed period. All the mommed style tests have been negative.
Today I got this on a CB. 20 min after testing. Could it be? Or is this an evap? There was something about 5 min after testing but too faint to be sure. The pic is 20-30 min after (I was doing the breakfast dishes lol and glances down before going to toss it away). There is a SLIGHT tinge of blue to the line also.

@KittyFantastica sorry to read your news.

Having reached CD44 today and still no AF and no positive test (usually 28-33 cycles), I've phoned the doctors. Got a call back tomorrow pm to discuss. I assume they'll do bloods to check me out, and presume I'll be trying again later on the month. But overall a rubbish start to TTC this year, COVID in Jan and now this in Feb. Hoping things improve in future attempts.

That’s so funny getting angry at the teenager 😂 to be fair the smell of nail varnish that enclosed could make anyone feel nauseous!
Awwh lovely got everything crossed for your scan Thursday! Definitely update us all is well! ☺️ true, but it’s also lovely to see it happen for people who have been along for the ride haha!

I'm doing ok thank you - I'm in the full swing of symptoms atm... threw up in the shower thus morning and am very uncharacteristically angry at the world (nearly shouted at a poor teenager painting their nails on the train this morning 😂). Have a reassurance scan on Thursday so keeping everything crossed!! Will let you know how it goes. Mindful of how hard it is when you're trying so I won't post much!

Thinking of those of you lovelies going into the TTW - sending baby dust and hoping you get your sticky beans this month!! Xxx

So update on my positive at 7dpo. I tested again 8 and 9 hoping to see progression but they were clear negatives. I'm due on tomorrow so I'm not going to test again unless I miraculously end up late and even then I'll wait three days to test. I have clockwork periods but I don't see the point in testing again unless there is a reason. Feel so sad to be out as we were trying for 18 months when I fell pregnant in Oct. I had no feeling I was gonna miscarry it was so sudden. I think I have to accept that fact I'm not going to fall pregnant again. It's so disheartening. GP won't help us as we have a child already who's 3. We tested my partners sperms and it's all perfect. So the problem is me but I take such good care of myself and my health that I just don't understand why it's not happening. Sorry for the rant.

@KittyFantastica so sorry to hear that. It may not be comforting but at least you can conceive and mother nature has just been doing its job. Well at least that's what i have told myself since my loss. Are you being referred by your doctor for any help? Xxxxx

Hi everyone, I’m currently ttc and I’ve just had AF arrive which is fine I’m okay with it , this was my first time trying! However I did an ovulation test to see what it would say and it’s really high? Does anyone know why this might be?

Another BFN over here on the FRER at 14 dpo. I'm going with I'm out :( can't have done any more this month so really hitting me this time.

I'm at CD39 today having had positive opk 2 weeks ago, so ovulation was late. I had COVID in January so going to assign the very late or missing period to that (or the higher dose folic acid I've started on).
