Anyone else in their fertile window?

Just checking if anyone else around CD13 wants to join this thread? Was nice to have a group going last cycle. I just entered my fertile window today. OPKs says I haven't ovulated yet but they're getting darker every day ☺️

17dpo and AF is 3 days late now. I ended up caving on Friday and went to a pharmacy to do a test and it was BFN. BFN negative yesterday when I got home from the holiday. BFN when I tested this morning.

My cycles are usually regular so I've no idea where AF is. I was keen to just have her visit, away she goes, and then jump back into TTC cycle, but now I've no idea what is going on. How long should one wait for her to show up before speaking to a GP? Obviously, I'm not there yet, just trying to form a timeline in my mind.

As I've said in previous posts, my other pregnancies all had faint positives starting at 11dpo so I think it is very unlikely I am pregnant though I also recognise that every pregnancy is different so who knows. It's a frustrating position to be in 😐

@JunkJane I'm sorry that you're still waiting for AF. I think AF can be so random. Like you, I am always regular with my periods, but the cycle before I got my BFP, my cycle ended up being about 33 days, which is unheard of for me. I'm always a 27/28 day cycle. I really hope she shows soon so you can focus on the next month TTC ❤️

I'm 15 dpo today, AF is late by 1 day and I'm travelling on holiday. I forgot to bring tests with me so haven't tested since Monday. I'll be home to test tomorrow literally seconds after I walk through the door. I have no other symptoms except for some twinging low on both sides. By my earlier tests results I wasn't expecting anything to happen this cycle which is probably why I forgot to pack my tests.

11dpo and thought I had a faint line but it's more of a shadow so thinking still negative.

I have had possible sides affects and the fact that the line is blue in colour is a bit of a hope 🙏🏼🤞🏼

@HannahHX you could try another test in the morning. Maybe a different brand? How many dpo are you? From your pictures and from what you've described, I would think those are evaporation lines, but it's impossible to say for certain

if I’m honest it was a negative then I went back to it a few hours later and the line was there and it just got darker in colour. I also had another test I done a couple of weeks again that was a very very faint line but only I could see it. I’m confused

@Applesandcake if it were me, I would keep at it in March. I would just be sat there at the end of the month arguing with myself that I missed my chance 🤣

I’m really torn but I think you might be right! If it ends up taking 6 cycles plus to get pregnant I’ll be so annoyed that I missed three out! I have no choice about missing April, but I do have a choice about feb and March…….. hmmm!

Is this an evap line or a positive? I’ve heard alot of different opinions on this, I’m in 2 minds because the line is blue not grey or clear?

Did it appear in the time frame? Last month I had two blue evap lines not long outside the time frame. I don’t trust these tests at all anymore.

Negative again at 10dpo. Thinking it's unlikely this cycle but going to continue testing until AF arrives.

Now to decide, do I miss the next three cycles and start afresh in May, or just keep going regardless of the bad timing over the next two months (as have to miss April regardless as DH away). Will let the disappointment settle and then decide. Head says wait, heart says don’t!

This is now officially the longest it’s ever taken my to get pregnant, which I realise is super luck as it’s only cycle 2, but still feels like an annoying milestone!

I'm sorry @Applesandcake 😭 I know people will say you're not out until AF arrives, which is true, but I know you know your own body. I would say keep trying and deal with whatever the consequences are afterwards.

Thanks so much. Think we did it 2-3 times during fertile window and once on peak day. But still early days, still don't believe it's not an indent.

Don't lose hope yet. It's still super early. 9-11dpo is key I think. How are you feeling? When will you test again?

Thanks gals. I've just gone for a walk with DP. We're not going to get excited yet, will test again tomorrow and see if it shows again. I ordered more easy @ home tests and they arrive tomorrow. So can only test with Amazon cheapies and Premom tomorrow.

9dpo/10dpo is still so early so there is still hope for everyone xx

You could be 9dpo though as you had a positive the day before you peak. Maybe you ovulated the day of your peak.

@Bb542 I'm using the premom tests as well and have to say yours has definitely more of a shadow than my stark white test. And with the line on at the easy@home I think you are well on your way to darkening lines soon 😊 premature congratulations 🥰

My first two have the same birthday. It honestly isn't a massive deal in reality and would be the same if you ended up having twins anyway. Also, even if the due date is the same, the due window is 5 weeks (37-42 weeks), so they could have birthdays separated by a few weeks in any case.

This is what I’m thinking. My DD is end of Oct, 12 days later is my DS. So we’d have three all very close together birthday wise but the more I think about it, the more I don’t want to wait… especially if we 💯 can’t try in April.
