Hey Tinkerbell,

Have you been to the doctors? (can remember talking about it ages ago in another thread)

They might be able to tell you what could be happening.

tinkerbell2 · 18/03/2008 12:01

hi ladies yes it is me cd 52 and counting an feeling lots of anger now and tired

kayzisbroody · 18/03/2008 11:02

LOL, yeah Diege I would like 4 actually!

Waiting until ds was at least 2 would mean I'd have to put ttc back to next March. What would Nat say?

Diege · 18/03/2008 10:31

Oh Kay, I'd try and ignore all 'well meaning' comments from relatives. It truly is a deicsion that only you and dh can make. If I'd have listened to my mum I'd have stuck at one baby, as she thought that was a 'nice' number to have . Wait until you're ttc no.4 and thinking about breaking the news to family

kayzisbroody · 18/03/2008 09:49

I keep forgetting to take all my tablets. Its just remembering to take them.

Oh and my dad said at the weekend that he doesn't think we should have another baby before ds is at least 2

Diege · 18/03/2008 09:48

Hello BB! Yes, looking forward to the long weekend here too . That reminds me, never did find that Charlie and Lola egg, so have to hope a Smarties one will suffice (comes with grow your own smarties plant).

Diege · 18/03/2008 09:38

Morning
Snap Kay, 5am start here too . Up in the night with dds too, so feeling a bit bleugh here at my desk. On a positive note, I've got the office to myself today, and dh is coming over for lunch which will be nice.
Was having a chat earlier with our subject leader, and apparently I'm going to be taking over someone else role when he retires in Sept, with lots of responsibility and more teaching - one of those cases of squeezing a full-time role into my 'part-time' 4 days a week, which I'm not too happy with. I'm already having to work some eveining and a Sunday to get everything done..And then of course we have the issue of..well will I actually be around all of next year, what with possible maternity leave?? I am a worrier about things like this, though sometimes (and this is one of those times) it's probably best just to let things work themselves out. I am a bit of a control freak I'll admit .
Happy birthday for ds1 Nat . We have the same birthday thing (dds 1 & 3) in first half of November. Tis a busy week, but fun too . And yes, I'd leave the shower if I were you!
Sounds like you have a good weekend planned Kay - I'm sure your dh will be pleased too . Your ovulation time seems to have come round really soon too!
That reminds me, must get some water to take my pills - it's really hard getting the 5 of them down a day!
Hi Pink/Tinkerbell? That is you isn;t it? .
Speak later, diege xxx

kayzisbroody · 18/03/2008 09:14

Morning BB,

I am!! I'm looking forward to having dh at home for a long weekend as he has Thursday off to for ds's birthday.

Plus I OV on Friday(should anyway) so having him off work is good as normally he'd be at work at 5 Friday morning so not able to have a gof on the Thursday night.

BeMyLilBaby · 18/03/2008 09:08

kayzisbroody · 18/03/2008 08:07

Wish Ds1 a happy birthday for me Nat.

Ds has gone back to sleep now. Typical.

Got to get some wrapping paper today so I will have to spend all tomorrow night wrapping presents. Working 9-6 tomorrow and then going to York straight from work to get the last few presents.

NatalieJane · 18/03/2008 07:18

Morning all

Can't stop, 'tis DS1's birthday today, got shopping and party to do, probably won't be about a lot today, if at all, so have a good day everyone, will keep fingers crossed for any pending tests and/or symptoms!

Must go and get showered some how ready, shower (electric) is leaking, think I might have to come up with a way of not showering, don't fancy being electrocuted today! Watering can, is sounding like the best idea so far....!

Anyway enjoy the snow Kay! Sounds like it is going to be cold cold cold into next week. See you all later/tomorrow xxx

kayzisbroody · 18/03/2008 06:41

Good Morning [tries to appear cheerful]

Ds decided he wanted to get up at 5, which was fine for dh who had to get up at half 5 for work. 1 bottle later and ds fell asleep in my bed but woke up when I took him to his cot. So we got up instead.

IT'S SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!!

BigTeuchLittleTeuch · 17/03/2008 20:13

Hi all, busy day today for me, hence the shocking lack of posts compared to normal!!

NJ - I did read that statistic somewhere (must go and find it!!) but I am now thinking it might have been 2 days before that was 10%...anyway. I'm not sure, but I think that maybe the number of avid ttc-ers (and the proportion of those ttc girl)relative to all pregnancies probably evens out the numbers... It is apparently much more difficult/can take longer to choose to concieve a girl (as the chances of pg any one month are reduced). However, letting nature take its course, there is a pretty equal chance of a wriggler of either type reaching your expectant ovum!!!

I'm away again - still got to get house clean (for going away!!!) as BIL is putting in bathroom, FIL will be looking after farm and other IL's might pop in to snoop see them!

kayzisbroody · 17/03/2008 20:08

Sorry taken so long to reply, just had my dinner.

We might be going to the castle for his birthday. They are having a grand re-opening. But we're not sure yet. Then in the evening we're going to my mum's then to mil's as she is doing a party for him.

lardylumps · 17/03/2008 19:59

Right got to go now, have a nice evening. speek tomorrow

lardylumps · 17/03/2008 19:40

Just got her to sleep now, she is still coughing but I have given her the inhaler and that has settled it enough for her to sleep.

I hope she is better for her party on saturday.

I have bought everything but need to get the house straight. Dp and I have taken thursday off work to do it as it looks like a bomb has gone off at the moment.

how about you? What are you doing on thursday?

kayzisbroody · 17/03/2008 19:34

I'm here LL.

You all set for dd's birthday?

How is she now?

lardylumps · 17/03/2008 19:29

It is very quiet in here tonight where have you all gone?

Cosmogirl · 17/03/2008 18:06

BTW, am quite out of the loop now because can't post at work. My team at work are very nice people but seem quite anti-children...They are late thirties, early forties, no kids, think people who have kids can't talk about anything but baby this and baby that.......They are into "having their freedom, travelling etc etc". So, not sure what they will think if I get pregnant, as is the plan ...

Cosmogirl · 17/03/2008 17:57

Hey all,

Yep, my foot has fallen off the wagon but the rest of me is hanging on in there! TBH, this year is going so quick that I don't think I'll need to bring it forward again - will be Oct before I know it

Best of luck to everyone who is trying this month - I'm keeping everything crossed for you. It is going to be so exciting when you all start to graduate to the antenatal boards...and there will just be me and Playing left!

Well AF didn't show this weekend and today at work I got nasty stabbing pains in my bits which wasn't pleasant. Was walking to photocopier when it happened and had to stop and kind of catch my breath - very uncomfortable. Couldn't really tell anyone - too embarrassing - so just stood there until felt ok to move again. Hope AF shows her face soon, only CD 30 or so though, so s'pose it is OK.

x

fairydustcomingover · 17/03/2008 17:56

evening ladies had agreat day @ my friends
and found out that she is 7wks preganant which is great as they have been trying for 9 months

NatalieJane · 17/03/2008 17:45

Night everyone that's gone

Anyone want to come and fold this washing and put it away? 'Tis not enough that I don't iron it, (found the iron BTW, it was right at the back of the corner cupboard, with a dead loofah next to it, lovely ) I don't want to fold it all and put it away either, I am sooooo lazy today!

Seems to have been nothing but hassle on top of hassle today, good job I know how to smile!

Think the bar would have gotten an early opening if it wasn't that time of the month! Will have to make do with chocolate instead

kayzisbroody · 17/03/2008 17:23

Night all.
