MOrning!!

No news from SIL...nada! I'm so disappointed but not as disappointed as they are surely, so must keep it in perspective . I was just so sure!!! Just shows - me and my hunches...

I've lost my cycle...must go and check excel

Toilet should be in today...

NatalieJane · 22/03/2008 08:12

Sorry Tink, x posts, sounds like it is probably your period really, I don't think red blood is a sign of implantation, is it? Looking on the bright side at least this mega cycle is over and hopefully the next one won't be quite as long! And if looking on the bright side doesn't help, grab chocolate, DVD, and DH and snuggle for the day.

NatalieJane · 22/03/2008 08:08

Good morning , , (was a very good night last night!! )

Bleurghhhhh, morning sickness..... it doesn't seem to be my style other than a few waves of nausea in the first few weeks. I don't know how you all cope with the severe sickness, poor you! Though I have lost count of the number of times I read things like "the sickness is good, means you've got a really healthy bean (errrrr, isn't it a baby? I don't want to give birth to a runner bean, or a baked one for theat matter, or a kidney one....) in there" if I was a novice reading that with no morning sickness I'd be pretty worried, but then I suppose all of us none morning sickness people get you back by offering the ginger biscuits! Ginger biscuit anyone?

Cal glad you had a good day.

Kay at DH for you, they have little idea of what we go through (mentally) for TTC'ing, no matter how hard they try, they never quite 'get it'.

Teuch, hope bathroom gets sorted out PDQ, I know a bit of how you're feeling, shower is still deadened, DH fitting one on Monday (he is on call over the weekend, so although he may not actually go out, he could do at any minute) Did your SIL come up with any news?

Tink, any thing this morning? Am keeping fingers crossed>

DH is convinced I am pregnant, I woke up yesterday with a very round belly , and can hardly eat anything. I think it is more that because I've been so busy this last couple of weeks I have been grabbing chocolate bars and bags of crisps instead of proper food, so have got fat, and the not eating thing, well I just didn't feel like it yesterday, probably because I've not really had that much to eat the last couple of weeks. I don't think I am pregnant I am only CD18, 5 OR 6 days DPO, surely nothing would have changed physically by now, even though I do show early, that is a bit too early! But then again it has only been a couple of months since I was showing with the mc, nooooooooooo don't get me started Nat......!

tinkerbell2 · 22/03/2008 08:04

morning k abit of red blood this morning
and cramps will update on amount of blood

kayzisbroody · 22/03/2008 07:16

Good morning,

I don't think I'll be pg this time round
Dh wasn't feeling very well last night and was really tired so I said he could just go to sleep.

BUT he stayed on the laptop in bed until 11!!! So I'm not very happy with him today. Also he'd forgotten that we need to have sex on certain days. So I am going to give him my pregnancy for dummies book and make him read it!!

Hope everyone has good days.

calsworld · 22/03/2008 00:07

I'll be with you on the pukers thread - def. no ginger biscuits in this house!

One of the few things i could stomach all through MS (5 weeks to 38 weeks) was mexican food. Everything else just churned...

Got to go, getting teased,

(PS had a lovely day might have had a mojita too many though and think i'm going to struggle when DS wants to get up in the morning!!)

I'm off to the Inlaws in the morning and they don't have internet connection so won't be back on till Tues , have a good one, x

kayzisbroody · 21/03/2008 20:38

Hello everyone.

Cal, I hope you've had a good birthday.

I'm very tired again today, probably due to waking up at half 5. At least if I wake up at half 5 tomorrow I can get up and watch the Formula 1 qualifying

Must make sure to have a gof tonight.

Night everyone. Enjoy the weekend.

tinkerbell2 · 21/03/2008 20:37

evening ladies
went to loo and noticed brown gunge in pants really excited cd 55 hoping is implantation

BigTeuchLittleTeuch · 21/03/2008 20:16

Hi all! Belated bday wishes Freddie and Cal

Just swishing past as much to do!! Just home today but we don't actually have an operating bathroom just yet, and the house is a tip AND we are having lunch for, erm, 8 on Sunday. Fingers crossed for a toilet by then, eh?!

Luckily, we have a cottage we rent out which is only Mon-THur so we have a bathroom we can use...

Still a week to period time for me, due to late OV. Nada symptoms .

I'm not feeling hopeful this month, really.

Ow...sare heid!!! Must go and take something.

Laters.

MoosMa · 21/03/2008 19:05

Oh no, certainly not! Maybe more of a 'I've puked 16 times already today, please wash my hair for me and tell me I'm pretty' thread?

Diege · 21/03/2008 18:58

Some sort of support thread would be great actually . Please not of the 'ginger biscuits always worked for me' variety though .

MoosMa · 21/03/2008 18:47

Maybe when we're suffering again we can start a 'pukers' thread?

MoosMa · 21/03/2008 18:46

Eurgh, that's enough to make me feel sick now! I do remember tiredness playing a major part in it, I was far worse with DD1 as I was working full time and although I had a toddler to look after the next time, at least I could do that lying down in my dressing gown eating crisp sandwiches

Diege · 21/03/2008 17:22

Phew, bad enough though by the sound of it Moos!! There's something very peculiar about how you feel with bad MS I think that is so hard to recall and explain to others, but then when you get it you can't imagine how you ever forgot! With you on the wretching down the sink - I also had lots and lots of saliva and dh was forever finding cups of discarded saliva by the sofa

MoosMa · 21/03/2008 17:04

Eeek, mine was never quite that bad, I just remember spending most of the summer lying on the floor trying to persuade myself to eat and wretching into the kitchen sink.

Diege · 21/03/2008 17:00

Hi!! Back from party - surprisingly quiet at the playbarn it was in - think people assumed it would be closed BH - all good! Older dds are watching HSM2...have to say Troy is rather lush .
Nearly wine 0 clock I would say Nat, esp if you have been busy stripping wallpaper!
Moos, snap here with the months to avoid for the same reasons! Am pinning my hopes on acupuncture this time, but still really want to enjoy my two weeks hols in July/August and the sort of sickness I get has (on past record) meant hossy stay...not ideal on holiday!
Speak later x

NatalieJane · 21/03/2008 16:11

Helloooooooooooooooooooooooooo Happy birthday Cal By your next birthday your likely to be a mum again!!

Everyone enjoying the BH so far? I am in my element, I am wearing old clothes covered in paint, hair scraped back unwashed paint under my finger nails, and on my face I lurve painting

DH has Homer Simpson's voice on his TomTom he said the original womans voice was un-nerving I have only been in the car about 5 times when he has had it on, and it annoys me so much I'd rather get lost.

I am unimpressivly looking for symptoms, to no avail.

Sorry Moos, can't help with the pinky CM, am liking Diege's idea though, I think if it was brown I'd agree with Cal's link.

Is it wine o'clock yet?

MoosMa · 21/03/2008 13:45

Oh and it's not brown, it's red!

MoosMa · 21/03/2008 13:43

Thing is though Cal, AF packed her bags and left on Tuesday, maybe she just popped back to get something she'd forgotten?

I really don't want a Christmas baby and I really don't want ms in the summer again, especially not July as it's my brother's wedding and my DDs will be bridesmaids so I need to be on top form then!

tinkerbell2 · 21/03/2008 13:43

happy birthday calsworld hope you are having a great day.
tom toms are great we have one.

Diege · 21/03/2008 13:04

Cals, of course it is!! ...Agree, it will be great for work
Moos, same here on avoiding xmas baby! I'm planning on doing a big xmas family meal this year (that's if we've moved into a bigger house and think it would be a marginally easier task heavily pregnant than with a week-old baby!

calsworld · 21/03/2008 12:30

MoosMa, I did a google search for cervical mucous and found this article... which talks about brown tinged which is old blood - at CD9 I imagine it is probably the end of your period.

I think I'm on CD10 today so we're very close! Also, I'm not 100% but I think that implantation bleeds happen quite a while after conception so its unlikely to be this...

Think the next seven days are probably critical for us - need to fill up IYSWIM!! GOF's, BD's and explosions all the way!!

DS is hugging my foot!

A tomtom is one of those satellite nav systems that you can use in the car or even on foot! I have to do quite a lot of business travel so this will make life lots easier! I think DH is fed up with me ringing him and asking him to navigate me to where I@m supposed to be!!!

Flight · 21/03/2008 12:25

I will handily bring a spanner when I enrol

You are a smashing lot on here.

MoosMa · 21/03/2008 11:48

Better not be, I don't want a baby for Christmas!!

I've always had very long cycles before so I wouldn't expect it to be related to impending OV, I guess I'll just wait and see [wishes there was a test for everything]

Diege · 21/03/2008 11:36

Hi MOOSMA . Hmmm, maybe implantation bleed from day 8 goF?? . Less hopefully, have heard this is common in first cycle (and sometimes subsequent)cycles after coming off pill - due to changing hormonal levels and the womb lining changing consistency etc etc...
