kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 12:26

I want to go to Edinburgh and go into the vaults! I would be terrified but I'd enjoy it.

BigTeuchLittleTeuch · 25/03/2008 12:14

Oh, Oh...I did a ghost walk in Edinburgh which was a bit flat until we went into the vaults!! wwooooooooooooo-ooooooooh! (ghost-like sound).

I was actually standing with my fingers in my ears, my eyes squeezed closed, rocking on the spot in case the poltergeist (sp?) touched me....

I was so relieved to have lived through it that I got hammered on whisky and smoked about 60 fags.

Never again

BigTeuchLittleTeuch · 25/03/2008 12:11

I love Tinkerbell's posts...they give a great summary of everything I have missed!!

tinkerbell2 · 25/03/2008 11:29

i am feeling abit more positive now
cant believe period on cd4 already hopefully not long till the witch packs her bags for a very long time
going to bd every 3 days as soon as af stops to allow maximum chances of bfp
hopefully will have a bfp very soon or if not at least a shorted cycle next time of less than 55 days

throws baby dust over everyone and wishes luck ***

Oh god, DS2 just put The Simpsons on, I thought 'Simpsons? At this time of day?' did a bit more investigating, and he has actually put the DVD on..... I am never gonna be free of the sodding yellow people am I?

kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 11:10

Yeah I will take my ipod and ask him.

I might be going house hunting on Friday. I have told dh I want to move to Whitby.

Diege · 25/03/2008 11:09

Love the idea of an ipregnant ; would deffo fast forward through the first 12 weeks, and replay the last few (I love those last few weeks!).
Kay, I'll be doing a ghost walk in Whitby this year. Meant to do one last but it was sooo rainy!! Didn't know that about the Abbey steps and Dracula!! . Will keep a look out from our holiday cottage!

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 11:04

Maybe Kay, you could take an iPod with you on the ghost walk, and ask the dog if he can change it to an iPregnant? Surely things from 'the other side' know how to do impossible stuff?!

kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 10:58

I have done one in York and it was great. We might do one in London around the Jack the Ripper sites.

popcornprincess · 25/03/2008 10:57

as for ghost walks. I would love to do one. I wonder if they do them in my area. Right, I'm off to google to find out.

popcornprincess · 25/03/2008 10:56

Not sure how you would make one but put me on the list to buy one once you've figured it out!

kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 10:56

Yeah. Also Whitby is the home of Dracula and he apparently runs up and down the 199 steps to the Abbey in dog form!!

If I saw a big black dog on the steps I think I would die.

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 10:53

Sorry last message was to Pop, Kay how dare you post while I am thinking of new technologies?

Ghost walks? For what? To see a g g g g g ghost

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 10:51

Fingers crossed it doesn't come. You'd have thought in this day and age, there would be a 'iPregnantPod' thing, just push a button and you're pregnant, in fact, that would be fantastic because it would obviously have pause, rewind and fast forward buttons, you could pause it to have a good night out, fast forward through the mind numbing boringness of most some of the pregnancy, fast forward through labour, rewind back to those first few moments holding your new baby, then fast forward till they are 18 and you can kick 'em out the door

How do I make one of them?

kayzisbroody · 25/03/2008 10:47

I am on CD18 and I'm starting to feel a little anxious.

I'm looking for b&b's in Whitby as we want to do the ghost walk! I will be scared sh*tless so I don't know why I want to do it.

popcornprincess · 25/03/2008 10:43

well period isn't here yet but it's only a matter of hours away me thinks as I have cramps and need to sleep so badly. I'm sitting at my desk in a trance. Can't believe it only 10.43. It feels like it's the middle of the night

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 10:38

Oh and Lotta, 3 kids will be a sinch, no problem...... won't it?

NatalieJane · 25/03/2008 10:37

Sorry Pop and Teuch I don't think it matters when you test, early, on time, late, when you see a BFN, it is always dissapointing. I think even if you're not TTC'ing and a baby is the very last thing you need/want, a BFN is still a tiny bit dissapointing. But looking on the positive side (no pun intended!) it isn't over until your period shows up, that's what I tell myself anyway, not sure it makes any difference!

Oh my shower this morning was loverrrrrrly Heaven, in my half painted, half not, bathroom

DS2's walking is coming along, he walked the length of the room yesterday, didn't even stop to throw himself on the beanbag, which is his favourite past time at the moment...

And, although I didn't actually smoke very many, so not a huge deal, I have stopped smoking, not had one since Friday (I think it was, might have been Thursday, this long weekend has mucked all my days up! Don't even know what CD I am on....

BigTeuchLittleTeuch · 25/03/2008 10:08

Sorry Pop, is such a heartsink when you get the negative. Especially when you feel pg.

I am about 11dpo and bfn - I know it is early but I don't feel pregnant anyway. I have a few wee things that I could convince myself are symptoms but I am trying to stay sensible this month .

I would rather not fall pregnant next month as it would most likely mean xmas and new year away from home (and DH ) but I am too impatient to miss a month!

popcornprincess · 25/03/2008 09:58

yeah - I'm fine. Like always I had convinced myself that I was but to be honest I was thining it might be a BFN as my body seems a bit confused after my m/c. May be it just needs to settle down first. Thanks for asking diege.

laughalot · 25/03/2008 09:47

Nj I would love to join you but a and l are enough for me at the moment. I am a bit though xxx
