Out of curiosity why do the clearblue (6 days early ones ) always have a evap line after 10-15 mins. Tried with water and no evap lines . But with urine about 10 tests have had evap line after time. Does it pick up LH maybe?

@NLmum4 I’lol be testing tomorrow again hopefully will see the line becoming a bit darker. You mentioned taking 10 tests you can’t possibly have evaporation like on them all xxx I’m guessing you’re positive. Xxx

NLmum4 · 21/11/2023 15:25

If yours was 5 mins then almost certain positive I would say. Congratulations I think :)
Mine isn't because outside time.

@NLmum4 About 5 min or so xx. I would have thought yours looks positive. I heard the clear blue are more accurate if dipped in urine rather midstream but don’t know how true it is xx

NLmum4 · 21/11/2023 15:09

I would say that's positive

How long did you wait before this came up ?. Think it looks better than mine which is a tiny thin line .
This is mine which came up after maybe 10-15 and got darker but very thin line which doesn't look right

@NLmum4 they seem to come and go on Amazon. Not sure why, but sometimes when I have searched they are there and other times they're not. It's a shame as you really can't beat them. I've heard boots is a good alternative though.

NLmum4 · 21/11/2023 14:58

Interesting. Thank you. They don't seem to sell first response anymore (apart from a company on Amazon) which are the ones I always thought more reliable.

I can't tell you why but I can't tell you when people post about advice interpreting a pregnancy test, it's almost always these clear blue, blue line tests. They really are a nightmare and I'd highly recommend people find a good pink line test like a FRER or boots early test instead.
