Indent / evaporation line / faint positive? Opinions?

Hi, I recently took a test that has a faint line. It appeared in the time frame and I followed instructions.
I don’t know when I ovulated as I have PCOS and irregular cycles. I will test again in a few days but I’m dying to know now.
I can’t get the best picture but what do you think?

I checked this morning with a different brand and it was negative so I’m still confused. I could be anywhere from 10-14dpo today though based on when I had sex.

I can see a faint line just about. Whether it's a positive or an evap I think is impossible at this stage.
