@pontipinemum @@123456789ss yeah I don't think FRERs are easy to get anymore. Think they may be discontinued. Apparently Boots own brand 5 days early with the pink dye are good. I bought some in the Black Friday sale. It was about the only thing I got in the sales. Quite sad really 😂

@123456789ss can't beat seeing it on the digital! I can't seem to get FRERs I'm in Ireland and Amazon don't seem to want to bring them here! I'm rapidly running out of tests once they're gone I won't buy more. I have a dr app booked for Monday for blood though I want a general MOT done anyway.

How old is your 1st child? Mine is 16 months he's a handful!! But yes I want to add another one to the mix

My husband wouldn't believe me until I got a digital to spell it out in words on Sunday.
I've now got obsessed with watching line progression (something I didn't know to do with baby #1 and glad I didn't). Trying to stick to every 48hrs but it's just so hard to wait.

@H938 it's so hard not to test! Well I find it to be anyway. It didn't help that I had 20 tests!!

Hello!! Sorry long time no appearance on the thread - for those that remember me from November I’m away with the fam with toddler in the room over this fertile window…!

Good news is the 35+ degree heat has been knocking my DD out for long naps so we have managed to DTD and i think I’ve ovulated during that time - no tracking this month, but hubby has been keen to try when we can… so although I’m putting it out of mind I am - i think - nervously entering the TTW…

I’ll have a look through the feed but wishing everyone baby dust, hoping you’re all ok - will check back in over the feed with how you’re all doing! Back home come Monday morning so I’m sure you’ll be seeing more of me then! Though no early testing for me this time (she says knowing I’ve got a stash of tests at home!) Xx

@LuceNumberTwo dont know why I even bothered 😂 its like I know it wouldnt come up anyway but still do it. Also last month i thought I had symptoms turns out it was nothing and this month nothing but cramping and i feel lightheaded but my iron is always low so thats probs why. Its like we convince ourselves of it 😩🤯 how you feeling?

@wanderlustre oh gosh, I'm so sorry to hear that! It's just a nightmare honestly, I didn't expect much but atleast for them to have told my Gp or something 🤦‍♀️ I wish you all the luck with the IVF 🤞🤞💖

@pontipinemum Might just be a little early, when I was pregnant in May/June. I didn't get a positive on the digital until around 14/15 dpo but the easy @ home strips were positive! Still time 🤞🤞💖

@H938 aww did you cave? That might well be implantation, so it could be that you'll get a BFP within the next week 🤞 also the flashing smiley test is only on a certain test- depends if you bought the more expensive kit or not. I only buy the one which tells you the two.most fertile days.. you can get one which tells you 4 or more - that's the flashing one 😊😊

@Saffie920 I never got the flashing smileys just the static one so god knows what that means. Im sure if you are dtd lots you will catch it xx

@pontipinemum deffo a line. Its just so early thats probs why its so faint. Try in a couple of days im sure it will be darker. Mine was negative and im either 8/9dpo or 3dpo 😂 dont know why I bothered to test. I had the tinyest bit of blood today and cramps all day so I thought maybe it wss implantation. I will wait til Saturday to test again as im due on sunday anyway x

I'm still waiting for my LH surge!! I had flashing smiley faces on Clearblue tests this morning and yesterday afternoon so I'm hoping that's a good sign. LH was still v low though this morning. I will try testing again in a couple of hours (or as long as my bladder can hold out!) it's CD15 for me. We've been DTD lots so hope my surge comes soon

So now the anxiety of TTC has turned into the anxiety of hoping it sticks!

Have you tried taking a photo and editing it e.g. increasing the contrast? It helps point out if there's a line there

9DPO still early - I'd check again in 3 days

@H938 9DPO today, I did that test yesterday morning. I did a cheap test this morning I think my eyes are fecked, I can't see anything but if I put it on a white sheet I think I can sort of make out the faintest of faint lines but I could be imagining it!

How long are you supposed to leave the stick in the pee? I've read 10 seconds but also been told to wait until the control line shows. IDK if I am soaking them!

Starting to think it is not my month. After a few positives there are now stark white so I am thinking even though I tracked LH I ovulated early and have had a chemical.

In case anyone is interesting, the CB digital, not the weeks one, only has 1 line when it is negative, it had 2 lines when I was pregnant last time even though it said not pregnant

I'm on CD11 and my CB OPK is still showing a blank circle. I normally ovulate bang on CD12 every month which is a bit weird. We have a friend staying with us for a few days so it's making me feel a bit less stressed about needing to DTD but I've also radically changed my diet this month after finding out about the IVF (cutting out caffeine, alcohol, refined grains, processed food etc. basically all the good things in life) so I'm wondering if that's somehow had an effect.

@LuceNumberTwo I feel your pain about the long waits! I was referred by my GP in April and had an initial fertility screening in mid-May (internal scan, blood tests, semen analysis etc.). Our follow up appointment to discuss the results wasn't until 31st October 🙄if it helps, things have progressed relatively quickly for us after that. Yesterday we received our letter confirming we have funding for 3 cycles of IVF and now we're just waiting for our first appointment to get going which they think will be mid-January. The long waits have been so frustrating, especially as we then learnt time isn't on our side. I really hope you get some answers soon!

@starryx Hopefully its not!! Mine is coming sunday too so I will hold out til then - maybe saturday as im going out Saturday night!!

I bought ovulation tests...
Never used them before cause I know my form and afraid they will further stress me out...
I'm usually 29 days and try cover day 10/12 until day 20/21 every second days...but obviously keeping missing or something...its so hard going...and staying postitive to boots....anyways find the threads helpfull....

@LuceNumberTwo honestly NHS are the worst!! They literally dont communicate or theyre so overworked im not sure which one. I was reading up on people saying they take Vit C and B Complex if they have a short luteal phase - as I have now diagnosed myself with that 🤣

Also im due to come on sunday so I may aswell sit it out as im either 8dpo or 4dpo so if im 4 i would just be testing too early! When will you test? x
