Really sorry to hear that @SlinkMcSlink . I’m in the same boat. Christmas around family with large families is a really hard time to be going through this. I got my period and then ovulated right after- so I felt like I lost two potential cycles at once! I’ve really had enough. How long have you been TTC?

I’m out. AF has just arrived. That’s put a dampener on Christmas. :( I just don’t understand. Our fertility results appointment/plan isn’t until 22nd Jan either and we went for our tests on September 8th. Trying to put on a brave face.

@SlinkMcSlink I agree about this not being a healthy way of living. I feel like I’m losing my ability to enjoy life and properly be present with my daughter, because my head is always somewhere else. Wondering if I should take a break for a while.

Hi everyone. Has anyone else peaked really early in their cycle? I just finished my period after a second chemical last month and I’m already getting EWCM and high estrogen according to my Mira monitor. This has never happened to me before and I’ve been tracking my cycles for years.

information about this online is contradictory but a lot of it is saying that early ovulation is pretty much a write off. I’m really upset- I feel like I just got over the chemical and now I’ve found out that my next cycle is wasted.

has this happened to anyone else? God, TTC is relentless.

I’m not that hopeful this month though to be honest. All good intentions but then with sickness and just going out more/busy we only managed to DTD once on what I think was ovulation day.
Been so much more relaxed this month, to the point of not even bothered 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I blame the viral infection I had!

I didn’t even BBT which I normally do. Did get a peak OPK on the Friday but didn’t DTD till the Sunday so I’m guessing my chances are low this month.

Currently 9dpo. Trying to leave it as late as possible to test. It’s heart breaking thinking about it. Sorry to anyone who has got negative. I want to say try and not let it spoil Christmas but I know it will put a downer on mine if it’s negative.

Every cycle is a build up. This can’t be a healthy way of living. Anyone got any tips who got BFP?

Finally had a positive OPK yesterday- CD 24! Think I’ve hit my peak today so I have everything crossed I’ll hopefully squeeze a December BFP in 🤞🏻

@Lovelylove4 7 DPO is very very early. I had a BFP at 7DPO this time then it completely vanished on 8DPO so who only knows sometimes!

I know there's quite a few people on here who got their BFP very early doors (9/10DPO), but I just wanted to share that I didn't get mine until 14DPO (on a 10mu) and only at 17DPO did I get a really good line on the cheapies (25mu). So don't count yourselves out yet! 🙏🏻

1dpo for me again today - and realised I'm going to have to take a test new year's eve as my period is due new year's Day but I will need to know if I can drink or not and I just know I'll be so upset 😭 what a way to end the year! I don't like to test early I just wait for af to come usually.

@wanderlustre same! Had a bfn this morning I also have my 1st scan with the ivf clinic this morning, was really hoping this could be the month especially after my hycosy last month.. better start applying for my loan for ivf 🥲🥲 good luck on your journey

I'm going to count myself out for this month. I'm CD24 and usually have a 25 or 26 day cycle. Took an early response test this morning and it's negative. Looks like we'll be starting IVF on 11th Jan after all. I had held out a tiny bit of hope that we might get a last minute BFP but doesn't look like it's to be.

I used clear blue early detection, hopefully I’m not out this month 😭 but I don’t think I see anything

I think it's unreasonable for the fertility specialist to have been flippant with you as your concerns are absolutely valid. I like to feel in control so I think if it were me I might try another specialist, or perhaps use something online like Hertility, just for reassurance. If there's a simple solution, for example taking some extra progesterone or something (that's a wild guess), then it would be good to know. I think sometimes healthcare professionals underestimate the mental toll trying for a baby takes on women when one cycle feels like a lifetime. Sending love to you anyway ❤️

Anyone else's Premom app losing the plot? Mine is saying my period is late despite it only being CD22 for me. I'm always a 25 or 26 day cycle but the last cycle or so Premom has been jumping the gun and deciding I'm actually a 21 day cycle person. I've beenentering my cycle data since starting to try for a baby in August 2022 so you'd think it would be getting more accurate not worse!

I also use Flo and that's pretty bob on but I like the BBT/OPK graphs on Premom.
