Hello all,

A new cycle unfortunately started for me today. I really thought last cycle was going to be the one but unfortunately not the case and AF has shown her ugly face!

I had an early miscarriage in early September and this was the first cycle back TTC #1

Just wondering if anyone wants to join on the journey this month - always nice to be able to speak to people in the same situation!

Baby dust to all x

I'll join, I'm counting today as CD1 as I've got the telltale very brown/almost red discharge that I usually get right before a period. Tested yesterday at 12dpo and again this morning at 13dpo and both negative.

It's almost been a year since we started trying and I'm feeling kind of numb, very much have the feeling of "why even bother testing, of course I'm not going to be pregnant" for the past few months. Have had 2 chemicals. Will test again in the morning unless AF properly shows.

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage @rosecbrm , there really are no words of comfort, so will send you a hug instead. xx

Hey there! I am currently 13 DPO and just got a BFN. 😞 pretty sure I’m out this month AF is due tomorrow! It will be my 4 month ttc. Would love to come on this journey this month with you and feel so alone!

rosecbrm · 02/11/2023 07:37

@Biscuitsarelife1 I'm pretty similar tbh, got pregnant the first month of trying although ended in mc!

I thought naively too that it would happen again straight away, but of course it didn't. We'll get there though 🤞🏼 x

@rosecbrm seem to be around 24/25 days. I got pregnant the first month of trying with my first so naively thought it would happen the same this time round although I know 3 cycles is not a long time at all!

rosecbrm · 01/11/2023 22:26

@rosecbrm mine are usually between 26-28 days. I have quite a short luteal phase at 11 days x

@rosecbrm It depends when I ovulate but after that af starts exactly 14 days after ovulation I’m never late or early.
What about you?

rosecbrm · 01/11/2023 22:18

@Biscuitsarelife1 cycle 3 for me too! How long are your cycles?

@Lostlawyer26 so sorry to hear about your ectopic! Definitely good to share the journey, I find it helps take some on the anxiety away!

@emmatcc1 ahh I see, how long are your cycles?

Hoping for a positive cycle for us all x

@rosecbrm No when af arrives I’ll be going into cycle 17 of ttc. My ovulation is usually on cd13-14.

Lostlawyer26 · 01/11/2023 20:36

I’m CD2 and next month will be our first month trying again after an ectopic in August. Feeling a mixture of emotions so will be good to share the journey with others!

Biscuitsarelife1 · 01/11/2023 18:41

I'm CD2 on cycle 3 of TTC for our second! Ovulate around CD11/12 as slightly shorter cycle

rosecbrm · 01/11/2023 17:48

@emmatcc1 amazing, nice to have someone on the same journey.

Will it be your first month TTC?

I usually ovulate around CD15! What about you? X

I’ll be joining on Friday/Saturday when af is due. When do you usually ovulate?
