CD1 - Anyone else?

Hello all,

A new cycle unfortunately started for me today. I really thought last cycle was going to be the one but unfortunately not the case and AF has shown her ugly face!

I had an early miscarriage in early September and this was the first cycle back TTC #1

Just wondering if anyone wants to join on the journey this month - always nice to be able to speak to people in the same situation!

I've just retested this afternoon and I'm sure I can see the FAINTEST shadow on an easy @ home. Not gonna get my hopes up though cause it could defo be an indent 🫣😂 x

@Biscuitsarelife1 don't lose hope yet, as @MaryHua said it could be implantation! With my mc I had a full day of red spotting before my BFP xx

@Biscuitsarelife1 oh no sorry to hear! But in many cases I've heard that it could still be implantation bleeding which happens at a similar time. Can often throw a person's judgement.
So it's not over yet until if or when AF arrives. Hope you're ok x

Just my luck, tiny bit of pink spotting now. Just once when I wiped! Had this for 3 days before AF last month so I can only assume it's on its way

Negative ovulation test today, so I'm officially in my 2WW! At long last. I'm always late to the party 😅😅

I should add, when I got pregnant with the MC, I didn't get a BFP until 12/13dpo and it was super super faint

I've got the anxiety palpitations for you now!

I know the weekend feels a long way off @Biscuitsarelife1 but it will be worth waiting to try and get a more accurate result.

My LH surge was still going last night and I've not tested today yet, but I reckon it should be negative now. Definitely think I ovulated yesterday.

Okay so I grabbed some Boots own early tests. Stupidly did one now just to see (not FMU), and BFN. Will do the other one tomorrow morning with FMU!

With DS1- I did a test on the Thursday too and it was BFN, then was positive almost instantly on the Saturday morning (day AF was due)- would be very strange if the same happened again

Feel a bit sick again this morning, I've now convinced myself to get a test. Off to the shops this morning and will grab one there!

@MaryHua @Biscuitsarelife1 exciting times! My LH tests stayed nearly positive for around 3/4 days! They're weren't quite positive but more or less.

8dpo for me and BFN this morning as expected. Boobs are super sore! I do sometimes get sore boobs before AF but not this bad!

@MaryHua I actually don't know how people properly work it out. I don't think you can actually confirm the exact date without a blood test or ultrasound or so I've read.

I really hope so! Can't wait to see how you girls all get on too!❤️

@Biscuitsarelife1 oh I feel you! How do people calculate their ovulation? Always count a day under to just not get ahead of yourself. Saturday isn't long away now... I'll have everything crossed for you and hopefully Sunday will bring you joyful news!!

@MaryHua ah honestly I don't know. I THINK I'm 12 DPO but could be 11 DPO- I never know if my pains are before, during or after ovulation! AF due Saturday. If I can get through Saturday without it arriving, then I'll maybe test. I think anyway🤣

@Biscuitsarelife1 oooh that sounds like it could be your month!! Especially if you haven't felt that before. How many days DPO are you now? Quite close to test date I think?

I'm still getting peak smiley faces today (this morning and this evening) so have DTD again to try and cover all bases!
Now I hope to see the blank circle next time I test to know that the surge has passed.
That being said, I'm having the cramping ovulation pains that I normally get so fingers crossed 🤞
I'll even just be happy to have ovulated this month, as I thought there was something wrong.

Ugh had the most random wave of nausea and light headedness come over me this afternoon. Now I'm started to question myself as this is very unlike me!

@rosecbrm yeah perhaps!! I've still had a smiley face this morning too, so fingers crossed it got there within good time.

At what stage did your peak lines stop? I know you said you had them for a few days?
All those symptoms sound promising, especially the boobs one! Have you experienced it before?
I think 7DPO is when things could start happening if there is a blastocyst trying to implant itself, fingers crossed for you!! X

7 dpo today! Sore boobs/nipples - sorry for tmi (one more than the other, weird) and feel a bit light headed?? But dunno if I'm just tired cause I didn't sleep great! Had a few niggles last night and this morning low down but I try not to take much notice to stuff like that, especially as it's prob way to early for anything anyway x

Oh well you just never know then I suppose!
I'm annoyed at myself for not testing earlier yesterday or yesterday morning... I was so down and counted myself out I think. Not sure what made me test at midnight! Don't even usually stay up that late.
Anyway, I'll just take the positive from it, that I at least did have my surge.

How are you feeling today? 8DPO for you?
