@Bumblebee413 your post resonates so much. 💕 I hope your daughter enjoys her new big girl room. You are absolutely allowed to feel all the feels and complicated emotions you need. Xx

I really relate to your friend's approach to pregnancy too. I've absolutely tried to enjoy the bits I've had because I wasn't sure how long they would last. And there has definitely been some comfort in that when I lost them.

@H0pefull hope all goes well with your tests

H0pefull · 13/11/2023 21:16

I have my second set of bloods on Wednesday to check for ovulation and my fiancé is booked in for his sperm analysis on Friday. Still no appointment through for the hospital, but glad these tests are happening in the mean time 😊 4DPO currently so we will see what this month brings xx

H0pefull · 13/11/2023 21:14

Ahhh @FigandHoney biggest congratulations to you!! Gorgeous news🥰

& congratulations to @MixedCouple & @Mrsspoon3 !! Sending you both lots of luck and love for healthy pregnancies!!

so sorry you’ve had a rubbish few days @worldwidetravel2017 youve had such a lot thrown at you recently. I hope you can get some answers soon xxx

Bumblebee413 · 13/11/2023 17:54

Congratulations ladies. These are so lovely to see. I’m sorry that you’ve both been having a worrying time @Mrsspoon3 and @FigandHoney. Although I really, really loved your view on enjoying every bit of this pregnancy that you get @FigandHoney. My friend had a really high miscarriage risk and she focussed on cherishing each bit. She said if it was going to happen, it was going to happen and she was just going to enjoy what she could. Definitely easier said than done when you’re carrying past experiences, but it always stuck with me.

We’ve just moved my three year old out of the box room into her newly decorated ‘big girl room’. Incidentally we’re still with the same bare floorboards and grubby walls in our bedroom that we’ve had since moving in, but the guest room is nice now, as are her two(!!) bedrooms… But, it’s got me a little today.

The last time that room didn’t belong to anyone I was decorating it for my baby. I have the most beautiful cloud and star lampshade that I chose and such a lovely mobile with mountains on. It was a room put together with love and anticipation and now it’s empty but there is no-one in existence to go into it any more. There is no baby to fill it. It’s just an empty room where my baby was.

Today’s disclaimer: I know I’m lucky to have had a baby and to have had any of that. I know that there still may be a baby. I’m just a little flat right now. But that’s also probably the emotion of the last few days and him being home catching up with me too. But it’s hard to say to friends and family that you’re sad that you aren’t pregnant but also alright really.

So, thank you guys for being my safe peace today x

At @Mrsspoon3 oh snap! I did a digital to. And am 1-2 weeks. So feeling a little.bwttwr my lines are darker. I still can't wrap my head around it. Now I can cancel my apts for fertility checks. OH had an apt end of Dec at the clinic.

Maybe keep the apps until you get to 5 weeks ?
Most chemical pregnancies are first 5 weeks

MixedCouple · 13/11/2023 14:49

I was put on Aspirin due to my BMI last pregnancy. Started it 20weeks and stopped at 35weeks. It helps with blood flow also.

Mrsspoon3 · 13/11/2023 10:34

Thank you so much everyone for the replies!! I don’t really know what to think as my lines are still really faint, so I nervously did a digital this morning for some clarity and got this! I’m absolutely over the moon as I thought I had definitely lost it again, but still really really scared as my lines are so faint and I’ve lost multiple pregnancies at this stage!

Can you go to nurffield health and get ya hcg checked ?

Im super happy 4 you etc

But having had an early loss - i know how eek and yes/ no it can be like you do..

Gynae advised me against cb in the end

Mine never got past 1 - 2 weeks

Sending u all the luck.

Some people take baby aspirin daily from a positive test & with history of losses - have u ever tried that ??

SnookyPook · 13/11/2023 11:09

@Mrsspoon3 apologies for my premature condolences (shows where my head is at!!) - I really hope this little one sticks and that you get some nice clear progression over the next few days. Same for you @FigandHoney - these early days are so anxiety filled aren't they. Hopefully everything is fine for you. X

FigandHoney · 13/11/2023 10:40

@Mrsspoon3 I am going to say congratulations! Because that us quite clear. It's difficult not to be anxious about it. More so when you have experienced liss.
Did a test this morning and the line doesn't appear to be any darker, so also worried.
Hopefully in a couple of days your line will get darker. Still very very early on. With my son my line was faint 4 days after missed AF and very very dlowly got darker. So was worried for a while. And the worry never goes away.
I really hope this is your sticky bean.

@SnookyPook tes that must feel really weird. But you are doing the right thing for your body. Can you treat yourself to something?

Mrsspoon3 · 13/11/2023 10:36

Your husband’s comment made me laugh @SnookyPook 😂 That sounds a really good attitude and hopefully it will be nice to have a relaxing month without the stress of it all after all you’ve been through x

@Mrsspoon3 sending you a ginormous hug - so sorry for your loss. It's so frustrating as well isn't it when you've managed to conceive and then it's gone again before you barely have time to process it. Hope you're ok.

Massive congrats to the BFPs. Hope everyone else is doing ok.

Hubby this morning: "You're looking spotty and fertile" (with suggestive eyebrow raise) 😂 Things you only hear when TTC. Although of course this month we're not. Which is feeling weird now that I know I seem to be close to ovulation. Happy that it seems my body must have got back in the groove of things quite quickly though. It feels crazy 'wasting' a cycle, but at the same time, I think my MH needs a month off from symptom spotting and worrying about it all. A BFP would even be a worry at this point tbh so I'm just going to chill and focus on being healthy and happy for now.

FigandHoney · 12/11/2023 22:11

I am sk sorry @Mrsspoon3. Was there 48 hours between tests? Sometimes it even takes 72 hours. I really do hope your test lines progress and get darker. Thinking of you and sending you a virtual hug xx

Ans thank you for asking. I am definitely getting more excited but still very apprehensive. I am aware of all the things that can go wrong. But I am trying to enjoy every minute of this pregnancy that I get to have xx

Cressie2 · 12/11/2023 22:01

@Mrsspoon3 I’m so so sorry to hear that. That’s shattering and so hard for you after receiving your BFP. Thinking of you loads tonight and hope you’re ok. ❤️

MixedCouple · 12/11/2023 18:43

@Mrsspoon3 so sorry to see this in the group. I am hoping the lines get stronger soon. 🙏💫

CurlyWurly1991 · 12/11/2023 16:45

@Mrsspoon3 Im so sorry to hear your news, I hope it’s just early and your lines do progress xx

Mrsspoon3 · 12/11/2023 13:22

Sorry meant to say so glad things are progressing well for you @FigandHoney 😊 Have you started getting excited now? 😊

Thank you @SouthwestSis! Good luck with this cycle!!

SouthwestSis · 12/11/2023 12:14

Afternoon ladies, sorry I've been away a while after last cycle me and OH didn't manage to BD ONCE in my fertile window what with hectic work schedules and an unwell toddler, had me feeling very down to have 'wasted' a cycle.
Onto a new cycle and CD10 for me today, and this month is our last chance to have our (hopefully) 2 children only 2 school years apart.
Weird where your mind takes you when you are TTC!
So sorry to hear the news about your chemical @Mrsspoon3 I hope you can be kind to yourself today and focus on self care.
Lovely to see your news @MixedCouple , helps give the rest of us hope that we will get there!

Mrsspoon3 · 12/11/2023 10:38

So sorry to hear you’ve been feeling so down @MrsBP15! I don’t know much about this to offer any advice or reassurance, but sending a virtual hug 💗

Congratulations @MixedCouple!! 😊

Sadly I’m having ANOTHER chemical. Did a test this morning and hasn’t progressed at all. This is my second chemical in a row and 4th overall. It’s so hard to keeping getting positive tests and then wait to see them go negative

MrsBP15 · 12/11/2023 10:18

@Angelsrose thank you that’s very sweet of you to say. I really appreciate people reaching out on here, it makes me feel much better.

@Cressie2 thank you so much. The good news about the fibroid is that it isn’t implanted on the womb or in the wall or anything so shouldn’t be making a difference to fertility so that’s great. It’s more the adenomyosis I’m worried about but speaking to the doctor on Tuesday will be good. I’m so lucky that I am in a position to be going private so I must count my blessings there.

@FigandHoney thsnk you so much for your virtual hug 🤗 I definitely had all that holiday stuff in the back of my mind and my husband and I have been so stressed with work recently I was sure this would do the trick. It was literal paradise for goodness sake!! I need to remember that it hasn’t been that long and in comparison to so many on here, I have had it very easy. Huge congratulations to you with your pregnancy , what a wonderful thing to happen in time for Christmas 🎄

I am conscious that I am being quite dramatic/emotional when it hasn’t been that long and others have been going through so much worse. I admire everyone’s bravery and positivity so much on here. Thank you for sharing, I get so much strength from all of you ♥️

FigandHoney · 12/11/2023 08:28

Congratulations @MixedCouple ! That is wonderful news. Hooe it darkens and you have your sticky bean!!
Funnily we did a few similar things. I was also taking proceive max. And my husband was taking ashwaganda and proceive max for men, which contains ubiquinol. I actually took maca before ovulation to help increase my sex drive. And I think it increased my EWCM. We also used preseed. And we did AMEP.
Who knows if it was down to any of those. Or literally pure luck. But worth a try.

@MrsBP15 I think we so often get told that a holiday and relaxing will do the trick. I am sure those words were in the back of your mind, and when you got home you were disappointed. I would be very much the same. Ttc is so ery very hard. Especially when it takes a while.
I don't know much about fibroids. But have heard they are pretty common. And if removed should help your chances to conceive.
Sending you a big virtual hug.

@Mrsspoon3 habe you tested again? Are your lunes progressing

I was worried yesterday that my lines weren't progressing enough. But did a test on a variety of tests today and that gave me a lot of reassurance. In fact the clearblue one that tells you how many weeks said 2-3 weeks. Which is way earlier than with my sons pregnancy

MixedCouple · 12/11/2023 02:21

Evening ladies. MIA dealing with a very unwell toddler for 3 weeks!!!! And i am up next to him now so he can try sleep. He keeps waking every 5-10mins very upset. Me 0 sleep! 😔

@FigandHoney and @Mrsspoon3 congrats ladies. How bizzare I am 10DPO and just got my Positive. I had a faint yesterday which vanished after 10mins so knew somwthing was up, and this morning was darker but PM was very dark. I was unable to get a Positive OPK so thought I hadnt ovulated. But my temps shot up and here I am. The only thing I did different this month was use Procieve Plus Lubricant during my fertile week a good 7days each time DTD I am 5 weeks in with the Procieve Supplements from Boots super expensive but got it as the ingredients are better quality and has Folate.

We were taking UBiquinol and OH also took Maca root this was our 13th week and they say it takes 3 months for it to have an affect.
So who knows really..... We did SMEP as usual.
Top is Boots and bottom is Internet cheapie. Way more sensitive.
Holding off using digital until Monday.

Welcome back @MrsBP15💕To offer you some reassurance, fibroids are very common and a close friend had the most ginormous fibroid (which stopped her getting pregnant). She had it removed and fell pregnant within a few months. She’s actually about to have her second baby! The plan may take longer than you wanted but I have every faith that the fertility appointment and doctor appointments will help (they sound like they are totally on it) and we are all here for you. I hope you’re ok in the meantime and that you had a lovely holiday. ❤️
