Bbt drop at 4/5 dpo!

Hi, I currently have been TTC for 6 months, I only used to use ovulation tests but I started with tracking my bbt along with opks 3 month ago. This month I noticed a dip in bbt at 4 and 5 dpo, I’m currently 5DPO today. Im fairly new to the bbt charting so any help would be appreciated. Am I out this cycle? Or is this normal?

has anyone else had a bbt dip at 4/5 dpo?

Hiya, my bbt came up again this morning so fingers crossed, feel a bit under the weather today, had cramps this morning, extra tired and ive had a headache all day.

oh yeah, looking good! Fingers crossed you get your dip & bfp soon! Do you have any post ovulation symptoms?

@Beth1414 how was your BBT this morning?
I’m 5dpo & this is mine so far. First one I have ever done so I think I’m just looking for a dip at possible implantation 🤞🏼

I started BBT last cycle and had a dip at 9 DPO that is normal for pregnancy and Non pregnancy charts.
Implantation dip varies for each person. It can happen as early as 5 DPO and as late as 12 DPO. A dip can mean something or nothing.
Here is my charts to show you.
P.s not pregnant.

I try to but I work shifts so they can vary, however they are normally all within 40 minutes of each other

@Beth1414 have you been taking your temp at the same time each morning? Yours fluctuate a lot which I think makes it difficult to have the lines.

I’ve read that you can have dips 5-7DPO either due to a dip in progesterone or implantation dip. haven’t personally experienced it though.
im currently 4dpo
