Interesting re Agnes cactus @MrBigsCat - I remember considering years ago; what are the the effects?

In my infertility journey there have been a few learnings around egg / sperm quality; are you on COQ10/ ubiquinol? 600mg a day? This is a really important one, as well as vitamin D high dose. Also - expensive but worth it - impryl for your partner. Might be worth give both/ one of these a try if you've not x

This is my first month on agnus castus and have had such intense ovulation pains on both sides so I can definitely feel the difference.

also peak opk was Monday but my cervix is still open and I’m still feeling so frisky so I think the agnus is maybe intensifying everything.

Yesterday I still had an evap line appear after the time frame. Nothing is appearing within timeframe though so nothing exciting to report :)
Thought AF was here early yesterday as was cramping badly and had the tiniest bit of spotting but back to normal today - could be implantation but not getting my hopes up. Been so stressed this cycle that I think it'd be impossible.

Been there @MrBigsCat ! It really does help with mess, but a little stressful getting it in in time 😂 good luck today!

I'm not convinced of today's test tbh 😞 my heart rate is very elevated though. It's still early so trying to keep the hope!

Increased my dose of metformin yesterday so feeling rather iffy!

How's everyone else getting on?

This cycle I’ve been taking Agnus Castus and also using my menstrual cup to hold everything in
if nothing else, it’s really good for mess!

Gah just did another test fully expecting it to be darker but it's stark white negative. I'm only 8dpo but cramping like crazy. Wondering if I even ovulated this cycle. Spent the day after peak in bed with a fever (and lots of paracetamol) I had what I thought was some very mild ovulation pain (it's usually debilitating for me) and just assumed the paracetamol was masking it.

Hey ladies, I'm back. Dreaded TWW but who am I kidding, I've been testing since 7DPO. Now 10DPO and already feeling like I'm out 😢 (I know the science says otherwise)!

I do have a lot of symptoms I have to admit, nausea, cramps/stabbing pains, possible implantation bleeding and the worst blues I have had in a long time. I literally feel like someone has died and am beyond irritated/mood swings, dizziness, headache... you name it! But fully ready to be disappointed once again in the coming days.

Why do our bodies do this to us! 😩

Can't believe I posted on here on my first cycle of trying and now it's my 9th 😖.

Anyway... thought I could see something last night when I tested at 1am at 7/8 dpo and shattered but figured it's been 9cycles I'll just recheck in the daylight in the morning.
Fairly sure it's yet another evap but thought I'd post it for your line squinting pleasure...

I'm far too early to test but I did anyways, negative one of this month!
Woke up this morning with a stomach bug aswell does anyone else think that's the worst because it plants a seed of doubt in your mind it could be something else!
