So I feel like I have been having some light cramping since yesterday evening. I put it down to the gas yesterday. But no gas today. I am not sure if its all in my head. And also doesn't necessarily mean anything as I did have quite a bit of cramping last cycle.
But because I am 8dpo it is raising my hopes a bit. Darn it.
Anyone else sometimes feel like they are making things up in their head?

Ah I'm still in a group from when DS was born in Jan 2021! Agree it is lovely... However I was in one earlier in the year for the MMC and it was quite tough having to leave the group etc so I think I might wait until a bit later in the pregnancy to join anything like that this time 👍🏻

Oh. Just a suggestion. But me and the girls who got our BFP at similar times last time I was pregnant, created a private Facebook group. It was lovely to support each other through pregnancy and early motherhood

Aww @SnookyPook I am do happy for you. I vaguely remember having cramps early on in my last pregnancy. As you said you are never out until AF arrives!

@El1988 I think that's plenty. As @SouthwestSis said it only takes one sperm.

8dpo today and temperature still high. But I am expecting it to start it's downward trend tomorrow. That's what it usually does

Morning everyone... 14dpo... well, this just goes to show you are truly never out until AF (doesn't) appear... really didn't think this was my month and have literally been expecting AF every time I've been to the toilet the last couple of days with the cramps etc.

We also only DTD twice this fertile week. One the night before peak opk and one the night after.

I'm feeling extremely cautious after the year I've had but 🤞🏻 This line is also stronger than my CP last cycle ever got....

@El1988 you can only do what you can do! It only takes 1 sperm!

I'm going home from my work trip tonight and can't wait to see my husband and little one but am completely exhausted so need to recharge before ovulation time!

i feel I’m ovulating super late this cycle - I’m on cd17 and I woke up to loads of ewcm, and a small temp spike. My husband was working late last night so we didn’t manage to DTD but we did the day before yesterday and I guess we will as well tonight and just hope that’s enough to catch it… what do you guys think?

@Pineappleapple it doesn’t matter if you are bleeding on the day you do the blood tests; it is just to indicate the day of the cycle for comparison purposes, and because this is considered a baseline when hormone levels should be at their lowest.

Looks like I’m 2 DPO going by my temp shift on fertility friend and my peak OPK. I’m surprised how quickly I’ve settled into a very regular cycle. I’m on cycle 3 since coming off pill and each month ovulation has been CD17 and I have 28 day cycle. I’m slightly concerned my 10 day luteal phase isn’t long enough, but I’ve read mixed things on that.

Ahh clear blue test today has flashing smiley. Don't think that can be right. Today is cd5. Cd8 if I counted from light bleeding of period. So I only did clear blue test yesterday (np other days previously as just finished period) which showed low ovulation then I guess in comparison today is high for some reason. Will have do just DTD allll month. I didn't get on with the premom tests, I couldn't see any rise at all so always preferred clear blue

Thanks curlywurly and fig and honey. I will adjust the app to make cd1 when I had heavy flow and adjust from there. That pushes it along a few days. I am not often bleeding much by day 5 so would prefer to aim for day 2-3. Assume there is a reason they don't want day 1, it would show something different to day 2 I suppose

@Pineappleapple I would probably count heavy day of bleed as day 1 and go from there. Good luck, it should be helpful to get some info from the blood tests.

@worldwidetravel2017 yes I do bbt and use fertility friend which I really like. The thing with temping though is that it confirms ovulation based on higher temperatures with progesterone however you can’t know in advance (although I tend to get a noticeable dip beforehand which seems to be happening now). I expect the OPKs will darken over the next few days so will keep testing.
@FigandHoney I requested my full medical records a few years ago and was asked if I wanted these via the nhs app. Since then I’ve been able to read all test results and GP notes on the app. It has been invaluable tbh. Prior to that I would always email the surgery and ask for the results to be emailed to me. What is reported as ‘normal’ can vary widely so I like to do my own research.
I have very high baseline oestrogen due to a liver condition and so what I take may not be helpful for others. I can see I have high baseline estradiol from my day 3 blood tests where it should be under 200 pmol and was 725.
