Hey there,
Does anyone want to be ttc friends and update each other on our journeys, tips and what not on this thread with each other. As I'd love someone to talk about with it who can relate too.

Hi. Did you test again?

I've started using the Clearblue advanced ovulation test (managed to get 2 sets for cheap on Ebay). So this one tells you the 2 most fertile high surge days. So yesterday I tested and had just a circle but today I had a smiley face (this one only has a smiley face for when you will ovulate within 24-48 hours). So dtd today and feeling hopeful. We have been dtd every other day so hopefully this will help. Really hope this is the month for us 🤞

Any updates from everyone else? How is your journey going?

Sometimes people bleed during pregnancy so I would say test again after a few days just to make sure.

@starryx what cycle day are you? Hoping the metallic taste is a sign! I’ve been having it the last couple of cycles but I think it was just my hormones changing for AF unfortunately

I was meant to call the doctors yesterday but I totally forgot. Will try and call them tomorrow.

Sounds good. Both times I was pregnant, I had the metallic taste in my mouth & tested positive same day. Let us know how you get on.

My periods started today unfortunately 😔 Looks like it's back to square one.

Fingers crossed 😆 and not yet I'm going to do it if/when my period is a day late.

And aw I'm sorry to hear :( but it's a fresh new cycle for you to try again 😊 hopefully this will be the one for your bfp!

I think if AF arrived I would feel relieved..this whole not knowing and wondering is doing my head in. But then again I have an ultrasound booked for Wed so probably not good if AF arrives before then.

@Rose38 have you any update? I would think 2 days after the spotting for any HCG levels to be detectable.

AF arrived for me today so onto the next month

My period was due yesterday but still no sign of it. I had some very light pink & brown spotting a few days ago for 3 days.
If I was pregnant, when would be the best time to test? I tried a First Response today but it was negative.

Definitely think I'm ovulating right this second lol
Dtd last night as I felt my discharge was like the fertile type and my sex drive was higher
Then this morning my discharge was so very slippery and so on
And I noticed some pink like spotting!
Which I believe is ovulation spotting
But this is all really good signs that I am actually ovulating as I should 😀
