Welcome pinkgirl it is all sounding very good will keep everything crossed for you

Cal, I don't remember my boobs hurting with DS1 at all, but DS2 they were feeling a bit sensitive, felt just like they were full of milk. And also had itchy nipples, but I get that every now and then.

Think it might be a bit early for easter titles, we'll have had another new thread by then.

calsworld · 12/03/2008 09:50

Well, NJ in that case I think the easter theming is a good call from LG&T and we can save the wagon wheels (oooh, yum!!) for the next one!

kayzisbroody · 12/03/2008 09:50

Hello Pink, welcome to the mad house.

Nat, you so have fallen off.

calsworld · 12/03/2008 09:49

Oooh, just in time pinkgirl...we're plotting a new thread and I thought we might lose you.

As I suggested, have a read back through the history on this page - particularly posts from Teuch about which pregnancy tests to use.

pinkgirl30 · 12/03/2008 09:48

hi d

NatalieJane · 12/03/2008 09:47

Oh and...

Oi, I have not fallen off the wagon, I am still sunbathing on top of the wagon, still on it, so ner ner ner ne ner nerrrrrrrrr!!!!

OP posts:
calsworld · 12/03/2008 09:46

LG&T, NJ and everyone else with more than one DC - as you've been through this a couple of times , can I ask a question?

The first time round, my boobs REALLY hurt, they're quite big anyway so guess they're own weight contributed to it. Well, does that get less with each pregnancy on the basis that all the ducts etc that had to form are now done, or does it hurt equally or is each pregnancy different, some sore, some not?

Not that I'm really, really, really trying hard to spot symptoms but boobs do feel fuller and heavier than normal in the evenings and my nipples are kind of, well, itchy .

pinkgirl30 · 12/03/2008 09:46

Hiya,

thanks girls, you are all so nice, wish I would have come to this thread earlier!

The logical part of my brain thinks ...

+OPK, Bd'd at right time,
Pink blood at 8DPO, implantation,
Feeling nauseus for 3 days now
Slight line in HPT

but then a big strong voice says,

Dont think you are! Dont, not until a B fp! On staurday or soemthing.

largeginandtonic · 12/03/2008 09:45

Never mind Kay, next month we can be together

Cal that is some cycle, mine are normally about 42\3 days.

Nat hope the fence is ok my lovely.

Right how about

'Eggstra special treats for Easter'

'How many eggs till we get one that hatches'

NatalieJane · 12/03/2008 09:45

Organised pah, I used to be before DS2 came along, now things get doen if and when, and sometimes don't get done at all, am thinking a DC3 will send us into a whole world of things that don't get done at all!

PMSL at the song, do you think it will fit in a thread title?

OP posts:
calsworld · 12/03/2008 09:43

Oh great...now set this to the tune of "the wheels on the bus.."

The wheels on the wagon have fallen off,
Fallen off,
Fallen off,
The wheels on the wagon have fallen off,
We'll all be pregnant soon!

calsworld · 12/03/2008 09:41

"The wheels on the Wagon have fallen off..."

Nat, I don't believe that for a blimin' minute - you are soooo organised!

kayzisbroody · 12/03/2008 09:38

Nat has fallen of the waiting wagon.

^^call it that!!

NatalieJane · 12/03/2008 09:37

Bloody hell Cal, I can barely remember to take it every day, would never remember what I'd taken on what day if I did that!!! LOL

Shall we do a new thread then? Title suggestions please

OP posts:
calsworld · 12/03/2008 09:29

I'd do the latter, pregnacare this month, folic acid the month after, then back to pregnacare again.

TBH when I talked about being pregnant with the doc he asked if I was taking folic acid and I said yes, that I was taking a pregnancy multivit with folic acid in and he said the vits weren't that important coz LO would just take from me anyway.

What about me!! What about a healthy mum! Surely that's important too!

I think he was just trying to save me money...but thought I'd mention it. You could even try taking them on alternate days so you always have enough folic acid and maintain reasonable stocks of key vits and minerals??

kayzisbroody · 12/03/2008 09:29

I cant believe how quickly it fills up.

Only about 10 days till OV, lol

NatalieJane · 12/03/2008 09:25

Tut, 2 packs of folic left....

OP posts:
NatalieJane · 12/03/2008 09:25

Well it get's locked at 1005(?) posts, but if you are on dial up, or a slower broadband it will take ages to load anything as big as that.

Ooooh got a question I forgot to ask yesterday, I actually had packs of folic acid left, not one as I thought, but I want to take this pregnacare stuff, can I take the folic acid and pregnacare at the same time? Can you OD on folic acid? Since this is a month of trying, and we won't be trying next cycle, should I just save the folic until next month, then go back to pregnacare when we are trying?

OP posts:
calsworld · 12/03/2008 09:20

Blimey - its just taken ages to post that - is it me or is this thread bursting....how long does it have to be to justify a new one?

calsworld · 12/03/2008 09:16

Kay - me too, tomorrow will be my first day back in the office for four weeks!

Have to say, I'm dreading it. Everyone will be asking why I've been off and there's going to be a queue of people at my desk needing stuff done...

NatalieJane · 12/03/2008 09:07

Not sure how it has happened, but the top of the fence is still attached to the fence post, the bottom has blown out, and cracked nearly all along the fence panel, don't think it will last much longer like that. It is blowing an absolute gale out there, raining/hailing/sleeting on and off, and generally really dark and miserable out there, quite chilly as well.

Cal, you are so pregnant, the HPT's just don't want to play ball yet, if you don't normally just skip periods then there is no other explanation!

Right I am off to read LG&T's tip, and find the Nov' 06 post natel group, must admit, I had kind of forgotten about it since this one started

OP posts:
kayzisbroody · 12/03/2008 08:57

LOL, I just asked ds if he has been conspiring with baby Cal and he said "Yeah"

I hope he doesn't do it tonight as I am at work all day tomorrow.

calsworld · 12/03/2008 08:54

Dis - I mean I'm convinced you are pregnant even if you are not convinced - not even if you're not pregnant.....

Oh shutup Cal

calsworld · 12/03/2008 08:53

OOh, LG&T, how rude of me! Congrats in your time of fame...I feel priveleged!!

Think I went through two sets through pre-labour and labour for DS and DH was stocked up just in case!
