Our youngest is 11 months old and we been using withdrawel method of contraception. Not trying to fall pregnant again. But we had a slip up over the weekend. And Im sure I was ovulating. I know its pathetically so early but Im feeling dreadful. My boobs ache, my back is sore, feel dizzy and so tired. Could I possibly be pregnant?? If so could I get such early signs especially that its my fourth?? Please can anyone help?? If Im not prego then whats going on?

Are you sure you are not trying to fall pregnant? Personally I would suspect anybody using withdrawal method to secretly be trying, as it is so unsafe (and how both mine were conceived...) Especially if you are ovulating, and especially if you have such early signs, I would say it is all "in the mind", in the sense you may be hoping you are?

Realistically, I think it is too early for pregnancy hormone to be produced, it is nothing more than a clump of cells that might just be floating around not knowing where to put itself just yet. Fingers crossed you get the outcome you want.
