Aww the massages and foot rubs must be nice! Always good to do things to relax ourselves.
Warm water does help with heartburn, try to avoid anything acidic..
Last time I tested 14dpo and AF came that evening. I was so confused over a faint line and AF cleared all those doubts.
So this time I plan to test 16dpo if AF doesn't appear.
I might use OPKs this time but I'm not sure since my Dr will ask us to dtd after my trigger shot anyway..

I was also having heartburn last night and this morning and a bit Nauseous.
Now the bloating has hit. Forget how horrible it feel with bloating.

@ceruleansky thank you thats very kind of you. I am in a much better headscape now. And as you said not going to test either until 13DPO when AF is due.
Just been more relaxed this month. Even OH has been gocing me massages and foot rubs at night time.

I tend to go crazy symptom spotting but this time I'm not even going to test.

@bumptobean Absolutely! I think the hardest one for me lately was when I really thought it had happened for me back in July. I ovultated just after the most romantic trip away with my DH. I worked out the earliest day I could test with FRER was on what would have been my DH's late mum's 60th birthday. I thought I was some sort of sign from the universe. It wasn't to be though. It was BFN and sturdy that way. Then 2 weeks ago, my friend announced she was pregnant. I put her due date into an online calculator and it told me the day she most likely conceived was that same day I got my BFN in July. I felt like the world was playing a cruel trick on me. Its horrible the way we can't help but torture ourselves with these things.

@monica3287 I had a heartburn feeling pretty much all last week and the only time I've ever had heartburn before was when I was pregnant (but never this early on)

I'm thinking that I'm probably overthinking things as we all want see a positive test but just thinking it's not my month again.

The watery discharge is a little heavier in a morning (it's as though due to being laid down all night) and then there's not much all day but I've never had this before??

Anyone else place the crippling and emotionally damaging game of working out when you’d be due, when you’d announce, how would you announce etc if you fell that month?? 🙃🙃

so well, let's see. AF is due tomorrow. I've not had anything else, TMI, in terms of fresh blood, like @KM8 it would seem. @KM8 is this something you've had before, the watery discharge? This is my first day of it, I'm 12 dpo and as mentioned, AF is due tomorrow, but it's a new one for me.

I've also got bad heartburn today, and I never get heartburn. I'm on the ginger tea this afternoon!

@TTCnewbies nothing is TMI on here for us ladies 🥰 I've been having a watery discharge for 3-4 days now....but it's brown like old blood. Starts off with more in the morning and then hardly anything all day, my period is due Tuesday, but not sure if this is my period and it's all over with already when this started, but there's no red blood?

@TTCnewbies so sorry. I have fingers crossed it is just spotting. I hope you got a BFP soon

@monica3287 I had it lasted mo the first time ever. 7DPO cramps and spotting with EWCM got a VFL at 9-11DPO didn't get darker and then negatives. Never experinced it before. And thought it was a good sign. I had nothing with my LO no spotting. One back ache until 12DPO when I got my BFP.

@Blackberry95 sorry to be annoying but it occurs in both situations. I had cramping and fullness at 12DPO when I had a BFP with LO. And I got cramps without fullness the day or 2 before AF. So I ignore that symptom now 😂

@ceruleansky thank you. It was ok until my toddler mentioned it to me and i haven't heard anyone say it out loud to me. I haven't even spoken to my husband other then a text. My LO said No Baby in Mamas Belly. 😭 but the week before he was kissing my belly and saying baby 😢

I am really in a better headspace. And feeling content and accepting of things. We wanted to give it one last try before we go to the Drs and see what happens.
I had nausea and heartburn this morning but went after I had food. Just feeling normal. Some aches below but nothing major.

@Sitchervice so sorry to hear about that. Not being able to experince your naturap cycles and make the choice yourself. I was on the pill from age 12 due to Dysmenorrhoea and Menorrhagia but did jack all other then force me onto a 28day cycle. I was gas lite and people said women only loose 3 teaspoons of blood during a period and I was being OTT. Fast-forward to Feb 2023 I fianlly used a Menstrual cup 40mls. I fill up the cup on my worst days within 2-3hours and this lasts for 36hours. So the end of my cycle I have lost so much and feel so awful about how is was treated my not only people but also Drs.
So glad things are getting better now and education and awarness.

As your situation is new and your finsing out about your cycles etc. I would tqke the pressure off and have lower expectations. Try not to put yourself under that pressure to have everything figured out now.
I started to track with an app 5 years ago and then 3 mo tha ago with OPKS and now just atarted charting as my cycles range from 29days - 43days.
The data and obtaining this is not stressful for me I geek out over the data. But if I was sttessed I would put a break on it. All that to say just take things slowly and monitor / document what you want you can add and change things as you go along.

Think AF has arrived, 4 days early. There was some blood when I wiped! I guess that's me out. On to the next month!

AF due Thursday for me but I've been getting strong cramps since Friday so I'm like 90% sure I'm out!
Also TMI but I'm getting really wattery discharge. Just want AF to arrive now so I can crack on with next month!

What are the best ovulation tests to do? I'm thinking best value for money as I see people doing them 2 times a day? I'm torn between doing them or the sex every other day once AF ends. Having said that my libido has been so low for the last week but it could be because I'm pre AF maybe?!

I wanted to get peoples thoughts on cm… brown spotting / discharge specifically. Has anyone seen this themselves before BFP?

10DPO here and stark white test this morning. I could be remembering wrong but I had a glimpse of a line at 10DPO with DS. I def had a digital and proper lines on a tesco test on 11DPO (I have the picture 😂)

After posting about imagining lines, and then posting a potential faint line at approx 13dpo, I took a boots own brand this morning (approx 14dpo) which was stark white BFN. I’ve read lots about clear blue false positives, but thought it would be unusual to get 2 in a row. Waiting for period arrive today (getting all the pre-period signs) or tomorrow now :(

Hi ladies, I posted the other day but haven't seen because I had nothing interesting to say! I've been reading everyone's messages though, congrats on the BFPs! I'm now 4dpo and it's dragginggggg... last time I was pregnant had no idea/no symptoms at all until 5 weeks when nausea kicked it big time so I know not to symptom spot but I'm eager to get to 8/9dpo so I can start associating any little niggle or cramp or mood swing to pregnancy 😅. Anyone else in the early days of the TWW?

13DPO and still no AF and BFNs 😞
Had period pains around 9DPO and sore boobs, but now nothing.
Just wish AF would hurry up if it's not my month 🤷‍♀️

Good luck!! Keep tracking yourself and if you never see a peak you can visit a gynecologist to check if you've ovulated!

Both happen around the same time unfortunately. Implantation happens around 8dpo to 12dpo so it could be Implantation cramps or period cramps!
