@Deeyax have you tried testing with morning pee? I peed in a cup and used that so I could easily control the test, so maybe try that too if you peed on the stick.

I've had a positive and I have a weird metallic taste in my mouth that I just can't shift. You're not out until AF arrives so fingers crossed for you!

i’m very new here & looking for advice! i am just wondering if anyone has sadly had a miscarriage in the last, if you did how long did you leave it before TTC?

Sorry to all the ladies who have AF show up. I had some spotting in the afternoon 12DPO really bad back aches. I spotting was only on my pamts not when I wiped.
BFN on 2 tests today so feeling really rubbish. 1st Month doing SMEP and only started Ubiquinol mid August. So I need to lower my expectations.

We were DTD since Feb not not consistent not sure if I should wait 2 more months before seeing the Gp? Technically we started FEB but not properly as in every 2/3 days. We only started SMEP Aug so maybe give it 2 more months hhhhmmmm.

Just want my period to start and wiah these 2 months away 😂
Even Potty training my 22month old is not helping keep my mind off of things.

@Tigger1116 It’s so stressful isn’t it? Fingers crossed there is something they can do to help you 🤞🏻getting hold of a doctor here is some sort of miracle so getting them to do something would be even more of a big deal!

@glb1989 they will do blood tests and a scan to confirm if it is I’ve go af now so not this month so I’m going to a drs appointment next week to find out what I can take to help I think I see people mention Clomide or other medication so I’m going to see what they say other than that it’s lose weight exercise the usual things

gp can prescribe medication to help ovulate and to regulate periods , have you tried myo inositol

1 year in to TTC baby number 3. The only difference this time is I have remarried. We are both in the fortunate position we have children but we’d really love to have one together.
Have miscarried twice in the last year. Had a private scan whereby the sonographer said I was “mildly polycystic” but she was quite confident that my “text book uterus” would give us the result we long for before too long. We are still waiting. .

I’ve got a docs appointment for the first time on Monday but not anticipating much from it..

Have been ovulation testing most months (however much I tell myself I won’t buy more tests, I do!) The months I have conceived I had high fertility days in the build up to peak. Every other month, I’ve gone from low to peak and then the negative pregnancy test to follow.

has anybody else experienced this or any ideas what could be going on?

I feel so selfish in that I know many would be grateful to have a child but equally it is all consuming TTC and you struggle to not obsess over it a bit!!

Previous pregnancies straight forward, one missed miscarriage before the first but my DD’s both conceived on first cycle trying (granted I was late 20’s not mid 30s, 6 and 3.5 years ago!)

@GHJ get the doctor to check for Pcos I’ve always had symptoms and long cycles and just changed doctors and they have confirmed it finally

Hello! I’m back after another let down this month. Anyways I had my GP visit and she sent my referrral for investigations. I also had my CD 5 bloods and I’ll be back in again on CD25 for my repeat! Fingers crossed I’m pregnant in the mean time

@BuzzieBo I felt the same way yesterday when I realised AF was on the way. It’s so disheartening as there’s little we can do until we can try again. I’m trying to see the positive of my 25 day cycle meaning I can go again soon. I’m trying to keep preoccupied with things I like and taking the best care of myself with food and exercise too. No huge advice as it’s hugely disappointing but solidarity as I’m there with you! I think most of us thought at some point it would be easy and we would just get pregnant!

Hi, i am 13dpo, period due on Thursday14th however i had started spotting on the 4th it lasted 2 days, have been feeling very off since then, loss off appetite & have had a disgusting taste in my mouth even when i am not eating anything, taken a few tests which all have come out negative, should i take it as a negative this cycle or wait a few more days to test again, wasnt really expecting to test this cycle but the spotting threw me off

3DPO. I swear if I have to go through ANOTHER TWW after this one I'll lose the plot 🤣

Here I am on the brink of AF again, feeling pretty deflated and disappointed.
Anyone got any tips for keeping spirits up when getting pregnant is proving to be a lot more difficult than I expected? Had high hopes for this cycle but its really not looking likely.

Feeling a bit deflated. TTC baby 1, I'm 26, my cycle is all over the place had a few normal ones after stopping the pill earlier in the year but last one was about 65days. Already on cd20 of this one, using premom, bbt and ovulation tests this time for the first time. Still not had a peak yet for LH and temp looking pretty boring. App told me I ovulated 11/12 days ago and this evening has changed to say I ovulated 3 days ago (never had an LH peak though only got to 0.37 max). Have right sided pain this evening, had this last cycle and it got really quite severe at times but then I had one evening of a really severe sharp pain and since then it mostly stopped. I sort of thought last time may be most likely a cyst large enough to cause pain which then resolved. Have a scan booked for Friday from when I had the pain last cycle so hopefully might get an answer but I doubt it. Wish I could have normal cycles, ovulate at a predictable time etc. The first cycles of bfn weren't nice but at least regular, so much better than being all over the place. Have attached my chart if anyone interested or can make any sense of me. Congratulations to everyone with a bfp and lots of hope and best wishes to those still waiting

AF has arrived and the cramps are off the scale compared to past months - is that normal after a potential positive test? Maybe the pains are worst this month in my head but I’m not doing much work!!

@Stardust89 i knooow although with the PCOS I have super high variation in my periods so maybe it’s not late at all and just a long one? 🤦🏻‍♀️ who knows ! 🤪
I think I’ll try again with FMU in a cup at the weekend… it’ll be 9 / 10 days late by then and surely likely to show up if I was right?

@DanisEndo ooh 5 days late! Sounds promising. Have you tried with morning wee? I made sure I held mine for as long as possible then captured it in a cup so I could ensure I tested correctly.

@MixedCouple aw yeah, I tend to be active on fb alot so that's exactly what happened with my last pregnancy. Glad you're feeling better. Could just be that your hormones aren't high enough yet, it's not over until AF arrives

😂 last time I was pregnant everyone went over to FB and I don't have it or sue it so had no support group at all. They all left me 😭

Hey! Jumping on as its our first 'official' month trying... We did a few months last year but stopped in the run up to our wedding and unofficially started again a few weeks back.

I'm currently 5 days late (on day 41) but got a negative pregnancy test at the weekend. Have been on an off nauseous for the last week which isn't a usual PMS symptom for me so I'm perhaps naively still holding out hope...

Endo + PCOS mean my periods are erratic at best so I think the hope is over optimistic but fingers crossed!
