TTC Sept 2023

I know I might be jumping the gun, I am a realist and always investigate and look at all possibilities. In the back of my head I have been wondering if I may be approaching PeriMenapuase.
At 36 my cycles took a decline around 28 become longer and then more irregular and vary month to month. Started gradual but is so erratic in the last 2 years. That is a huge red Flag. I put it down to nursing but still the same 2 months weaning.

Maybe being a debbie downer. But this has encouraged me to see the Dr sooner rather then later.
It is what it is. If that ia the case at least I know where I stand. And not being ignorant each month hoping/expecting something that might not ever happen again.

Interesting. I spoke to my OH about this pre marriage. The topic of us being unable to have kids. And I am glad I did as we are both on the same page. If it is just the 1 LO we are happy. I was blessed to have LO 1st Month TTC In 2021 and had a smooth pregnancy and the L&D I dreamed of with an easy recovery. I have no regrets at least. No whats ifs etc. If this is my lot in life then I am pleased with how things went.

Of course I wish I met my OH when I was 20 in my fertile years and have 5/6 kids as I always dreamed, but we only met when I was 32 married at 33 fell pregnant 6 months later. Not my timeline not my choice.

@WishingUponARainbow it is ao hard to decide isn't it. Whats the right thing? Whats the beat thing? Wish we had our own personal OBGYN and Endo specialiats on the end of the line 24/7.

No I don't think I will carry on taking them - I'm terrified they will stop ovulation again.
My SIL falls pregnant at the drop of a hat and said she thinks the 'expensive' vitamins are better, but I got on just fine with my Boots Folic Acid. I ovulated every single month with those. Even fell pregnant on them! (Lost it at 6 weeks but never the less...)
I do wonder if I start taking Pregnacare now at the beginning of a new cycle my body will adjust better to them? Just don't want to take any chances at this point.

@MixedCouple ah sorry didn’t see you were testing negative now, when I was spotting I also was testing positive.

@Tartanhaggis I have given up hoping for a good outcome. Just giving into it. This is really not normal for me.
I know people say until AF shows your not out.
But my faint + became - and nothing since. No coming back from that.

@WishingUponARainbow I am wondering if they had an affect on me to. All the beat next cycle. Will you carry on the supplements?

I’m now 5 weeks pregnant after mc, but have been having brown spotting the last two days. Maybe some cramping as well but not as much as when I miscarried. This makes me so anxious though. Has anyone had more brown spotting in the following pregnancy after mc?

Well after a really messed up cycle due to Pregnacare vitamins, my period arrived today :(
Have contacted the doctor to start the process of checking everything is okay.

@MixedCouple when I had a chemical a year or so ago mine was bright red bleed same Asif it was period x my periods were kinda messed up when I was trying sometimes I had a 21 day late period. Sometimes I had spotting at the right time for implantation then nothing came of it. Sometimes no spotting at all and I'd get light lines. It's really confusing and annoying having to wait x I'm still crossing my fingers for a bfp for you though. As they say not out until AF appears

Did you have +HPTs before then and during? Mine are all negative since 11DPO I my last faint.
I am day 3 of brownie stringy spotting

@Stardust89 I am on 3rd day of brownie stringy spotting. Not very much. All my tests are negative.

Is this what happens during a chemical?
No period symptoms vary light cramping barely noticeable. Flow not increasing. And today is "14 DPO".
So confused. I was waiting foe the heavy flow top start before ringing the GP for blood work. But it isn't happening.

My friend got in my head and said maybe this is Impantation spotting and I didnt ovulate until 8DPO (when I had CM with blood streaks). Me and OH not DTD since 3DPO which was cycle day 23 for me.
Uuuuuughhhhhh just want this period to come.

I don’t want to get your hopes up if it is af but when I was pregnant with my first I had about a week of brown spotting in early pregnancy

Yeah exactly its not reliable , yeah ive done like the strip tests and that was a negative so kind of feel like i am not pregnant, but these symptoms are so strong! Never had anything like this ever

so after my last post, it’s been 3 weeks since my implant removal and I’m 2 days late. I have decided to do a text today.
I am sure this is negative but slightly thrown as there is a fault half line which looks a bit positive? What do you think? Could be my eyesight!

@Deeyax I think I can see a line but cleaeblue are known for evap lines. Maybe try get a pink dye one. I think boots own brand is pink?

@Stardust89 its crazy isn’t it, I haven’t had a faint line on any other test so don’t know if i need to wait a bit longer till AF is late by 4/5 days, also took a CB and that kind of looks like it has a faint line but the more i look at it the more it looks like a indent 😂 the feeling of unknowing is making me feel even more worse than I currently am

@MixedCouple spotting can be normal in early pregnancy. fingers crossed for you.

@Deeyax I have a metallic taste & dry mouth, nauseous and not eating as much, so very similar to you. And my lines are still faint. Can you try get hold of some First Response Early Response tests, they're supposed to be really sensitive to HCG. If not I'd try test every other day until AF arrives as HCG doubles within that time. Fingers crossed for you

Hey so i am 1 day late on period and tests say negative but haven’t been feeling myself since last week when i was spotting, going to presume that was implantation bleeding, have been feeling dizzy, loss of appetite and have had a metallic like taste in my mouth, should i wait another week to re test or take it as a negative this cycle

Morning ladies I am out. Spotting again AF showed I guess. First ever chemical. Wish I hadn't tested early.

@LNF115 we tried as soon as the tests were negative. I didn't ovulate before my period came back though, and I've just had my first full cycle and didn't get lucky. Now CD4 of my second cycle trying again x

@LNF115 iv had 2 miscarriages and both time i waited for my next period just so I could calculate dates easier. Took about 3 cycles each time to fall pregnant after the MC ❤️

totally up to you whenever you feel ready though! I spent a lot of time googling this and loads of sites say 3 months so your womb lining has time to get back to normal but I think you’re grand whenever you feel ready tbh ❤️ baby dust to you xxx

@Stardust89 yes i have like you said it’s easier to test that way & i am just going to wait a few more days, period is due on Thursday so fingers crossed it doesn’t arrive and my hcg levels show up 😩😩
