Worried about my fertility

Hi girls, my partner and I have been trying to have a baby for 4 months now, but each time it's been a failure. Neither he nor I have any known health problems, I've stopped drinking at parties, I eat balanced meals, I take vitamins, I do sport, I regulate my stress at work as much as possible, we have regular intercourse and even more so during the fertile period... but I have the feeling that we're going to have trouble conceiving, it's been a terrible feeling all along. It's as if I had a premonition. Today is the 2nd day of my period and I'm starting to experience them as mourning. Does anyone have a good pregnancy story to tell that might help me stay positive? Thanks ☺️

4 months really is not a long time at all and definitely no cause for concern at this stage.
I took 2m with my daughter who is now 3.5 years old and I just got a positive a few days ago agyer ttc for 6 months.
I wouldn’t have any concerns or start worrying for at least 12m. After 12m you can contact your gp.

I think have sex every other day after your period stops and then when you get a positive ovulation test have sex 3 days in a row.

Congratulations !
With all your answers, I'm only going to worry for good after 12 months.

Try not to worry yourself because there's absolutely zero reason for you to be concerned. You've only been trying 4 months ! Which really is nothing. I think your worrying yourself over nothing. If you haven't conceived after 2 years trying then the gp will organise some tests for you. Nhs state its perfectly normal for couples to take upto 2 years to conceive. Just because some women make it look easy and get pregnant first go, dosent mean it's the same for every women , and its normal

Thanks 😊 🙏😘

Firstly stop seeing it as a failure if you don't get pregnant in a particular month. The odds are that you won't get pregnant in one particular cycle, which is why the guideline would be to contact your GP if nothing after 2 years.

Do you track ovulation? Is your partner looking after himself as much as you are yourself? Is it possible you're having too much sex during your fertile period?

Thanks ☺️
My partner take care of himself as well !
I track ovulation with the Flo app + listen to my body
I don’t think we are having too much sex, just almost once a day, by the way too much could be a problem ?

Four months is nothing. How old are you?
