Hi girls!! I am now CYCLE DAY 10. Is anyone on a similar point with me who wants to be a cycle buddy? I am following SMEP. Would be fab to start a WhatsApp group or a thread on here where we can support each other to those 2 lines 💕💕

Hey, just found this thread, my period started around 16th/18th August (I was spotting for the first 3 days)

Not sure when my period is due but I'm guessing Tuesday/Thursday.

Took a clear blue 6day early one, and the faintest blue line. Like super faint so hoping it's not evap.

I'll try catch up in the thread, good luck

Symptoms are definitely bloating, waves of nausea but not different to pre AF if I'm honest! Boobs are fine but apparently if it's pregnancy number 2 that's not uncommon?
Are you having any other symptoms?
Have you told your DH yet?

Told my DH what? That I’m not pregnant yet? 😅

0 symptoms. Just feel normal. Pretty sure my period will come as normal. Boohoo.

Omg! Congrats @jenn88 !!! Do you have any symptoms? My AF is due on Wednesday and not feeling particularly hopeful. My first pregnancy already had me vomiting by this point!

@Freya1245 totally understand and I’d be feeling the same as you! If you ‘try’ for a few nights when he’s back and you do get your period, at least you’ll know you did everything you could! X

Thank you!! You’ve hit the nail on the head, it’s DEFINITELY a control thing, I’ve never felt as out of control as I do now with TTC :-( I’ve got ovulation pain today (midday sunday) and will be able to jump on hubby 9pm ish Monday (2 kids to get into bed first) so I’m cautiously holding a tiny bit of hope :-( xx

@ginny93 yes no harm in testing out a positive I don’t think! It’s not the same as getting the blow of a negative day after day of TTC! My mindset was kind of “when I get a period is when I’ll try again”. So didn’t mind that I was testing positive for a while as I knew it wasn’t sustainable and eventually HCG would stop being measurable. It was at one point Abit of a worry when EPAU said if I was still positive after 4 weeks to call them. But then they just got me to wait another week and test! Just a watch and wait game …

@Freya1245 My obstetrician friend says “don’t bother with OPK’s they’re a load of rubbish”… I still do bother (don’t we all, I think we like having the feeling of knowledge/control over it), but if she thinks that then there must be some truth to them not being so accurate all of the time! Still jump on him for a few days in a row when he gets home- there’s still a chance for you!

@Freya1245 those tests aren't 100% perfect for timing! Jump on him as soon as he gets back and hope for the best!

hi ladies! Feeling soooo sad. My partner is away till Monday & I was praying I wouldn’t ovulate before he gets home but I had a + ovulation test last night (Saturday) and now I’m just convinced it’s all over for me as I won’t be able to see him until Monday evening :-( Can’t believe I’ve ovulated 3 days early this cycle when I’ve been timing it so carefully. Devastated

Thanks @Lilpop90 - seems like everyone really is pretty different! In previous cycles I've been pretty good at waiting to test until I'm due on, but now I'm trying to get a negative I think I'm going to end up testing after like a week 🙈

Your so right! I've just taken a test as a lady on another thread got a BFP at 9 days DPO!!! Mine was a BFN!!! I was hoping for a real squinter or a shadow of something but nothing at all!!

I'm going to have to stop now!!
I said I wouldn't test! I was absolutely sure I had the self control!!! I don't!! 😅

Is anyone going to start testing?
I think I'm 6dpo so still holding off but if I start seeing positives earlier on this thread I'm not sure I can hold off till 14 days!!!!

I’ve decided to not test early as I think I had a really faint positive last month that never progressed- probably a chemical. So I think I’ll stick it out till I’m due on, as I’d rather just not know if I’m having a chemical! .. but feels IMPOSSIBLE!

@ginny93 my MMC was in December, took about 5 weeks for me to have a negative pregnancy test! Back to trying this month after a couple of holidays and big promotion!

@Ylime1196 I had a negative at 9dpo then a BFP at 11dpo! Don't count yourself out just yet 🙂

Has anybody had a negative ‘not pregnant’ on a digital clear blue test, but still found out that they’re pregnant later?
im only 9 DPO, unsure whether to count myself out this cycle

I don't have a CD this month as I'm off the back of an MMC but just happy to be back and on flashing smileys on my clearblue tests! Not expecting anything to happen this month but wanted to make sure I'm ovulating again and if it happens then brilliant, if not then after AF next arrives I'll be back to full cycle tracking x
