TWW again!! Anyone want to join?

It's a great thread! No one else thinks your mad here!!
It's bizarre the temptation to know if your are or are not pregnant!
I treat the TTW as if I was pregnant, limiting coffee, no drinking and taking vitamins! DP thinks I've lost the plot!

@jenn88 I posted that this morning and am now sitting online googling early response tests🤣 1DPO and my first TWW I have lost the plot! That would be lovely if you and DP can find out together!

I’m away with work for 3 days next week and then DP is away with work the weekend, so if I can stay busy and hold out until he comes back I’d be 10DPO!

I’m so glad I found this site because I find it so hard keeping all of these feelings to myself, but also I don’t want to speak to my family/friends about it because of the inevitable added pressure that would bring of others knowing we are trying!

That's the idea but oh the temptation to POAS is soooo tempting!
I. AM. Going to wait till 14 days because I want DP with me and hopefully a definite answer! He won't play spot the line with me!!!
This will be be our last time so trying to make every moment a memory!

First TWW and wondering, does everyone wait until the full 2 weeks is done before testing? I’m literally going to wait until 13dpo before I even buy any tests I think as I know if I have them in the house I’ll be taking them sooner!🤣

@Kikii93 hey! I did manage to test again today but still ever so confused!!! Strip test this morning came up with another very faint line but no progression so starting to think they’ve potentially just been crap tests. Did a pink dye early test from Home Bargains this afternoon and very negative…. But a very positive OPK and a load of EWCM today too! So I’m now wondering whether the strip tests have been evaps (meant I was also very unlucky on a CB test as well as that also showed a line) and I’m just ovulating now but I’m pretty sure I ovulated on CD15 so god knows! DH was happy we could go again even though I wasn’t so much! 🤣🤣🤣

I'm joining you all. We need ivf and have had a failed ivf cycle but have been told a natural pregnancy isn't completely impossible just v v v unlikely. I've decided to start tracking just to see. So now waiting to see what happens. It's crazy how even though you know it is so unlikely you symptom spot

Why won't it let you do it?I thought they only stayed solid smile for 48 hours. What is the screen saying?

Is anyone here using the clearblue ovulation monitor? I'm 11 DPO and all I want to do is test but the only tests I have are the ones for the monitor and the bloody thing won't let me do it🥲😂 anyone have any ideas on when it let's you test? Driving me crazy haha

Also I can definitely see a faint line there @Ladybar !🤞 Have you managed to test again today?

I'm also in the TWW- it's my first one and I'm already hating every minute 🙈 I'm overthinking every little symptom and googling all sorts. I think I need to try and distract myself as I'm only 4DPO and I'm gunna drive myself mad! It hasn't helped that I got a sore throat and runny/stuffy nose right after ovulation so my body feels different from illness.

Let's hope these next few days fly by 🤞🏻✨

So the TWW is officially when time goes so slow it goes backwards?!?

It's very normal! I was actually woken up with quite sharp pain on the day I think I ovulated and I've been cramping all month. I've only just come off of the pill so I do wonder if it's related to that.

Hi! Hope its okay for me to join, first cycle properly trying and the first month I have got a positive OPK last night & this morning, I also had pain this morning like a cramping/stitch feeling which I think may have been ovulation? So I will count tomorrow as 1DPO, so about to start my first TWW!😬

can anyone tell me if they also have pains like this during ovulation? I did have some issues with cysts on 1 ovary when I was a teenager, so I am slightly worried that this pain during ovulation could be a sign that I may have something going on there again. And I’m terrified to start googling as I know I’ll drive myself mad!

Haha don't worry @mrsdrablowsbittersister it's so frustrating isn't it and I'm totally getting sucked in to over analysing every little symptom. 6dpo today ttc to conceive my first after early miscarriage in May x

Also, sorry that was rude! Hi, cycle 1 here- TTC 3 but my others were a decade ago so it feels all new again!

I'm currently 5 days (I think??) post ovulation but I'm going a bit crazy as on Saturday/Sunday my OPKs went almost to invisible lines and then Monday and Tuesday they got darker. Today I got a positive one again. I don't know what to think but it's driving me insane!! I feel like I can't focus on anything.

@CinderRosie I hope that's true lol, I've been testing with OPK since I ovulated to see what happens and I read it picks up hcg as it can't tell the difference. My LH went up yesterday then down this morning 😑 I'm only 6dpo so telling myself that it's very early therefore it wouldn't pick up any hcg anyway! X

@jenn88 you are 1DPO the day after ovulation. I got my positive OPK last Thursday so assuming I ovulated on Friday I am now 5DPO.

some people do get a positive OPK indicating pregnancy but from what I’ve seen it only seems to pick it up when AF is only a few days off rather than being an early indicator (happy to be corrected if I am wrong lol)

@jenn88 usually day of O is 0 and day after O starts as 1DPO, that's how I've always done it 🤣

I didn't know positive LH tests correlated to pregnancy? Interesting!
I'm only 5/6 days PO! Do we count the day of ovulation as day 1? Or day after?
Desperately trying to do anything other than POAS!

I’m currently 12dpo and out of my mind!!! 🤣🤣 had a faint pos on Friday then went negative over the past couple of days and today had this again so god only knows what’s going on but trying to beat my POAS addiction! 🤣 difference this month in comparison to last month is my OPK is soooo much darker to this time last month (I’ve heard apparently if it gets darker again it could be a sign which is why I’ve carried on using them intermittently) hoping that I get a proper BFP in the next couple of days!! Sending you all baby dust! 💖

Currently 3dpo, I'm 36 and this is my first cycle since MC in May, ttc my first xx

Can I join? I’m 37 and TTC #2 although will be DH’s first. This is Cycle 2 of trying ‘properly’. Got a positive OPK on 27th July, we DTD 25th, 26th, 28th, yesterday and today. I think I’m 1-2 DPO 😊

7dpo currently, will try and hold off until 14dpo if I can!

First cycle trying for number 2, I had a MMC at 12 weeks 1 and half years ago and haven't tried since!
Im unsure of ovulation date but according to App and CM I think it's today!
Have been done it every other day for past week and will again tonight!
How is everyone?
