@LacedBouquet I done one with water as well just to see if it showed a line and it doesn’t - but the bleed was heavy -more like a period so I’m very confused x

Could the bleed be ovulation bleeding? How heavy was it?

I’m now cd25 and what a weird one !! Started clomid this cycle but then had what was like a period on cd 14-16 didn’t know if I should wait or re take pills or what so I decided on keep checking for ovulation and just wait it out -

I did ovulation test and hcg test tonight .. and barely nothing on lh and even less on hcg but I’m sure I can see something- … I just hate these times - really I have no idea what cd I actually am - what bleed was a period or did I just have 2 .. hence the strange testing days -
what are your thoughts xx

Hi all, new here - ttc #1. We took a break from TTC last month which was probably needed and I felt calmer about it all, but now I’m back at 1DPO I feel as consumed by the whole thing as ever… I’m getting really stressed that we aren’t BDing at the right time each month as husband is away with work. This month we managed BD on the day of my peak OPK (and the day before) but he was away on O day. Just hope it’s enough!!

Oh bless you. Keep us updated on how it all goes. Great that you’re having the tests though, I suppose it’s hard though isn’t it, do you want them to find something so it can be fixed or not find anything but then there’s no more info.

How do people have babies so easily/without stress hey!

@cosymama2020 ahh I hope you manage to get a solid BFP and it's just a matter of time! It's so hard to be patient isn't it.

I've been trying to conceive for 2 years, for baby number 1. Never had a bfp not even a glimmer of a line :(

My husband and I finally spoke to the GP and I have had some bloods and have the TV ultrasound booked this weekend too.

Like every month I convinced myself that maybe this month was the one

What tests are you using?

I just got off the phone to my doctor who told me to stop testing until tomorrow (I won’t listen though 😂). She said her advice isn’t to test until you’re 5 days late anyway and that some women’s HCG levels don’t show as strongly in their urine so bloods are needed. I’m going waiting on a nurse to call back with an appointment for bloods now and I’m 5 days late, 16 DPO, faint lines on some tests and BFNs on others and I just need to know!

The only thing giving me a slither of hope is that I didn’t get my BFP via a test until I was 8 days late with my last pregnancy (but was positive on blood test from 6 days late).

How long have you been ttc? Oh I know, seeing those BFNs are heartbreaking aren’t they. Feel like normal life is going on around you and you just want to cry!

I am 15dpo and did a test this morning and it was negative. I've only just started all my GP fertility testing but deep down I thought maybe just maybe this month I would get pregnant and we wouldn't need it. I had stopped doing pregnancy tests because I'd get really upset and now I remember how awful that feeling is seeing stark white

@LacedBouquet I was the same before, always got the earliest lines with my evening wee so we’ll see. I’m out of tests today and have a haul being delivered tomorrow 😂

I’m fully expecting my period to come now though. My BFP was late for my last pregnancy but I’ve got minimal symptoms apart from being shattered and we only DTD once 2 days before ovulation. I’ll send over updates when I’ve got news either way 😊

I definitely see your line @cosymama2020 and hoping your line appears again @Boobag !! I always found afternoon urine (4-6pm) was best for showing faint lines for me. Hopefully just too early for you both. Are you definitely late (as in you checked using LH strips for peak) or is it estimated late based on your past cycles?

@cosymama2020 good morning, I also have no sign of AF and negative again today. Feeling quite frustrated honestly, being late gives hope and I just want to know for sure either way.

vvvfl on the Clearblue which I hear is notorious for evaps. The line is more obvious in person and came up pretty much straight away but I did a frer and there’s nothing, no hint of a line.

This happened with my last pregnancy, I didn’t get a BFP until 17dpo but I just don’t feel pregnant this time, I think my period is just late and the Clearblue tests are all just rubbish.

@cosymama2020 you should upload a photo of the tests, were they different brands?

Currently 5DPO, with cramps so I assume AF is on her way. Ovulated late this month so due on in 2 days

@Boobag No AF today and my Flo app is telling me I’m officially very late and need to do a test. I’ve done two tests with FMU today. One is a faint positive and the other is BFN just to add to the confusion 😂 how are you?

@Boobag i doubt it though, I think it’s just a late period but obviously really don’t want it to be.

Yeah I’d have thought it would pick something up by now, I have been doing one test with first morning wee and then again in evening with at least a two hour hold. Think I’ll probably calm down with testing, maybe only morning. And then if no sign by Thursday maybe I’ll ring doctor and see what they think. It’s a good sign last time you were pregnant you had to have a blood test so fingers crossed that’s the case this time.

@Boobag its so confusing isn’t it? I’ve just done a first response but with an evening wee and it’s BFN. Will do a Clearblue and a first response again in the morning if AF doesn’t come. Last time I was pregnant I had to have a blood test so if I’m not either in my period or have a BFP by Weds I think I’ll give them a call. I feel like the frer would have picked something up though even with evening wee!

@cosymama2020 I am in the same boat as you. I did a clear blue early detection and saw a faint line partner did too so wasn’t my imagination. But everything since has been negative and no sign of period which was due on Thursday. How are you feeling today? Do you plan on speaking to doc if you don’t come on by a certain time?
