If this turns out to be a line 🤯

This is a massive squinter and there's very little chance it actually turns into anything. We had IVF too have our first, who I'm still bfing. I've only had one period since she was born and then sex twice this month, once at what would be 2 days before ovulation, if I'm regular. I took a test today at 9dpo, because I'm a bit daft I guess. Super surprised to see some kind of smudge of a line. It may well be an evap line. It is so, so faint. I'm more just interested to see really. Mostly because if it did happen again soon, naturally, after 2 years then IVF last time, my head would probably explode! Expecting fully to be back in the next few days saying it was nothing! That's if af is even regular.

I have some of the "how many weeks" ones, but I think it's a bit soon. They also cost a load and I'm still not sure if it's just these tests being faulty. I tried another brand and it was negative. That was 10dpo.

That last one does look like a line with colour. Can't you get one of those tests that actually says pregnant or not, or is it too soon for that? My DC is 10 so i can't remember!

Good luck. You sound really strong. All I can say is a decade in I'm still so grateful for dd and your approach is spot on

@DarkForces I can exactly see how you made that decision. It's tough right, to put yourself though everything again when you've already been so lucky! It's such early days for us this time around that I'm genuinely ok about it being negative. I'm so happy to have our DD and I'm determined not to get upset if we never have another. We have leftover blastocysts from IVF and we'll just use those and, if nothing comes of it, maybe we'll say DD is plenty

Amazing that DD slept through the night! 3yo DS doesn't sleep through the night yet and ends up in our bed but his brother who's 2 soon sleeps through most of the time 🙈. Hopefully she will continue to do it xx

I'm sorry to hear that. It's always tough when you get your hopes up. I couldn't face the rollercoaster again after going through so much to have our child. I was traumatised and so grateful she was here I just wanted to focus on her. You sound very levelheaded but it's ok to be sad.

Negative this morning, so probably a false positive/ v v early chemical. I do wonder if something about the IVF process (progesterone) was what I needed to stay pregnant as I've had a few faint pink second lines on frers that didn't stick.

On the plus side, DD slept though the night for the first time on her own, so regardless of the result, it's a good day 😊

Can you get your hands on a proper test. I'm pregnant and those tests took ages to show up.

Looking promising! Took 7 years ttc our first. Our second was a suprise 5 months pp so it definitely happens! GL x

One of my best friends had a complete natural pregnancy with her second (which took something like 3 cycles and was the cycle after a CP) after trying for many years and going down the IVF route with her first. So it can happen. And I see lines on all those tests 😁. Good luck 🤞

Thanks everyone 😊. So far, I'm quite relaxed about the fact it might turn out negative. It's very early days this time round and we have our lovely baby. I'm more just intrigued! It would be 'the legendary story' if it was positive right! Although it sounds like it's not so uncommon 🤞

I do see a line in the top 3 and I used those same cheapy tests and got faint positives very early in my pregnancies (8DPO each time I think). I don't even bother with the more expensive tests.
Test tomorrow and let us know.

I can see lines. I would put water on a test and see if you get the same result. If you do then unlikely to be positive! Those cheapies can be hit and Miss.

Right, because you've had IVF I really don't want to get your hopes up. But I've had 2 people in my close circle get pregnant not long after 1st ivf baby is born so whilst I say don't get hopes up, also, don't be thinking it's impossible and definitely keep checking.
I've included some of my early tests, baby is now due in 10 weeks. I'm hoping everything works out the way you want! X

@CycleGirl20 sorry for all the confusion! It's horrible being in limbo! I'm really not that clued up on the evaps etc but some of those definitely look like early lines and you are still only 10dpo I think so certainly within the realms of possibility. I really hope those lines become stronger and less questionable over the next couple of days! 🤞🏻 I'm 9dpo but won't be testing for another few days and really can't tell if I have 'symptoms' or pms 😩😃

I tested with fmu. The first test came up with a line really quickly, but then the way the dye moved didn't look right, so I figured it was faulty or that I'd maybe dipped it too far in. So I took another, which was negative. So I figured, best of 3? I thought only the one from yesterday and this morning's we're positive, but then looked again and another has sort of something there but it's so faint is probably not have seen it off it weren't for the other lines. So I guess I have 2.5 second lines out of 5. All lines are very faint though so I'm thinking still most likely evaps.

Picture is yesterday's top, the v, v faint line second, the darker line that I think is faulty third, bottom two a negative from yesterday and another negative from this morning.

AF is due anytime now so expecting that to answer my question!
