Even my flo app has started my tww thing today!
It might not be totally accurate considering I've come off birth control... but always chance so worth seeing :)

Anyone else want to join me and chat during this wait Smile

What's your experiences been like with the tww?

Any notable symptoms toward the end?

In planning on testing tomorrow at 10DPO as that's when I got my positive with my daughter. I'm also getting pulling sensations. It's weird it doesn't feel like my period but it is strange.

When will you test?xx

right! It's such an odd sensation, nothing similar to cramps at all
And oh fair! I'm planning on waiting to 15 dpo as I'm worried about testing too early
I'm really hoping and thinking a BFP will be coming my way so fingers crossed
Baby dust to you!! Please let me know how it goes SmileSmile

Late to join but I'm 8DPO TTC my second. I also look 6 months gone, I keep walking round the house absentmindedly stroking my belly 😂 I've got loads of IC so im testing every day just to me abit sane😂

I have abjt or nausea and cramping. Did have Abit of discharge yesterday which I don't think I usually get. I hate symptom spotting cos I don't want to get my hopes up!

All welcome here! And honestly with the belly thing, I keep putting a pillow under my belly to sleep with and getting my SO to rub it for me. Seems like such a natural thing that's coming on.

And yeah symptom watching can be the most torturing but it's hard for me not to do haha! Same here though I've experienced nausea and only had a bit of cramping earlier but nothing too significant.

@XenaTheWarriorPrincess im sorry to hear that but got everything crossed for you for next time!

im just jumping back on here because I thought my period came yesterday. Had a little bit of light bleeding when I wiped yesterday along with very light spotting a few days before. Assumed period would come in full force in the night, got up this morning and there is zilch there!

for context, since coming off contraception my periods levelled out to be about 4/5 days long with about 2 days of heavy bleeding. Last period was only 2 days and v light with no pain so much so that I took a test (which was negative)

should I be worried/talking to gp if periods seem to be disappearing?!

Have you taken a test this time again? I had spotting with both my pregnancies so could be worth checking? If it's not that though I think it could be worth having a chat with GP xxx

Af arrived for me about an hour ago, so that's me out for this month ladies.

Best of luck to you all for your bfp this month!

BudgetBuster · 26/06/2023 20:51

I think I'm 9dpo, had a tiny bit of dark red cm which from previous experience I'm hoping is implantation! But also could be the start of AF as had a BFN this morning.

XenaTheWarriorPrincess · 26/06/2023 15:39

Yep @MrsBP15 I believe anything over 10 days is considered normal. Anything under that is considered a short luteal phase.

I have an 11/12 day long luteal phase personally and have shorter than average cycles.

14 days is an average based on the average 28 day cycle. A lot of people have slightly shorter or longer luteal phases and only find out when they start tracking ovulation.

Thank you! That’s what I thought but it’s helpful to double check. There is so much to learn with TTC. I know we get taught some of it when at school but I really do think there should be classes or tutorials or something for when you actually want to start trying for a baby!

thank goodness for mumsnet!!

11dpo and period all but here. Will probably be in “full flow” tonight/tomorrow morning.

I’ve never tracked dpo before. Is getting period 11/12dpo normal does anyone know?

last few cycles have been about 25 days.

DaenerysT · 26/06/2023 14:41

I know right. I’m feeling so stressed about it (which is bad ffs). I’m terrible at putting it out of my mind and just getting more and more tense!

starryx · 26/06/2023 14:14

DaenerysT · 26/06/2023 13:26

nausea sounds promising !!

Hopefully it is!
And aw well bloating could be promising as I do see a lot of people say that's an early sign for them so fingers crossed for the both of us
I'm so nervous and excited for when I test next week

OP posts:
XenaTheWarriorPrincess · 26/06/2023 14:02

I'm at 12dpo today, period due but still a little bit of breast tenderness/nipple soreness, so it likely won't come today (always goes away the day of AF).

It has greatly reduced though, and the proper AF cramping has started so I'd put good money on it coming tomorrow.

Not testing unless it no shows tomorrow as well (so, Wednesday is test day if no AF).

No unusual symptoms for me, just regular pms stuff. The sore nipples are a bit unusual, but the breast tenderness significantly reducing today paired woth cramps means AF is definitely on the way.

Not too bummed out, really feel like next month will be the month and I'd love an April baby!

Anyone close to testing day?

DaenerysT · 26/06/2023 13:26

DaenerysT · 26/06/2023 13:25

I’m also completely bloated - like to the point of looking like I’m six months gone. I had a midnight McDonald’s on Saturday so I was blaming that but I usually deflate after a day! Getting hopes up now but obv could be af coming 😭😭

Still obsessing. DPO 9. Feeling quite twingey but i think it’s normal for me. Starting to think I have kidney stones… how are you feeling?

Ah around dpo 8 here currently, and aw here's hoping for you!
Yeah I'm not too bad, still getting waves of nausea but not like I'm actually going to throw up. So no idea what that is but I'm hoping it's on the positive side

I am 8 DPO now… feeling annoyingly normal but did have some scary pregnancy-related dreams last night.

bad luck to you @MrsBP15 if you are sure you’re out. Next month (sigh). Baby dust anyway to you and everyone who is approaching crunch time

Hi,
I'm on day 7 around and I'm also having dreams... I had one about taking a test and being positive. Let's hope all is good
I honestly have a feeling this maybe the time 💕 I'm hoping it is
