Starting this thread after an early loss in May. I’m trying to conceive again asap as I feel ready. Would be lovely to have others join for mutual support x

@rosecbrm best to go & get seen this week / asap

Tell them your preg & bleeding

They can check hcg levels

If alls ok - they could help things with progesterone etc

Best not to wait after bleeding

@rosecbrm It should be at your local maternity hospital, just call and say you are around 5 weeks and bleeding and they should see you xx

@ttcthoughts if I was to ignore the bleeding I had that I thought was my period last week, I would be like 5weeks!

I'm not sure if I even have one of those in my area? I'll have to have a look!

Yes have done 3 tests since, all still positive and say 1-2, not sure what to think!

Have got a doctors appointment for next week so can only wait I guess.

I've actually got spotting today (just very light pink when wiping) too so really not sure what to think!

We’ve all come down with covid in our house. We only moved in at the weekend, so it’ll all have to remain unpacked for some time 😅

Whem i bled with my early miscarriage - was told no swimming - no tampons etc

@worldwidetravel2017 Yes I usually use pads, however I was travelling that day and was going to be swimming, so used a tampon

Gonna get another test today and see what that says, and then I'll give the GP a call when we're back!

The first bleed I had I would've thought was implantation as it was bright red only when I wiped. But then 3 days later it started again but seemed heavier, I assumed it was just my period and put a tampon in so it's hard to measure then how heavy it was! But it literally only lasted a day/two so it's confusing!

@rosecbrm ah how confusing! This time round I had bright red bleeding on and off for a few hours which I’ve never had before but I can only assume was implantation, do you think yours could be the same?
I’ve never used the weeks indicators but I think they go off weeks from conception date rather than last period so would be approx 2 weeks behind.
I think the only thing you can really do is wait it out until you are home and speak to your GP and if you are still testing positive then they might refer you for an early scan?

Also I wouldn’t worry too much about the alcohol, plenty of people have drinks while not knowing they are pregnant 💜

Nhs count from 1st day of your last period - they do add 2 weeks on to whatever it shows

Mine was still out tho

In my early miscarriage my clear blue digital was wrong - said weeks less than it was

Gynae advised me not to use that 1 .

I hope you get the answer you hope for and that alls ok though

I should also add to the below I've had a few alcoholic drinks this week - so if that test is correct should I be worried about that?! We aren't back off holiday until next week so I can't even speak to a doctor until then..

Really unsure what to think right now 🫢

I've had a bit of a shock this evening..

So I thought I had come on my period last Friday, after very very faint positive tests (can be seen on my posts further down). My bleeding was heavy ish and lasted about 2 days and then just stopped, which is strange for me, and prior to that I also had bleeding 3 days before which lasted a day and stopped, although that was only when wiping but it was bright red.

Been on holiday the past week so haven't thought much about it and then today I had a bit of spotting which is really really strange for me (CD9 - so I thought).

Had an urge to do a pregnancy test for some reason and had the attached result to our shock!

Although, if this was correct I would've thought it would show more than 1-2 weeks as my last period would've been on the 10th August. Does anyone know if these tests could be faulty (I know it's in Spanish haha!)

I'm also worried cause I had the 2 days of heavy ish bleeding. Any advice? Very shocked and don't want to get excited 😳 x
