around so frustrating!

@Blessedmummytobe oh bad timing for the bad back!! Fingers crossed you still manage some chandelier swinging! I’m sure the painkillers won’t have affected anything, does it say on the packet?

@xxcxdonxx we haven't managed much either. But, it only takes one little sperm. That is very interesting, it doesn’t seem to line up with clearblue smileys either. Who knows what’s going on. We conceived DD1 with just two BDs, on CD11 and CD13 I think.

Also… Spoke too soon! Check this out! 1.35!! Can’t believe it. Springing into action tonight, a well timed weekend peak.

We’ve had a bit of a similar situation this month too, DH has had a bit of a bug so it’s thrown out some smepping days. I did however get my LH peak this morning so hopefully there is still some chance over the next few days.

@FoodFann I wasn’t keen on the rating that the pre mom app gave, i found it to not reflect what I was seeing comparing tests in real life. However, a peak is a peak so good luck!!

That’s a peak for me 😆 A paltry 0.64 but… MASSES of EWCM! Shocked tbh. Peak on CD14 - how wonderfully traditional of me! Peak was CD22 last month.

Thank you @Blessedmummytobe , I went to the dr, but she fully fobbed me off. Did another at-home test, and again it came back that I am a completely barren old dried-up shrivelled prune. So, we will see. There’s a bit of a peak, and loads of EWCM, so I’m inclined to share your way of thinking.

Just checking in again here…. CD 17 and about 3-4 DPO. Didn’t quite manage SMEP to the letter, I got my positive OPK on CD12 but we DTD on CD8, CD10, CD11, CD13, CD14 and CD15. So we missed the positive OPK day and should have gone again on CD16 after the three days in a row but we didn’t. Anyway we will see how this month goes, if not next month we will follow it to the letter even if it means getting takeaway instead of cooking so we can DTD 😂

All fine thanks @Blessedmummytobe in that strange phase of thinking that this could be our month but then not wanting to get too ahead of myself especially when I’ve not seen much movement on my opks as yet. Hopefully in the next few days 🥰

Seed cycling is taking pumpkin and flax seeds days 1-14 and then sesame and sunflower days 15-28. They are meant to promote your oestrogen and progesterone levels at those points in your cycle. After Googling there seems to be some foods that help maintaining progesterone levels which I wondered if has been an issue for me so giving it a go!

Oh I know @FoodFann , it’s exhausting! Im always quite glad of the rest after the 3 days in a row 😅

CD27 here awful cramps kicking in now and negative test this morning so certain AF on the way.
Looks like I'll be joining Aug SMEP too
We managed every other day from cd8 and day after positive ov test so didn't strictly stick to it bit didn't realise I'd find it hard work 😆

@Blessedmummytobe you really crack me up! You’ve really put a smile on my face after a very difficult few days! I took a home fertility test last week with very bad results. I’m going to the dr on Friday to find out more. Fingers crossed the home test was wrong.

But, we’re staying optimistic! I’ve been BBT tracking, and seem to have a v different temp every day 🤷🏼‍♀️

No sign of LH yet. I’ve put DH on walnuts as well as all his other supplements. No tank emptying over here, but hopefully we’ll be in the mood come weekend 💃🏻 🕺🏻 🍷

@xxcxdonxx good luck with your smepping! I don’t know if I can face another smep this month after two smeps last month! I might just wait for the start of a LH surge and get started then 😅
