@GeoSmed it massively irritating. She's been making comments since we got married Jan 2022 and I've always just shut her down and basically told her to piss off. She's not said anything for a while but my sis messaged me yday to say mum had asked her while they were out with loads of my other family for a meal.
Was asking if we were planning babies/waiting to buy a new house/having problems.
What the fuck does it have to do with you?!? Honestly that's what I want to message her saying!! Lol.

We don't have any babies yet but I'm sure she knows we want them.. however I've never discussed that with my mum in my life.

I'd say I'm not particularly close with her, more so with my sis who I have told about our situation.
It's just wound me up and that together with my weird cycle and irregular spotting and non ovulation is making me super emotional and depressed today xx

I can’t believe your mum said that. I’m so sorry you had to hear her thoughts on your parenthood via your sister. Does she know you want a second then? Cuz if not then that’s massively presumptuous. Funnily enough a podcast I listened to yesterday was about how people freely say ‘when are you going to have a second!’ When people assume cuz you had one the second will be easy. Or that you can! People thankfully have stopped asking me and my husband when we are as I think they’ll probably know somethings up as we’ve always talked about kids but still not here so people don’t mention it now. 😂

Is taste going funny a symptom? I had a chicken curry jacket potato at lunchtime and could barely taste it. Wondering if the curry was just bland but I also couldn't really taste the onion in the salad 🤔

You got me! Makes it so much worse when I’m literally not even leaving my body to make the hormones itself to ovulate - I’m giving them it to do the job for it and they’re still not playing. What I don’t get is why it was responding on Monday then bam, all change in 2 days. I just don’t know what to expect. Or what I can do to make it work, like what am I doing wrong, you know?. I feel a bit lost with it if I’m honest and oh I dunno. Who even knows. Thank you darling. I shall report back direct from the lions den 😈

My biggest irritation at the moment is that I've been told my mum has been asking my sister if I'm planning to get pregnant/why we're not having a baby yet. And it's really driven me mad lol.
Other than that I'm just waiting for signs I'm getting ready to ovulate. Or hopefully I'll bleed soon and everything will reset.

How're you? If AF does arrive this month do you think you'll next ovulate while in Tenerife?? How lovely would that be when you're all relaxed and happy 🌞 xx

@GeoSmed bless you, it's so much waiting around and unknown isn't it. It's like you're having excessively long cycles when you're having to wait essentially 2 cycles length to just ovulate once 😖

Why it all goes one way one month and completely different the next when nothing is different baffles me! Bodies are so complex.

Oh no way! I'm 1st, so super close. Fellow Aquarian then which means you're probably equally as mental as me and erratic. I don't even know what they're thinking. I think a lot of the time they just wing it 😆I don't understand why my body isn't responding when last month I did exactly the same as I have this month, yet this month it isn't working. Body's are just arseholes, well mine is anyway. and yeah absolutely that's it - if I expect abandon, then I won't be disappointed. We'll see, watch this space. I'm bored of this cycle already.

ummmm pass. It all depends when I come on my period. If they said abandon, then they'd have to wait for my body to have a period, which technically should happen 2 weeks after ovulation, but given I wouldn't be doing the trigger shot to ovulate, and I wouldn't ovulate myself, then i don't know. The month before when we had to abandon, I had like half a day of the lightest period ever about 17 days post cancellation. So I don't know really. As I didn't ovulate (well, they don't think) but who know. But if we go with that theory of around 15 days post cancellation, then probably start next round of injections around 20/21st June x

I'm going to put a prediction out there.... I'm not going to conceive in June either, July is going to be the month I think it'll happen. Don't ask me why, but spidey sense are telling me that's the one! If it is, then i'm going to go on britains got talent.

@dabs9 I love the pregnancy reveal planning. I need to think about this. I'd love to tell my DH in a better way this time. Last time I was convinced it was an ectopic because I had shoulder pain, so we didn't get excited 😅 turns out it was just because we were moving heavy furniture the day before.... Also, I just shoved the pregnancy test in his face and he didn't understand what the 2 lines meant 🙈 but I hate keeping secrets so I'd probably do the same.

I can understand why you're expecting the worst tomorrow, it's like me expecting AF even I know there's technically still some chance I'm not out I don't think it's my month. But for your sake I'm hoping things have turned around!

Uh it must be so difficult to keep positive when you've had not great news at the last scan. But the Drs must not think it's impossible for there to be a positive change tomorrow?
I think I'd feel the same as you though and go in expecting the worst and anything better than that is a bonus. You end up that way to protect yourself as best you can don't you.

When wills ovulation be next month if it comes to that? X
