Hi all I'm just wondering if anyone can help me . So I'm cycles are a bit all over the place they range from 28 / 32 days . Some months there like clock work and every 29 days then others I'm out by a few days
So this month me and my partner have both decided to track my ovulation as we've been trying for a while now and still nothing has happened .... So I'm new to this so if anyone has some advice please help a lady out. Also I've attached my tests . Does this look normal and when will I start to see dark lines ?

I know this is an old post but I've been reading this thread with great intrigue this morning as I have very similar cycle lengths and just started TTC. OP would love to have an update on how you got on/getting on? I think we ovulate around the same time so I'd also love to know how you timed DTD on which days! Currently on CD 16 and really hoping to get my peak by this evening!

Hahahha it's all your fault! Nah I've no willpower anyway when it comes to not testing so I'm sure I would've anyway even without this thread. Roll on the TWW and hopefully some exciting news for us all! Xx

@Amy95 yeah a static is your peak on the digital. Going to keep doing the strips to hopefully get it on there too.
God, there was me saying I wasn't gonna test this month lol!
Just so pleased because if my cycles stayed super long my Dr said she'd start me on meds which I don't want. Xx

Yeah every other month when I've started seeing a rise like this it's kept going up and up and I've ovulated. I don't know why I'm doubting it tbh, I think just because it's like a week earlier than I expected... but that's why I started taking the maca to try and shorten my cycles so maybe it's worked, who knows! X

I've heard maca has been helping women shorten there cycles so you might be one of them , don't doubt yourself , so is a static meaning your going ovulate soon eeeeeeee 🥳🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞xxx

My chart I started rising the same time as you so I wouldn't worry what so ever xx

@Minnierose11 oh I'm sorry you're having to deal with that. It's definitely such a hard journey to be on. Sometimes I think people don't know what to do for the best if they know you're ttc. An invite should always be offered though regardless. Yay for the spotting!!

@Amy95 my strip test was darker this morning! Attached photo. I'm now just trying to dehydrate myself so I can test this afternoon 🤣 I'm just confused because it's so much earlier than normal for me. I'm worried it's a false rise and the maca root has messed with it somehow. Probs just overthinking. xx

No no no it's not a false rise , we are positive remember 😂 omg it is dark isn't it , I'm on maca and I peaked lovely 🤞🥳 you've got this , I'm rooting for you xx

Hiya sorry I normally put in my flo app I'm spotting then count next day and normal flow , that's how I've always done it so not sure it that's right 😂 xx

I normally class CD1 as when I get proper flow. Have a couple of days spotting prior which I don't class as AF.
I would suggest starting opk testing the day after you stop bleeding and keep going until a few days after peak to make sure it drops down and stays low. Xx

I have never even been invited to those - I don't even get invited to their kids partys. Almost as if because I don't have a child, I don't have a place there. I'm sure it's not an intentional block but more of an oversight but hurts none the less...
then it's the constant ... when are you having a baby? Questions...

Weirdly... after posting earlier this morning saying I can't wait to have my first proper period (first month off pill had a withdrawal 3 days after but not proper period) I've just noticed light spotting!! Actual happy it's come hahaha ... means I can start proper testing with Ovulation strips after! Exciting hahaha

But yes, he won't have a choice once those lines start to get darker haha! Can't wait to start seeing my lines turn darker, all this month the line has been virtually non existent! Never thought I'd say it but I'm almost wishing my period here so I can start properly testing afterwards!

It's not nice at all , it was my first time tracking and I was so excited when I seen the lines getting darker 😂 xx

we are abit odd in the way some weeks we will have it alot and then happily go two/three weeks without so I definitely needed to track .

managed 4 times in our window so hoping it was enough - felt like the honeymoon phase again 😁
