You've reminded me that I planned on going back, so I'm going to text my lady too about an app 😂 got an app with consultant for September and she said she will email me if a cancellation comes up in the mean time so I feel a bit better that way! At least I can drink now at my friends wedding on the 26th 😂

@Daniki frig it all .. que me gurnin wen period comes again n goin back on the lh tests like some poas junkie!! I do quite like the lines darkening!! I think u done right to contact consultant tho it is hard to take that first step i feel anyways of almost bein like eh right lets investigate here! Lets see wat this month brings!!! @Freya8 yep I'm with ya! Iv no opks either and fuck me am I buying any more 😂 fry and get back in tune with my body! I emailed the consultant clinic this morn so hopefully get an app soon! Yea I'm the exact same with the emotions and I was struggling this week, and that shit yesterday just really broke me. But feeling a lot calmer today thankfully! It's a blessing in disguise! Xx

@Daniki ach for frigs sakes!! Tho probbers for the best as imagine the stress of work on ya in the background whilst ttc!! Is it jus me tho or is work like tougher in general wen ttc i feel myself more emosh, my hormones are clearly all over the show throughout my cycle!! Ur hubbys game lmaooo!!! Negative this morn 11dpo. Got let go from my new job yesterday, was mostly relieved as my manager was horrible to me and to work for but stings none the less as the reasons given were aload of shit but anyway.

Maybe it'll make me more relaxed for the next cycle and we'll conceive then! I'm going to make an app wit the consultant we went to in feb to see if we need to get any testing done. Not getting any younger, 35 in November! My husband was like if you do get pregnant again we may go again straight away for the next one 😂

@Ttcmumma amazin!!! Wen i was preg with my daughter i had a shite load of clear blue digital sticks left over and i used to take one every 2 days or so and it would give me a solid smiley!!

Just checking in on how well these LH tests do detect hcg also uno early pregnancy sorry when you've experienced miscarriage is unreal and I have no pregnancy tests left 🤣. But wow they really do pick up the HCG!

@Freya8 not really, sore boobs but that's common anyway, cramps but also could be AF! Twinging like at my right side of pelvis. Will see what happens I told myself I wouldn't test this morn and obv did 😂
Haha I know but at least when your baby comes you'll have a great helper! 🤩 I get it re the emotions, I'm the same it's horrible! Xx

@Daniki i know the feelin of awh gawd wen will this happen for us! Like my advice to you would be keep goin! But i can't even take my own advice!! N see that sayin it will happen wen its meant to happen but like i really wana believe it lol but frig sakes like my emotions are jus all over the place 😅 sure my age gap would be 7 years ffs child will be movin out soon enuff lol im not worried about that in slightest. 9dpo is very early still any other symptoms xx

I get that about the gap, my son is 2.5 and I had hoped he would have a sibling by now but not much we can do about that! Xx

@Freya8 that's good to know though! Defo try and take next month more relaxed. Hopefully it wouldn't take too long, but so many couples end up falling naturally when going through fertility treatments as the pressure is lifted a bit then! Negative this morn at 9dpo, don't have a good feeling this month and if we're not again I'm also at a loss! Debating going back to the private consultant to see what she thinks 🫣

girls got my result back yest. So reading was 58 for progestrone meanin i def ovulated they also done rubella? Apparently am immune. hubby came back norm for everythin except slightly under for morphology. Feel slightly in limbo now i mean they said they will refer to fertility clinic now but sure that cud be yonks. Seriously considerin jus doin this next month to come without any trackin then callin it a day xxx

@Daniki he's 5 now (baby would have been due a month after he turned 5) but he's been asking since he could talk to have a sibling lol. He still has the scan picture of the baby we lost on his toy kitchen fridge. Also makes me feel the pressure because I don't want the age gap to be too big, it's already bigger than I hoped but finding the pros in the fact he's much more independent now so I can be more hands on with baby x

@Ttcmumma oh god I know, my friends and I always say this! Sex ed is shocking in school, basically told we only had to look at a boy and we'd get pregnant! I only discovered the truth when trying to conceive my first, after a few months looked into it and read all about the fertile window etc, got an awful shock at my lack of knowledge at 31!! 😂 ah wee pet, what age is your son? Xx

@Daniki yeah I was just about to start buying stuff, got my son's old buggy out the loft and what not 🤦🏼‍♀️ definitely won't be telling him this time tho, he has told me pregnant over and over the past few days but I'm going to hide it for as long as I can lol. If I can get away with it he won't know till 20 weeks minimum! Yeah I was told my prolactin levels were acting as a contraception so I'm not sure how I concieved, if they reduced or it was just luck 🤷🏼‍♀️ have to wait and see. Having a baby really isn't as easy as they make it seem in movies 😅 I think it's basically dopamine they give, to reduce the prolactin but I'm not sure if there any natural remedies will have to have a good look x

@Ttcmumma god a loss at 14 weeks is horrible tho, you feel like you're in the safe zone. 😢 that must be why they say breastfeeding is a natural contraception because of the prolactin levels, but I know 2 people who got pregnant while BF! Hopefully there's something you can take to help lower your levels. Have you taken a holistic approach at all? I swear I'm not a hippie I fully believe in medicines but sometimes there can supplements to help too! Xx

@Daniki sorry I reread my message and realised I wrote 14 loss instead of 14 week loss! It was the one baby I lost but when I thought I was in second trimester so really scares me for how far I can actually go this time. Nah I'm currently not on anything but I've got a call with the doctor on Friday as my prolactin was high and that can cause miscarriage in itself so hoping either today's blood test comes back with lower prolactin or they can give me some meds to support this pregnancy.

It is so disheartening isn't it! I really thought it'd never happen again for me too, I thought I had secondary infertility especially with the high prolactin. I know I can't guarantee this pregnancy will end with a baby but it's nice to know I can still get pregnant at the very least x

@Freya8 sorry to hear af came 😞 it's extremely disheartening and I know how ya feel re giving up! What time is your app today with the doc?

I tested today at 8dpo which I know is extremely early and obviously negative but I'm extremely frustrated now and feel like it will never happen! Thank god I'm working from home today, prob be snapping the head of everyone in work 🫣 xx

@Ttcmumma bless you u hav been thru the mill 🙏 i think i agree with how its weird how things turn out! I think its the not knowin at the min. Were maybe if i cud jus know i will hav another then id settle myself. At same time i do beat myself up for bein selfish and wantin the forever house and the career ladder climb to be in a place of stability instead of jus maybe wingin it thru n bein happy aghh hindsight!!! Xxx

@Freya8 oh honestly it was still secretly in my mind, I was still concious when it was around mid cycle and I knew I'd likely be ovulating and we weren't having sex enough etc but I just tried to push the thoughts away and it definitely made me less stressed. I always wanted to be pregnant again before 16th July, my angel baby's due date and I always wanted a march baby as my son is a June baby like his dad so I wanted my one too 🤣 so I really thought this isn't happening! I've technically been trying since march 2022 with the 14 loss in that time frame too. I won't get my march baby but hopefully I'll get my April baby 🤞🏻 weird how things turn out! I think we put way too much pressure on ourselves x

@Ttcmumma see i think thats amazin that u truely give it up almost and jus went with the flow so to speak but im worried i may even still be thinkin bout it inwardly even tho i wont test etc!! Awh man its a mindfield this and one i never pictured bein on!! Stupidly stupidly thot it would be as easy as last time and i feel like such a fool. Well ill see wat dr says today n make a decision then but at wits end n theres my pill still in my bag n i jus feel like takin it again today purely for control reasons as i feel ive lost myself xx

@Freya8 I'm sorry you're feeling this way, honestly I got like this about 2-3months ago. I gave up all testing, bbt etc for 2 months and then this month I double checked LH when I was surging (purely because my high prolactin I wanted to see if I was even ovulating) no bbt, no forced sex etc we just happened to generally have sex on peak day one time and it worked. Maybe give it a break a couple months without using protection, you never know what might happen and then you might go back into it with a fresher mind after xx

Well girls af arrived as per usual 13dpo last night n wow its a sore one! I really feel like givin it one more month n then quittin it regardless of todays results on both hubby n me. Cant shake the feeling of it wont happen for us so why am i doin this to myself. The amount of pressure n anxiety im feelin for something that may never be!! Jus tryin to get everythin out thats in my head here. Threw out all tests so that if we do decide to try this month comin then not even an ov test there. Also am i bein a drama queen but see wen i was on the pill jeez things were so much easier my hormones wernt all over the place my periods were so light sometimes non existent. Cant help but be like jeez wat have i unleashed here!!!!
