lardylumps · 21/02/2008 18:53

NatalieJane · 21/02/2008 18:46

LOL LL

It is a bit scary though, that in this day and age people still don't know the ins and outs.

lardylumps · 21/02/2008 18:40

dont they teach biology in schools any more, everyone knows that babies are left by the stork, which is why i must get some more bird feed this weekend to tempt him down.

kayzisbroody · 21/02/2008 18:40

She couldn't believe me when I told her that she was completely wrong. She hadnt been using any other contrecption as she thought it was only by having sex while on your period was how you got pg

NatalieJane · 21/02/2008 18:35

LOL Kay, some people just have no idea do they? I was reading a thread a couple of weeks ago and someone said their friend seriously thought that babies come out of the button, right up until she was in labour! (And it was this generation, not 1920!)

Playingthewaitinggame · 21/02/2008 18:33

Right I had better go home now otherwise I will be in trouble with DH if I am not home when he gets back. Talk to all you lovely ladies tomorrow. Good night

kayzisbroody · 21/02/2008 18:32

Hello all, work got more boring. We've had all the big bosses in today as there is a new shop opening tomorrow.

Someone I know told me she was pg today, I nearly laughed my head of when she told me she didnt know how it happened as she never had sex while she was on her peroid as thats the only time of the month you can get pg!!!

NatalieJane · 21/02/2008 18:26

They have stopped now.

Playingthewaitinggame · 21/02/2008 18:24

NatalieJane · 21/02/2008 18:13

Diege · 21/02/2008 18:12

NatalieJane · 21/02/2008 18:11

Diege · 21/02/2008 18:10

NatalieJane · 21/02/2008 18:05

Diege · 21/02/2008 18:03

God that's so weird..dd1 has just shouted, 'look fireworks!!!' (they've just started outside the window??

Diege · 21/02/2008 18:01

Ah, that'll be the fireworks I ordered to celebrate your gold star award (oh and the award for the most rampant bedroom action of the thread )

NatalieJane · 21/02/2008 17:58

We have got loads of fireworks going off, have I missed something today?

Diege · 21/02/2008 17:58

LL, don't feel bad!! I think I probably shout at least once a day at the dds when I'm not at work, and then maybe have a proper shouty losing it rant at them once a week . I know it doesn't really achieve much (except making you feel better at the time!) but hey we're only human, and I defy anyone to say they never shout! Certainly there's something in the theory that it's good for kids to see mum and dad getting cross from time to time, in so far as they see you're human and that their behaviour has effects on other people .
Hi MIMAO - you sound like you will fit in perfectly with those of us on this thread . Not sure we will help with your broodiness though!

lardylumps · 21/02/2008 17:55

Thank you ladies I have just given dd a huge cuddle and a bite of my cake (I told you i was feeling guilty). She seems to have forgiven me as she has just given me a kiss...

Hi ya Mi this thread will probably make you more broody but at least you will not be one your own there a lots of us..
