Pull out while ovulating

Hoping for some advice , my last period was on the 22nd of march. Lasted around 5-6 days . I went away with my partner for the weekend of the 31st march . Had unprotected sex that Saturday morning and night and used the pull out method. Stupid of us both but we were drinking and had no condoms . We are both fully aware of the risk he knows I’ve been off the pill ( we use condoms usually) for the last few months. My cycles are usually 27-28 days and now I’m panicking that I was in peak ovulation time ?! Has anyone been in this situation? Neither of us know what to think and if we are stressing for no reason .

This is a page for advice not for your shitty opinions or comments ! I have children and don’t need anymore excitement thankyou hun , if you’re not going to be say anything positive perhaps you should take your opinions elsewhere . Under no circumstances does me asking for advice mean it’s ok for u to assume anything . The pure cheek of people on here thinking it’s okay to make accusations when majority of grown men and woman have been in the same situation where they have made a mistake

You went away for the weekend but didn't pack any of your only method of contraception. Didn't protect yourself in the morning but didn't bother to buy any during the day and then again didn't protect yourself at night? Sounds like you're looking for some excitement in your life and have decided an 'accidental' pregnancy is the way forward.

Thankyou I had downloaded the app and thats what made me panic after putting my dates in we realised it was probably one of the worst times for us to do that . We have children so that’s not an issue , the issue is we hadn’t planned to do that and clearly made a silly mistake to gamble on it . It was only after being home and recovering from hangovers ect that we started to rethink what we did

It wasn’t an accident I said we had no condoms and used the pull out method

I don’t understand how you accidentally had unprotected sex twice on the one day?

Yh I think I figured out it was actually day 11 of my cycle we had sex and I’ve missed my chance to get the morning after pill . I was thinking more that because we pulled out in plenty of time chances would be low regardless . We now plan to figure something out thats going to protect us more . We have children so that’s not an issue I just don’t know if I’m ready to consider another and not sure if I’m over thinking it

Track your periods with an app Flo is a good one. So many women get caught out with when they think they were ovulating.

If you don't want kids I would try and find a more reliable contraception too.

Why didn't you get the morning after pill? It's to late for it now, it is what is it all you can do is test when your late.

You were 9 days - Sperm can live another 5 days

What you need is the morning after pill if you don’t want a baby - and maybe a longer term solution?

Well the morning after pill will be of no use whatsoever now to be fair, it was a week and a half ago!
