Hi ladies! I was just wondering anyone wanted to join me in the TWW? According to my apps I was due to O tomorrow (10th, CD23) but have ended up O'ing on Thursday (06th, CD19 Hmm) so currently 3DPO. Thankfully had been BD but it's not going to be enough we don't think as only caught -3, -2, +1. This is our third month trying so not too long but I would love some company to stop me going mad, I only have a 10-12 day LP which is stressing me out as it doesn't feel long enough but apparently it is!! Grin. Baby dust to you all!

@TTC12023 I usually get lower back pain before and during AF.

Ok the line is definitely visible on a photo today. Although very faint still. Just a supermarket brand test. Tempted to go get a first response after work 😬🤪🤔

@Seraphina1993 I'm taking pregnacare conceive which have B bits in them but it doesn't seem to have altered my ovulation date although it was CD19 again so fingers crossed it's stabilised it 🙈

Ladies....! The pain in my lower back is UNBEARABLE.... I suffer with my back anyway so I'm used to some pain but this is another level! and in my lower back 😒 usually never suffer around AF but only 8DPO so (hopefully...!) isn't too close 😵‍💫

Anyone else suffer? I'm wondering if it's the tablets?

@Seraphina1993 I have tried B6 but didn’t alter anything for me.

I have taking conceive plus ovulation since October. It hasn’t as such changed my ovulation, well not every cycle. I ovulate CD16-20 now rather than always being CD20ish. My periods are less painful too.

Ttcmumma · 16/05/2023 20:38

@BB2818 best wishes!! Really hope you get that bfp x

Seraphina1993 · 16/05/2023 20:12

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but has anyone had any success with b vitamins?

I was taking b6 tablets as well as seven seas trying for a baby which also has b vitamins in with my last cycle. And that month my cycle went from 29 days to 33. However I don't know when I ovulated so can't tell if it's related.

BB2818 · 16/05/2023 17:45

I am not going to lie… I have popped by a supermarket on the way home 🙄 not sure if I have the willpower to wait it out 🤣

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 17:36

@BB2818 fingers crossed for you that it isn't and it's clearer tomorrow! Do you think you'll text again tomorrow or wait it out?

BB2818 · 16/05/2023 17:21

No sign of AF at all. Usually 27-29 days, CD29 today. But not unusual for me to got up to 32 days, or even 33 days last cycle.

Just keeping busy as I know it could just as easily be an indent line 🤪

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 17:03

Of course @Seraphina1993 you are more than welcome! You might find your cycles are settling and you'll have a 33 day(ish) cycle this month? That would make your LP about 10-11 which is where all us girls are (well until we all started talking!)

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage 😫

I'm in cycle 5 but I'm probably not 'trying' hard enough! It is stressful as it is without any added pressure

Seraphina1993 · 16/05/2023 16:14

Hey ladies can I join? Trying for number 2

I'm maybe 1 or 2 dpo not sure

Since being off the pill I've had an early miscarriage, a 28, 29 and 33 day cycle :/ tested every month but not been able to get a positive opk until this cycle which would put ov around day 22/23 which seems like not enough time for a leutal phase?

I have no idea when to even expect AF

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 13:03

@BB2818 Why does this feel so complicated 😂I'm sure people for eons have been doing this! My chart shows CD20 which cannot be right, although might be 'technically' if it was overnight - my temps was significantly higher than CD19! I'm going with CD19 but FF still refuses to give me crosshairs even though I've had 6 high readings
I think you should go with what you think! Any signs of AF?

OP posts:
BB2818 · 16/05/2023 12:57

@TTC12023 not 100% certain I thought CD16 but charts show CD18. CD18 would only make me 11dpo 🤪

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 11:07

@BB2818 eeeekkkk this is exciting! Are you certain if your ovulation date?

BB2818 · 16/05/2023 08:22

Ok I woke up at 3:26am (exactly) could not get back to sleep. Not sleeping brilliantly at the moment. Decided to test. I have an extremely faint positive, I have tried getting a photo but failed. It’s clearly there and came up pretty instantly. I am convinced it’s a indent line. Although never seem to get these. I have been scrolling through mumsnet and the internet for similar experiences.

When I had a miscarriage last year my line was faint but much more obvious.

Going to wait another few days. I am according to my charts 11dpo but think I could be up to 13dpo. Charts are bit all over 🤪🤔😬😔

TTC12023 · 16/05/2023 07:58

@Ttcmumma maybe it was a trauma response to the miscarriage, like your body was trying to protect itself?
You're good being aware of your caffeine intake - mine is in another level 🤣. I'm sure I'll become more aware of things the longer this takes but right now I just want to try without trying too much. My body responds to stress really easily and I'll end up delaying things 🤣
For example when we married I was a week late ovulating and the same when we went on honeymoon 🤦🏻‍♀️

OP posts:
Ttcmumma · 15/05/2023 20:44

@TTC12023 nope nothing! I started pregnacare when I found out I was pregnant last October/November, then switched to pregnacare conception after my miscarriage. Since my miscarriage I have been more wary of my caffeine intake, how unhealthy my diet is. I'm one of those really annoying people that can eat as much as they want and never gain weight however since my miscarriage I have put on 3 stone 🤦🏼‍♀️. It previously took me 12 years to put on 2 stone so not sure where 3 came from since January 😅. So that made me a bit more wary of my diet too but not a real major change just abit more cautious. Other than that I haven't really changed anything at all

TTC12023 · 15/05/2023 20:06

@BB2818 I bet he wasn't! I mean what is wrong with them! I appreciate it can't be ideal surroundings but I'm sure he'll manage 🤣 mine did although I was in and out of both my checks before he appeared so I guess surroundings might have 'delayed' things 🤣🤣🤣

TTC12023 · 15/05/2023 20:04

@Ttcmumma that's great news about your LP though! Did you do anything different this month to try and extend it or do you think your cycles are settling?

OP posts:
BB2818 · 15/05/2023 19:30

@TTC12023 DH isn’t best pleased with the experience 🤣 we decided we would arrange that once all my tests were complete. It is a logistical nightmare. I was told by my GP (who gave us the paperwork) to enquire about a room. DH was not happy about that. He said he would have to speed to get there.

@Ttcmumma you are right it’s far more awkward for them. But nothing in comparison to what we have to go through.

Sorry this was not your month. Hopefully the luteal phase length continues next cycle 🤞🏼

Ttcmumma · 15/05/2023 15:02

@BB2818 it must be so awkward for men to be fair, but we suffer far more 😅

@TTC12023 thank you, last month was 30 days so I guess this will be my average now. I had a 16 day lutheal phase as I ovulated earlier this month, minimum 14 days if my app was slightly off so I'm happy with that length considering the lutheal phase is good if I do ever manage to concieve. Exhausted even thinking about trying again 🤦🏼‍♀️

TTC12023 · 15/05/2023 14:34

@BB2818 well that's shite isn't it! How do they expect you to do that?! We had test a couple of years ago just to 'check' all was OK and DH was most uncomfortable with the prospect - I think he thought someone would be standing over him watching 😂we did it at site though for similar reasons re distance - is on site an option?

@Ttcmumma I'm sorry to hear that 😖is 29 days good or bad for you? I have had 1 29 day cycle in 3 years of tracking and it fully freaked me out! I'd had my COVID injection that month though so I assume it was that!

OP posts:
Ttcmumma · 15/05/2023 14:19

Af has shown her face! 29 day cycle this time

BB2818 · 15/05/2023 12:50

@TTC12023 I didn’t know that. Interesting. Although mine has sort of a pattern it’s still all over the place.

I have had 3 lots a day 21. One came back just about ok, 2nd very low (Covid that month). Last week was day 22 (because of bank holiday) and was fine. This cycle they did day 26 (which ended up being 28). We will see.

Husband is going to have his checks too, although I know it’s me. They won’t do anything for me until he has had his checks. They don’t make it easy for men though. The only appointments are 9-11am. It says to collect the sample 45 mins before appointment. But both hospitals in our area that do the appointments are 1 hour 20 minute drive.

TTC12023 · 15/05/2023 10:24

Did you ladies know you can rebase your BBT online? I've used it a couple of times but admittedly only when I've taken it early or late no if i've had a poor night's sleep.

I have faith we'll get there soon but it's a long slog isn't it?! I wish my cycles were shorter so there wasn't what feels like so much limbo 😫

OP posts:
Ttcmumma · 15/05/2023 10:19

Haha yes never gonna happen group 😅
My temp dropped today cd 30 tho my son had me up throughout the night so don't think it's very reliable. I am very shaky and emotional tho so expecting AF today
