Hi ladies! I was just wondering anyone wanted to join me in the TWW? According to my apps I was due to O tomorrow (10th, CD23) but have ended up O'ing on Thursday (06th, CD19 Hmm) so currently 3DPO. Thankfully had been BD but it's not going to be enough we don't think as only caught -3, -2, +1. This is our third month trying so not too long but I would love some company to stop me going mad, I only have a 10-12 day LP which is stressing me out as it doesn't feel long enough but apparently it is!! Grin. Baby dust to you all!

Oh wow hey ladies! I randomly think of you both sometimes but I completely lost this thread!
Aww so glad babies are doing well and oh my goodness potentially another on the way?! Haha

My little lady is now 15 months, she's been running since 9 months and she's size beyond her years(which doesnt always work in my favour 😂) but I also have a 7 year old son and I think for now I'm done 😬. But I'm only 29 so who knows how I'll feel by the time I'm 35! I actually really enjoy the big age gap between my kids too.

Wishing you both every luck and happiness 😊

Hi!! so good to hear from you.

LO is 16 months now and has only been walking since 15 months, however crawled at 8.5..... lazy mare 😂She could walk but just didn't as she was sooooooo fast at crawling! I think when LOs have siblings they tend to walk earlier!

Tested this morning BFN! No surprises really as I'm 5 days from missed P and I think I picked up a high HCG test... picking up some lower ones today. I sort of don't want to be pregnant (timing couldn't be more inconvenient) but it still has e thinking about it alllll the time - I can't believe I'm here again! I said one and done as postpartum wasn't kind to me, but out this other side now!

@BB2818 HI!! I didn't know you'd messaged - my life went HAYWIRE with LO. I was so full of anxiety I didn't really do anything apart from try and get her to sleep all the freaking time!!

LO now 16 months and such a happy, chatty, food eating monster! How are you?

In answer to your question - yes thinking about doing it again (for my sins) and might be right now (I haven't tested yet as I think its too early!!)

Hello all 🙂 hope everyone and babies are all well?

My little one has just turned 1 and feeling so incredibly blessed, and a little emotional at how quickly time has gone. It got me thinking back to our ttc journey.

Anyone considering doing it all again? 🫣😬😂

Ttcmumma · 12/04/2024 16:23

@BB2818 oh I will! She will be my last so even these sleepless nights I can't help but stare at her in awe.

It did thank you, sweep on the 9th, lost mucus plug morning of the 10th, waters broke lunchtime. Went in with contractions about 6-7 mins apart around 4pm. Still 4cm at 7:30pm but less than two hours later she was born and got my birth pool experience like I wanted 😊. Was very intensely painful as it was so fast 🤣 but so glad she's here and we are both doing great! X

BB2818 · 11/04/2024 15:23

@Ttcmumma congratulations 💕👶🏼 wonderful news! Enjoy every minute- time really is a thief, it goes far too quickly.

I hope everything went smoothly and you and baby are happy and healthy xx

Ttcmumma · 11/04/2024 09:59

Baby girl is here! Born at 21:09 last night weighing 7lb 11 ounces. 40+2! Definitely later than my 38 week first born lol

BB2818 · 06/04/2024 19:11

Crazy and little bit emotional to think we have been chatting almost year and all of our babies are here/nearly here 🥰🥲

BB2818 · 06/04/2024 19:09

@Ttcmumma very excited for you! Hopefully little lady isn’t too comfortable in there 🙈. It’s crazy to think you will have a brand new person with you any day now 🥰.

I wouldn’t worry too much about the estimated weight. This little madam was estimated at 6lb 9oz on the Wednesday, born on the Saturday at 7lb 5oz. Older DC was estimated to be born at 5lb 7oz if I got to 40 weeks and was born 7lb 12oz at 37 weeks. SIL was supposed to have a 9lb plus baby and was induced just over 40 weeks and he was a 7lb 12oz too!

I hope so or just gone over due date? If my calculations are correct. Hope to hear soon @TTC12023

Ttcmumma · 06/04/2024 18:22

@BB2818 I'm due Monday and this little madam is chilling 🤦🏼‍♀️ she was estimated at 7lb 10 on Tuesday so she needs to hurry up and get out before I can't get her out 🤣. @TTC12023 was due before me so I have a feeling she's busy being a new mama hence the lack of reply!

BB2818 · 06/04/2024 17:52

@TTC12023 @Ttcmumma any baby news yet? 🫣🥰

Ttcmumma · 25/03/2024 11:15

@TTC12023 any sign of baby yet? I'm 38 weeks today, my son was born around this time. I'm so fed up and know she's going to have me waiting ages😅

Ttcmumma · 06/03/2024 10:18

@BB2818 yep! They're doing a growth scan on Monday at 36 weeks to see how she's doing. My son was 7lb at 38 weeks on the dot so I'm hoping she doesn't take too long as so far she seems to be developing much the same as him. She was estimated 4.3lbs at 32 weeks.

@TTC12023 oh you're so close! I wish I was finishing work 🤣. My belly has actually already begun to drop and my pelvis is very sore now but no one's checked if she's engaged just yet. Good luck without hubby this weekend! But definitely get those bags packed just in case. I have a baby shower on Sunday so im then going to grab all last minute bits next week at 36 weeks and wash all her bits. Packing bag and setting up her cot and putting her car seat in the car etc at 37 weeks. I won't be able to rest if I know I'm not ready to go at 37 weeks. Purely as my son broke my waters at 37+5 and I feel like my body is giving up quicker this time, it may evict her the second she hits full term 😅 or it will just have me struggling for weeks on end!

TTC12023 · 06/03/2024 10:12

@BB2818 hubby away all weekend as well which isn't ideal! I have a number of people with him who have promised to have their phones on loud 😂

@TTC12023 a weekend of shopping for you 🙈. Then feet up and relax until bubba arrives 🥰

TTC12023 · 06/03/2024 08:59

@BB2818 @Ttcmumma all good over here! 37 weeks today and finishing up work on Friday. I am NOWHERE near ready, I haven't packed a bag, got any clothes/nappies - nada! I really need to sort that out next week!

Thankfully I still feel good, she's part engaged but not fully - they don't seem worried. She's definitely still high and bump hasn't dropped yet, I do not believe one iota that she'll be 'on time'!

BB2818 · 06/03/2024 04:25

@Ttcmumma she needs at least another 2 weeks to cook. Make sure you get some rest before baby’s arrival. By the time we got home with little lady I was almost 4 days with very little sleep 😴

I don’t think anything worked this time. With older DC I had a sweep 3 days before. Bounced a lot. 2 nights before had a hot curry. Day before waters went I went on an 8 mile walk. Also craved pineapple through out could eat 2-3 pineapples a day 🫣🤣. Could have been all, one or non of the above 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ttcmumma · 05/03/2024 22:18

@BB2818 good thank you! Just so ready to not be pregnant 🤣 I'm 35+1 so could have a little while yet. Praying she comes around 38 weeks like her brother did. My pelvic and back hurts and she seems so low lol. My appetite is gone and I cannot stand meat 🤢.

Planning to have everything prepped, set up washed etc at 37 weeks and then doing everything I can safely do to naturally induce labour 🤣. Watch her make me wait till 41 weeks or something tho!

BB2818 · 05/03/2024 20:28

Just checking in. Hope you are both well? Anymore baby girls to add to the gang yet? So excited for you both 😃🥰

BB2818 · 21/02/2024 03:29

Thank you ladies. Sorry I haven’t replied. I don’t think we have had a week where we haven’t ended up back at the hospital 🙈. Fingers crossed we are done now, seen enough of that place!

@TTC12023 it seems to be a year for girls.

@Ttcmumma DC1 was born at 37+6. DC2 40 exactly. I thought DC2 would come well before due date but obviously not the case. Although there is nearly a 8 year gap, my body probably forgot I had done it all before.

Are you both ready? Can’t be long now until your little ladies are here too 💕

TTC12023 · 30/01/2024 17:40

@Ttcmumma Sounds similar to me! I'm not 'naturally' 8st 10lb but that's where I can maintain my weight and have done for years, I'm now 10st 8lb(ish), don't like it though! 😆I'm more interested in my bump being the 'right' size - so weird what you focus on! I have a wedding to go to 6 weeks after birth (assuming I'm on time) so fingers cross i loose the stone after birth and the 2 after like you've described!!

We've pretty much got everything now, all on marketplace as I wasn't spending out all that cash on new items! Such a cheapskate 😝

Ttcmumma · 30/01/2024 17:25

@TTC12023 if this one's 2 weeks early like my son we may be giving birth at the same time haha!

I've done this before but still lived with my mum so it feels abit first time again, as it's the first time it's just me and my partner, not my parents as adults in the house too lol. Trying to spread all the expensive costs out a bit too but almost done now. Baby shower in march so hopefully get some little bits then too.

Yeah don't worry about the weight! It's a good sign. With my son I went from scraping 7 stone to 10 stone at full term. Lost a stone by giving birth lol and lost the other 2 stone a month later!

My body is currently super confused by the weight, I'm naturally 7ish stone, but after my mmc last year my body shot up to just over 9 stone. I'm guessing a hormonal thing, I'm now 11 stone. I can feel how confused my body is haha but I just remind myself it means baby girl is growing and I'm providing enough for the both of us 😊.

TTC12023 · 30/01/2024 17:16

@BB2818 awwww congratulations, how lovely you had a little girl. All of us have girls which I think is wonderful, even though this is an anonymous forum!

@Ttcmumma I can't believe we're so close together, I'm 32 weeks tomorrow which blows my mind! Feels like yesterday that the wait between 4 & 8 weeks for our first scan took forever!

I'm very much in prep mode having never done this before, and I am such a planner by nature! DH is being amazing and I can't fault him for anything right now! Starting to feel big but seem to be all bump (everyone thinks I'm having a boy!) - I've put on about 25lbs which is stressful but I know its for a good cause 😍

Aww congratulations!! So happy for you 😊.

I'm glad your labour seemed smoother this time. Gives me hope after an awful induction with my son haha. How strange your waters were so strong tho!

I'm good thank you, 30 weeks now so getting everything bought and getting quite big haha. Can't wait to be at the stage you're at!
