@Annie1295 best of luck heading into a busy few days 😉 We ended up not being able to DTD on my day of peak. Hubby was exhausted, and I don’t think he has ever turned down sex.
@Sez281 we are both almost at the same stage!! I hit peak on Wednesday morning. Like I said above couldn’t DTD that day but we did the day previous and the day after and we will again today. Hopefully that will cover us!

I should have listened to my body and not the predicted date on my app. I got massive peak yesterday so today is O day 3 days earlier than I thought. Kind of raging we didn't dtd one of the earlier days in the window but i do think we covered all the bases so going to try not going to stress. I've been so crampy today, hoping it's a good sign of ovulation and not my endo and fibroids acting up 🥴 On to the tww now!

@Optimistic66 you never know I guess maybe something else caused your temp to drop?

@Annie1295 No it didnt, it dropped down yesterday, but then shot back up today! So think its another anovulatory cycle in a row.

Bit gutted - epsc when i have long cycles - just feels like it never happening for me.

First day of SMEP today. Bit daunting to think about the next week and a half but determined to give it a full go

wondering if anyone can help me read my chart? i have erratic cycles. Would you say i have ovulated this cycle? (was super sick early cycle so hence missing temperatures!)

Didn't do OPKs as i find it so stressful as i never get clear peak!

@Sez281 thats great! Small changes without making our lives too restrictive. I also am religiously taking the conception vitamins, and now my hubby got the mens ones this month.
@Annie1295 best of luck with SMEP, this is our second cycle trying it. It’s tiring but hopefully it works, if not I don’t think I’ll be giving it another go 😂

@Babyhopeful23 we're going to try SMEP this cycle. My fertile window next cycle falls when we've got family staying with us so won't be able to DTD too much so I wanna throw everything at it this month. Also started to look at food and trying to eat healthier. Hopefully it'll make a difference for both of us!

@Babyhopeful23 wow you're really throwing the kitchen sink at it, fair play to you! Fingers crossed it'll all pay off 🤞 The only thing I'm doing differently this cycle is cutting way back on coffee, not just because I'm ttc but in general I drink waaay too much (5 cups a day) so I've cut down to 2. I'm also halfway through a packet of proceive max. I know it probably takes a few months to take affect but I do feel weirdly like it's already doing something. So if nothing else my general health is improving 🤷‍♀️😂

We are all still together on this journey so far! @Annie1295 sorry to hear your onto another cycle but I hope it’s the lucky one.
@Sez281 best of luck BD! I am also heading into fertile window, giving SMEP another go.
we’ve been on a health kick since our negative last cycle. No alcohol for my husband and I and we have both been eating healthy and exercising. It’s a lot of pressure but we have to give it our all and see if it helps.

@Annie1295 oh fingers crossed for you! I know you had bfn the other day but you never know! 🤞 I'm just about to enter fertile window in next day or 2 so mentally preparing myself. It falls well this cycle as I'm off work next week so just have to make sure my DP is up for it as much as I am! 😂

AF officially a day late but it took NC a few days to confirm ovulation so could've ovulated a day late as well. Too nervous to test again this morning. Trying to just get through the weekend and see what happens

@Annie1295 a clearblue ultra early and a boots early. Took them both at same time

@L0uise35 thanks for the tip! Did you use a clearblue ultra early one or just a standard clearblue one?

Ladies for the early tests I recommend the boots early ones. I tested at 11dpo with the same pee using a clearblue and a boots. Clearblue negative and boots positive and I am now 12 weeks

AF due today and nothing so far, no cramps or anything. BBT was a little lower than yesterday but still a good 0.4 degrees higher than before ovulation so I'm very confused especially with the BFN yesterday

Has anyone else had a BFN with an early test at 11dpo? Trying not to give up hope but it's hard today

Caved and took a clearblue ultra early this morning. BFN - at this point it is meant to be 99% accurate so I think I'm out for this month. Bit strange that I still feel quite nauseous and my BBT is still high

@LetsGo36 I think it's completely natural to struggle with emotions after miscarriage. I felt guilty for feeling a bit jealous of my SIL in the beginning. Hopefully we'll get our BFPs. I've been feeling nauseous and my BBT went up again this morning. I'm 11dpo, AF due Thursday. Initially planned to wait to Friday to test but I might cave tomorrow with an ultra early test. This guessing game is driving me insane

@moosey89 and @Annie1295 thank you so much for those messages and I’m so sorry you are both going through this too. It’s nice to feel like someone understands me. I feel so misunderstood and isolated with my emotions at the moment.

@LetsGo36 @moosey89 sorry to hear your going through this as well. My SIL is due at the beginning of September, we weren't that close in due date (I was due in December) but it's really hard to see her and basically all our family talks about at the moment is pregnancy and babies
