TTC 2024 Babies 🍼🤰🏻🌟🍀🤞🏻💕

Hello all. First ever post. Have kept an eye on some threads over the last few months but have been feeling a bit isolated this month so felt it would be good to reach out. Almost 32 TTC #1. Hard to say how long I’ve been trying as stopped being careful last August but started ovulation sticks and tracking Sept/Oct but gave up for Nov/Dec as didn’t want to be early pregnant over Christmas we thought it would be difficult to hide. Started tracking again in Jan. I don’t know many people with children but everyone I know who does seems to have fallen pregnant as a bit of a woopsie after one time so I feel like I have no one to talk to about the TTC journey. Became quite worried about it this month as my cycles are like clockwork usually 29/30 days. Ovulate day 16. However the last 2 months I’ve struggled to get a pos OPK so convinced myself I’m not ovulating. I started tracking BBT this month on CD20 and no pos OPK but then this morning I’ve had one and feel silly for getting wound up about it. Gonna DTD a few times over the next few days and then the dreaded TWW. Hello all, great to reach out. Sorry for long post!

@Savvy21 yes I’m hoping the better weather next week will help! I have work to do today / tomorrow and watching my friend run a marathon.

Then next week going to go to my running club, yoga, the cinema. I’ve basically got something for every evening! How about you?

The other thing I’m pleased to report on is I went out last night and had AF beer just in case and it was surprisingly fine! I actually might make the switch more often.

@Angelselevenx haha. I feel bad sometimes - almost like I'm wishing the time away. Was going for a chilled tww this time round but I think I aim for that every tww and still find myself reaching for the tests by 10dpo. 😆
@Mushroo I think I'm going to have to make more plans as well. Fingers crossed that it's sunny next week - I am fed up of the cloud and rain showers. Off to the park today to meet up with friends and give DD a run around. I bet it's freezing but DD is very much an outside child - I blame covid for this (lockdown baby) as my husband and I are very much indoor people haha! What plans have you got to keep busy?

@Savvy21 me! My app thinks I’m 7dpo but I think it’s more like 5/6. Anyway it is dragging so much!!

I need to make more plans next week to keep me busy as this week has taken so long!

@GemLou88 woohoo! That looks like a good rise and similar to mine last month after O day. I'm alright thanks lovely, nothing new with me just waiting to see when I ovulate after the CP xxx

@Angelselevenx gone up finally, thanks for asking. CD34 and I think 2dpo but ovulation not picked up on FF app yet. Think the app is as confused as me for this cycle. How you getting on? Xx

When your Natural Cycles app pops up on CD30….!…..and says peak fertility - O tomorrow…(earlier in this thread I mentioned about being super stressed at work this month and having a temp rise CD23 but no LH surge - which is around my usual O day as I have long cycles) and I just ran out of ovulation tests this cycle - stopped testing on CD27 as thought I had completely missed the chance. DTD just to cover all possibilities 🤣

@Belle97 could be old implsntation blood. Congratulations I can see those lines.

The pregnancy hormone doubles every 48 hours so try again in two days and it should be darker. It could have be lighter due to you drinking more.
