@TunnocksTCake i didn’t test today in the end but decided I’ll use up the remaining boots test tomorrow as didn’t have time to get a FRER 🤦‍♂️

@lottieb92 i can totally relate to the opk stress. Ttc is so stressful, I hope you get your bfp this month 🥰

@Daniki i think I might, I just always feel a sense of failure if I’ve followed them to a T and count down my DPO etc, it’ll be nice just DTD as and when I suspect and hope for the best 🤍

@lottieb92 ❤️ maybe leave the opks this cycle and just try and be as basic about it as possible, I agree they really mess with your head! I said I wouldn't do it after having my son as I was the same prior to getting pregnant with him but have have in this month and can feel the stress & anxiety that comes along with it. Will not bother next cycle and just dtd every 2nd day xx

I’m CD11 today I was late ovulating last month.
so I haven’t touched an OPK yet as my mental space with TTC is just not there.
Likely because we’re due to jump onto the IVF train in the next few weeks and accepting that has been difficult.

I want to be all excited and thrilled this month but perhaps I’m not where I need to be 🙃

Hi all! I'm 28 and TTC baby #2. I have a 17 month old. We were going to wait til next month or June as we've 2 holidays booked between now and October but I don't mind being pregnant for them. I'm 2DPO so joining the waiting gang! Had my first positive in Mumsnet and met some fabulous people on it. Sending baby dust to all xx

Ok on cd12 no sign of ovulation yet my tests have been really low, so my ovulation must be out of whack! 🫣

@TunnocksTCake I hope so! AF is due on 7th April if I have my normal 31 day cycle which would make me 13dpo (I have a shorter LP of 11/12 days)

I've heard keeping the uterus warm helps with implantation! Not sure how true that is though x

Hi everyone, I've been pretty Q on here since my CP and just waiting patiently for ovulation to happen. Would you say I'm 1DPO now? I had positive LH on Saturday night/all day Sunday and first thing Monday morning, by 10am yesterday my LH dropped right back down to a very negative test. My temp normally takes 2 days or so to increase.

NC is waiting to confirm I assume it's waiting for another increase in temp tomorrow before it confirms O but just wanting others thoughts 🤣 x

@Babyhopeful23 it was due on 26th but now due on 30th. 6 days and counting 😆

@TunnocksTCake my AF is not due now until 5/5 which was previously the 30th I think. Longer to wait now to test!!! I can’t imagine my cycle being 34 days long?? I bet my Luteal phase will be short, And Af will arrive right on schedule! I read that short LP is not good!

@TunnocksTCake my rhr still is higher than normal but has dropped a bit over the last few days. After my bfn at 11dpo, im refusing to test until after my period is due. It's too expensive otherwise🙈. Also I think I'm out but nevermind onto the next cycle.

@Bluebell0921 I completely get what you mean about booking holidays etc. I feel like I put my life on hold last year so this year I'm not holding back. I've booked three theme park trips to tempt fate to give me a bfp (UK based though - perhaps I should book disney instead haha)!

@Sophie3839 I think I used those tests before and I was pregnant. Plus you can see a line there so hopefully becomes clear for you 😊

@TunnocksTCake amazing job with DTD I’m not surprised your shattered! You’ve given yourself a good chance there though. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

AF would be due on Sunday 30th. One week to go 😂 I’m adamant that I’m not going to early test. I don’t have a good feeling about it though, I think the late ovulation threw me off. I really want to book a holiday for June but it’s so hard to plan things I just keep thinking what if I’m pregnant by then and really ill with symptoms. So hard not to put your life on hold.

Ok thanks @emmatcc1 i did wonder that. They don’t seem as responsive as the frer for sure. In terms of symptoms all I’ve had is milk tasting funny and an upset tummy 10dpo night so who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️
any one else testing today? Any other symptoms?

@Sophie3839 those test always take longer to show a clear positive.

Thanks @TunnocksTCake maybe it’s just a dodgy test. Will go on a frer hunt and try again tomo with fmu. By 12dpo ive always has clear lines with other tests ☺️

Ok I don’t recommend these tests! Very unclear and even the control line is pale compared to a frer! There’s a maybe line there but could be an Evap. Wish they’d had frer 😬

I’ve been awol on the threads waiting for fertile window, I am still a good while out, 8 days until predicted ovulation! I am going to start OPK testing in a few days 👌🏻 Didn’t start too early this month as drives me mad.

@Sophie3839 every boots I stop in now never have FRER so think they’re discontinuing!
Those are as sensitive as Clearblue Early and I do see lots of people using them recently :)

No testing yet but I just bought some, not sure if anyone has used these? They seem new like a boots brand of frer as they didn’t have any actual frer.
