Hi everyone! It's our second cycle TTC and first cycle tracking my BBT and I find it all so interesting, I'm learning so much about my body that I didn't even think of before. I'd like to see others graphs that are TTC and how their graph reflected a BFN or BFP. I'm 5DPO and temperature dipped yesterday but back up again today.

I really recommend the boots tests btw. Takes a day or two longer to an a FRER to show a positive but are cheaper and easier to get hold of. Xx

@Angelselevenx Yeah he is. I can’t shake the feeling that something is going to go wrong but feeling a bit more positive today. Found somewhere that does private scans from 6 weeks so going to book in for next week and check everything is in the right place and thriving.

no symptoms really. Slightly sore boobs and more tired maybe. But partner is still in a cast so I’m having to do a lot more atm so that could be why I’m more tired.

good for you getting to the gym on your holiday! That surely warrants a few cocktails today 🤣🤣. Are you still taking the B6 this month? Xx

Spotting will probably just be your uterus growing etc. do you have many symptoms atm?

Thank you! It's a bit cloudy today so going to get my arse in the gym and then head into the town for a few hours xx

the doctor messaged me last night to say HCG has doubled, which is normal in a healthy pregnancy. And told me to please book to see midwife!
spotting got a bit heavier last night but seems to have stopped now. Will contact the doctors if it starts again. In a bit of shock!

Rang for my results but the doctor hasn’t looked at them yet so can’t tell me them. So frustrating. Got to ring tomorrow to find out. Xx

they haven’t mentioned a scan but will ask for one when I speak to the doctor.

Not long to go until fertile week then!! You’ll just have to carry on the holiday at home 🤣xx

Are they going to get you in for a scan just to check baby is in the right place, I'm sure it will be though as I think you'd have more symptoms of ectopic?

Holiday is lovely thank you, fertile week starts Sunday 😅 but don't think I'm going to actually O until the day after we get back which is annoying but oh well, I've already pre warned OH 🤣 xx

Just had my second blood test. Hoping I get the results today. I rang up yesterday for my first ones but all they could tell me was that it said normal not the number which wasn’t helpful.

I’m spotting slightly. But not enough to wear a pad or anything. Could be normal but also could be a sign of ectopic.

how’s the holiday going? Xx

she said the doctor might get them tonight if he looks at his email but if not tomorrow. So should have both results by Thursday.

@Ttcsecond oh yay I'm glad theres nothing to worry about after the scan and also glad he's got you in for blood tests. When would you find out the results? I know after I went to EPU they were ready within a few hours? 🤞🏼xx

The doctor rang. Confirmed nothing wrong with the shape of uterus and no signs of pregnancy but did say was too early. I mentioned my tests being darker today and he sent me to get my betas done so sat waiting now to have a blood test. So should know something after my second one on Wednesday.

very jealous of the pool. I’m so hot and bothered 🤣xx

Oh wow they've definitely gotten darker, I really hope this isn't ectopic and it's really happening for you. I think if they were concerned about ectopic they'd have you in quickly and sooner, my friend had to go straight for surgery when they confirmed it.

We have! By the pool currently 😊 so nice to just relax and chill xx

Haven't heard anything from them. Will call later in the week if I don’t. I think this is probably ectopic as my tests are getting darker. Just want to know either way but will only be 5 weeks tomorrow.

yeah they scanned it all. Said she couldn’t see anything concerning which is good in terms of future pregnancy. I think it’s too early to see ectopic too. 🤷‍♀️

will see what the next week holds. I’m ok, don’t like being in limbo and would love a nice cold beer or glass of wine right now in this heat 🤣🤣 but obviously can’t.

So jealous of your holiday! You deserve a lovely relaxing time. Xx

@Ttcsecond hey, glad the scan went well. Definitely too early to see anything pregnancy related. Did they scan your uterus area?

That does look darker, did they let you know your hcg levels?

If ectopic wouldn't they have seen on the scan or would it be to early for that as well? Maybe they'll take another hcg test this week to see if your levels have risen. Typical it's all over a weekend but at least it's Monday tomorrow.

I'm okay thanks hun, CD6 so still ages to wait. How are you otherwise? Nearly, doing all the last few bits this afternoon then I'll be ready to go! Looking forward to just relaxing and not worrying about TTC (definitely packed the preseed and OPK though 😅) xx

just had my scan. Wasn’t a pregnancy scan. The lady doing it didn’t know I was pregnant so all a bit strange. But she did scan me and take photos. Said she couldn’t see anything pregnancy related but it was too early to see any hiring anyways. So still not answers but she said now she’d scanned me they had to follow up with some beta tests so at least that’s something. Did this last night so still got hcg and possibly rising a bit (so scared it’s ectopic).

How are you? Ready for the next holiday? Xx

@Ttcsecond oh okay, that's strange but I wouldn't worry. I know that EPU don't get you in unless it's classed as an emergency so maybe they've just got you in wherever they could find space. Either way I hope you get some answers! Xx

It’s the radiology department. My GP did say he was sending me for a scan originally to see the shape of my uterus so maybe it’s that but then why would it be on a Sunday. All very confusing. Xx

@Ttcsecond good that you aren't bleeding I'd see that as a positive. I really hope it isn't an ectopic, I know they normally come along with bleeding/pain.

What department is your scan in? That's odd I would've thought it would be EPU. Xx

I will do. No bleeding yet no and no other symptoms of ectopic. Weird that I’m praying it’s chemical because the other option is ectopic.

my scan isn’t at the EPU which I find weird. All will become clear Sunday though I suppose. Although I will only be 4 weeks 5 days then so not sure what they will see.
