Tracking BBT - TTC

Hi everyone! It's our second cycle TTC and first cycle tracking my BBT and I find it all so interesting, I'm learning so much about my body that I didn't even think of before. I'd like to see others graphs that are TTC and how their graph reflected a BFN or BFP. I'm 5DPO and temperature dipped yesterday but back up again today.

@Ttcsecond hey, how're you doing? Sorry I didn't reply I've been having some time off MN.

Blood test was meant to be this morning which should've been CD3 but AF is late, cycle hasn't been 33 days in over 5 years lol and typically this month it is, i think I ovulated late which has pushed my cycle back but my LP is currently at 11 days. However.. LP has never been longer than 11 days so I'm expecting AF to be here tonight. BFNs so far so it's not that xx

@Angelselevenx oh yeah it’s normal for it to take a year. I hope they come back normal for you too but will be good to know for sure.

Symtoms now are still feeling sick occasionally but I’ve been able to start running again recently which I’m so happy about. Felt like a blob just sitting eating and feeling like crap. I’m 15+3 now. My due date moved to the 13th feb at my repeat scan so now is bang in line with when I ovulated so baby has all caught up. I keep feeling tickles which could be the baby moving but who knows. Xx

@Ttcsecond I agree, I seen a post on here the other day around how even in healthy couples it can just take a while because not every sperm or egg is perfect. Do you find b6 helped you? I'm not sure whether to start that again.

I'm hoping everything comes back normal but at least if something shows it can be rectified. I really do feel like that, I feel like I'm just leaving it for fate, if it's meant to be it'll happen.

Oh you poor thing, glad you're feeling a bit better now. How have your symptoms been pregnancy wise? How many weeks are you now? Xx

@Angelselevenx That’s great that they’re doing tests for you and fingers crossed you get some answers. I think TTC can be some consuming especially temping and everything, hopefully you feel like you’ve got a bit of your life back atm.

I’m ok thanks. Had either food poisoning or norovirus this week which wasn’t fun but feeling myself again now. Xx

@Ttcsecond hey! I was thinking of you the other day, I've got bloods being done next cycle at the doctors for standard hormone levels etc. how are you doing? I haven't tracked at all this month so I've no idea when I ovulated xx

@Angelselevenx I’m sorry to hear that 😣. Glad you’ve ringing that doctors. They should be able to do a blood test for progesterone shouldn’t they. And I know you can pay for my privately to but best to get for free if you can. I hope you get some answers soon.

I’m ok thank you. Got my repeat scan today and the meds have lessened the sickness a bit. Xx

@Ttcsecond AF came a day early for me, making my LP 10 days so I've called the doctors as I'm on cycle 7 now and wondering if I have low progesterone or if there is something going on with my hormones in general. Hope you're doing okay xx

Yeah it’s just been constant feeling like I’ve got motion sickness. I’ve only been physically sick twice but lots of running to the toilet retching and I’ve been working at home a lot because I couldn’t face going into work. Managed to cook pasta bolognaise for tea with lots of veg and eat it which is a win. Xx

@Ttcsecond I know I told myself I wouldn't test either 🤦🏽‍♀️ hmm other than tiredness, but of nausea and I've had cramping since 3DPO on and off but that's all. Which makes me think AF is on her way on Friday. Funny you say that I did think my boobs hurt when I was in the shower this morning but thought it was just from me running and I hadn't secured them enough 😂.

Oh no have you been getting it quite bad? That's good they've given you some meds, hopefully it means you'll be able to eat anything other than beige (although I do love beige food) xx

@Angelselevenx I always caved early too but the chances of getting a positive at 8dpo is so tiny. Do you have any symptoms? My first symptoms was sore boobs but at the sides which confused me as I thought maybe I’d just been dancing too much and pulled a muscle!

I’m alright. Finally asked the doctors for some sickness medicine as couldn’t cope with the nausea anymore. Made me feel a bit whoozy but think they are helping. Also none of My clothes fit as just been eating beige food! Xx

Yeah, I don't think we could've done anymore 5 bd before and on day of O, 3 with preseed. If this doesn't work I just don't know what to do, we've said we will get tested from September 😔.

Yeah I didn't mind it to be honest, I don't think it felt much different 🤣🤣 although I did leave it to disperse for 20 minutes or so beforehand xx

I know the feeling but you’re in with a chance this month. Will you test early or just stay more relaxed and wait for AF? Did you find the pre seed ok? Xx

I'm okay thank you, 4DPO today yeah. Don't think it'll be our month again to be honest 😔 I lose hope around this time as it's only 7 days until AF is due xx

had my scan today. All well but was only 11+1 so couldn’t have the screening tests done today. Got to go back next week for another scan and the tests but at least got to see baby again. The sonographer said everything looks great though. Baby was wriggling about.

I did, felt much more relaxed! 2dpo and don't feel too psycho yet, hoping it's our month but we just never know xx

Yes it’s my 12 week scan based off my LMP but based off the private scan I had I’ll only be 11+1.

I'm okay thank you, ovulating today and had ovulation pain intermittently so I think that confirms it. I've DTD -5, -2, twice on -1 and today, used preseed 3 times so now we wait... 🤞🏼 xx

sorry for not replying earlier. Had family staying at the weekend so was a bit manic.

I’m doing ok thanks. Still got sickness but feel a bit less tired. NHS on Friday which I’m nervous for.

Scan went well. Measuring 9 weeks and heartbeat of 170. Was really nervous before but everything looked perfect. Although the pictures are rubbish 🤣.

It's not to bad, i chuck them back in the lunchbox and put them in the fridge in the garage so they're not around our food 🤣. It's literally just peeing in pots which is fairly easy, O is 10ish days away, wonder if I can refrain from using their ovulation sticks they sent... this month I'm definitely using preseed!! Xx
