Tracking BBT - TTC

Hi everyone! It's our second cycle TTC and first cycle tracking my BBT and I find it all so interesting, I'm learning so much about my body that I didn't even think of before. I'd like to see others graphs that are TTC and how their graph reflected a BFN or BFP. I'm 5DPO and temperature dipped yesterday but back up again today.

@Ttcsecond I've really got my fingers crossed for you, I'd maybe even stop temping just so you can focus just on tests as opposed to worrying about temps going up and down.

Good idea keeping it Q for now, are you going to keep testing?

@Angelselevenx still got slightly sore boobs and that’s all. But I feel like I can’t get excited as it’s the 4th time this year of having positives. Not going to tell my partner for at least a couple of days as want to be sure.

Your temps are holding stable now. Got everything crossed for you. Xx

I think I'm out to be honest, 9DPO and AF due in 2 days or so (3 if my LP has increased) and just don't have any symptoms bar a fair amount of creamy cm. Haven't bothered texting xx

I held out until this morning and got a faint positive. But it’s really faint and my temp took a dip today so don’t think it will stick. How are you? Xx

If this month isn't my month, I'm O when we're on holiday in a few weeks, not going to take any LH tests with me and just go with my body/bbt xx

In general - work and home stuff. After this weekend things calm down a little so looking forward to that!

I’ve still got slightly sore boobs and feel quite bloated and yuck but could mean nothing xx

@Ttcsecond good idea getting some FRER, what a nightmare Amazon don't have them for a while either! I've got one left but I'm going to keep that for when I eventually get a potential positive 😅.

Are you stressing about TTC or just in general?

Hopefully! Do you have any symptoms that are making you think positively? Xx

AF is due Tuesday. Going to go to the chemist at lunch and see if they have any FRERs so can do one in the morning. Will be 10dpo so should show something by then. Got an annoying coldsore from lack of sleep and stress. Love how your body thinks hey you’re feeling rubbish why don’t I make you feel extra rubbish 🤣.

I hope you’re not out. But at the least hope your LP has been lengthened by the B6.

@Ttcsecond still 9DPO is still so early, you may have only just implanted with your dip. When is AF due?

I think AF is due Sunday- Tuesday for me depending on whether my LP has been lengthened. I think I'm out tbh I haven't had any feelings or signs but we will see. I'll see what my temp is like tomorrow as well xx

@Angelselevenx Yep 9dpo today. If it is a line was much stronger by this point with my chemical so I don’t think it’s real.

Your temp hasn’t dropped my much at all and still above ovulation temp. Could be an implantation dip too. Don’t lose hope yet xx

I haven't tested anymore, temps dropped a bit at 8dpo so I'm feeling disappointed and disheartened too 😣 I know it's still early but my LP is only 11/12 days so if it goes down again tomorrow AF is on her way. xx

Temp went up again today. Took a cheap test and thought I saw a shadow but think I jus t have line eyes/evap. Feeling a little disappointed now.

@Angelselevenx i had a look earlier and all the two pack ones weren’t available until the 9th. But just ordered two of the single ones that say will be here Saturday but hopefully will be earlier.

I've had a fair bit of cramping today and a bit of backache but we all know pms and pregnancy symptoms are so similar. I think I'm going to hold out testing and just see what my temp does. The only thing throwing me off is how similar this month and my cp month is xx

@Angelselevenx I'm not feeling my best but that’s stress and being busy. Tried to buy some FRERs today and couldn’t find any anywhere.

Got some easy@home ones still and some boots early tests which I might use tomorrow morning but not feeling hopeful.

@Ttcsecond yeah I'd say the first too, I guess it'll never be 100%. Yeah they do, bar a day out but I guess that's from O being a day earlier

@Ttcsecond I never know whether to put the first temp in when I initially wake up even though it's a bit earlier, or the second after I've been back to sleep.

Yesterday I woke up at 5 and temp was 36.40 then went back to sleep til about 615/630 and it was 36.59. If I use the 36.40 temp this is what my graph looks like, I've put it so it's next to my cp graph (in blue)

We're both guilty 🤣 I'm going to just temp now and then see if AF comes next week rather than waste some more tests. Again 8dpo would be early to get a positive especially if yesterdays dip was implantation xx

I thought my boobs felt slightly sore so did a test with SMU which was negative. Silly me. Temp rose a bit today. Xx

@Ttcsecond my temp rose this morning at 7dpo, I caved and did a test which was obviously negative. Haven't had any symptoms bar the usual pulling but I feel like I get that every month & a lot of creamy cm but that's all xx

I feel okay, bar the nausea yesterday but that's gone and I've got a hell of a lot of creamy cm which I had with my CP as well. But again could just be normal xx
