I've just recently started using natural cycles as a form of TTC and tracking my BBT. Does anyone have a copy of their graph please? I'm interested to see what others look like as I haven't completed a full month with mine yet. Mine for reference 😊

@Pumpkin80 a rise is a rise! I think your chart is looking good! 10dpo is still early, wait until 12. If you’ve not had a dip by 12dpo I’d be feeling optimistic!

@Angelselevenx it’s my first month temping but 9month TTC (dtd every other day from AF to AF 😅 also having acupuncture). With my first it happened the second month of trying so naively I thought it would happened with 6 months trying for baby #2. what about you? Xx

Temp has gone back up today but not sure if that’s enough of a rise. What do you think? I’m 10dpo according to my chart I took a test but it’s a bfn. I got a bfp 9DPO with my son so I’m trying to be practical about it. Xx

It will absolutely happen, there’s no set time frame on when it’ll happen for anyone. There’s random dips and highs for any given person, I think really as long as you know you’ve ovulated, the temps around 11dpo plus should stay elevated (mine has stayed the same for the past 3 days) rather than start dropping. It’s just another thing to obsess over though isn't it :(

I got a BFP this morning so pray it sticks! Sending love to you both xx

@Pumpkin80 everyone's graph is different tbh so some may have dips and highs whereas others might not. Is it your first month temping? If not what does your previous month look like? How does your temp look today? X

Thank you. I know I sound negative and others have been trying for a lot longer I just keep worrying it’s never going to happen again and I’m 35 this year. AF due tomorrow according to FF. What would the 5dpo dip be? Shouldn’t my temps be going up if I was pregnant?

That looks really promising! I think I’m out bcus mine has now dropped and others who are pregnant seem to stay on an incline. On to cycle 10 🤞🏻let me know when you get your BFP xx
