I've just recently started using natural cycles as a form of TTC and tracking my BBT. Does anyone have a copy of their graph please? I'm interested to see what others look like as I haven't completed a full month with mine yet. Mine for reference 😊

You’ll have to let us know how the next few days go. Must be so frustrating to not know what’s going on.

I tested again today and the line is getting darker. It’s still early days so I’m 5 weeks tomorrow. Going to have an early scan so fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻 xx

@Pumpkin80 i tested yesterday as AF came early, my temp dropped right down today but my period still isn't here properly but I guess it's just a bit messed up from last month. How're you doing? Xx

@sashastuck this is my cp cycle, has spotting for a few days (at CD31 which was when AF was due) and then 8 days of heavier bleeding so 10 days in total. So the fact my bleeding has started 2/3 days before AF is due is what’s worrying me now. I’ll just have to take another test although fully expecting it to be negative to be honest xx

Your chart looks really good to be honest @Angelselevenx . Does it follow a similar pattern to your CP cycle?

Was your period the same length as normal or shorter? I still think it’s possible it could have been an implantation bleed. I’m not saying that to get your hopes up but it seems odd that your chart would stay so high. Could you call GP and request a blood test perhaps? Not sure if they’d do it but! X

@Angelselevenx have you taken a test? I thought temps dropped when you got AF so the fact they’re still high is a good sign?! Sending you loads of luck and baby dust xx

Thanks @sashastuck my BBT is the highest it’s ever been today, really weird so I’ve no idea what’s going on 😅 had to remove the period from NC as it said my temp was too high.

@Pumpkin80 hmm it could be but I think I'd have a hint of a line? It could also be that my cycle is messed up from my CP last month. My period wasn't due until this weekend 😩 xx

@Angelselevenx could it be implantation? My sister-in-law had a heavy bleed thought it was AF after 4 days got a BFP her daughter is 14 months old now xx

Thanks for sharing - when are you going to test? Yeah tested with morning with one of those blue dye CB 6 day early detection and it was a bfn. Feel like it would be showing up now if it wasn’t. Xx

@Pumpkin80 I think it starts to drop when AF is coming. I only started tracking last month which is when I had my CP so I don't have anything to compare it to. But when I have compared graphs they look similar so it could go either way at this point. The one with blue was last months and I've circled 7dpo on both. Have you tested? Xx

Usually 10/11 days. I’m 12dpo and my temp has gone back up. I reckon I’ll have my first 14 day LP for the first time! Does your temp have to go below the cover line before your period starts?

@Pumpkin80 how many days is your luteal phase normally? You're not out til AF arrives!

My temp has stayed high and I'm 5/6dpo now. I think my O date is wrong going by my LH tests so I'm more 6dpo xx

Morning, my temp has dropped again to roughly what it was on 9DPO so I think that’s me but I really think I’ll carry on temping for upcoming cycles as it’s really informative.

No I completely get what you mean, I've seen lots of positive stories too! We will see. I have been getting lightening crotch a lot today which I've never had before but then I didn't get it last month either so it's probably nothing.

Every pregnancy is different though so you never know! I've heard London Womens clinic is good, a friend of mine went private there for tests.

I'm only 5DPO, so I have a long time to wait yet, AF is due 7th April (I have an 11 day LP) xx

Ah I’m sorry to hear about your chemical pregnancy ♥️ they do say you’re a lot more fertile after you have one (I don’t mean for that to sound insincere about your loss).

Yes it’s a routine now 🤣 - I didn’t track dtd on FF as it doesn’t affect the chart as I’m on the free version.

Im really hopeful for next month. I already felt very ‘pregnant’ when I got pregnant with my son at this point in my cycle so I’ll keep tracking so I can see what my cycle does and then use it as a base for next month.

im going to look at going private for some more tests just to make sure everything is ok.

@Angelselevenx where are you in your cycle? Xx

@Pumpkin80 aww okay. I'm 29 and 3 months into trying for our first, I had a chemical pregnancy last month unfortunately. I've seen lots of positive stories of people falling after a CP but I just don't know if this month will be our month xx
